Will give better review if I could actually play. Cannot connect on both Windows 10 device (used windows store) and Android note 5. Says network error but this is the only app I cannot connect to

Each time I try to open the game the same error comes up - request timed out. My connection is fine and yet every time that's what happens. And I read reviews about players who have been complaining about it since February . fix it.

It went through 25 sec of the tutorial and then quit and won't reload...

Game was good through the tutorial but I couldn't get back on after closing. Kept getting a connection error. Cleared game cache, had to do tutorial over then same error when loading. Can I please play?!?!?!?

Why won't this game open???? Its a great game. I've spent a lot of money playing it and now I cant use it!!!

Constantly get "connectivity issues" warning. Game is unplayable and have heard nothing from support.

Maybe this game was better at some point of time. I love playing match 3 gem games but this seems bit to easy and there isn't any special events. I don't see any challenges or difficulty in this game. I'll wait maybe play it another time if there is any new updates in the near future

They can't be bothered to even build the game so far as to have non tutorial gameplay

Tried uninstalling it several times to get past the time out error message. Nothing works. Ooh well.

Since it wouldn't load past the tutorial I can't say it's worth the time

Over 6 months of connectivity issues are because this game is no longer supported or being developed. Customer support for the game is nonexistent. This game should be removed from the play store.

Was looking forward to trying the game out...not just the first 25 secs of it. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Most unfortunate for such a well known developer. Nexus 6p. Fix it pls.

I get to the part where you fight the first dragon in the beginning of the game then the game keeps disconnecting me saying that my internet is not working which it is.

Keep getting connection errors that won't let me past initial boss. My phones brand new so it must be on their end.

Reasonably fun game. It keeps me amused and helps pass the spare time.

Connection issues are so bad you can't even make it thru the tutorial....don't waste your time...question for all of you at gameloft.....do you still use servers from the 80s?

It wont connect after the tutorial. It continues to say to retry later but never works.

App is fun and addicting but the request continues to time out making it impossible for me to play the game

I have uninstalled/reinstalled and tried LTE and Wi-Fi at multiple locations. Always the same error: "Request timed out. Please check your connection and try again." Well, I have checked my connection. There doesn't seem to be a problem playing other games or going online to post a review on the Play Store. So I guess the problem isn't on my end.

I just downloaded it and keep getting this request time out error message. It's not my connection. Looked like a cool game and would like to play it if you can fix that issue.

I have played this game for a while and and it used to be really fun, but it started having connection errors all the time. My tablet is an Android and sometimes has issues so I tried playing on my iPhone, and I have the same problem. I'm playing on my secure, password protected excessively fast wifi. There is no reason I should be having this problem.

I'm a bit awkward at lining up the tiles, but I want to keep on playing and discovering all the different kinds of characters. I approve of the abundance of adorable cat mercenaries. The fire cyborg one is my favorite.

I downloaded it hoping to have a good time, but it wont even let me past the intro boss battle. It just ceases up and i get an error message. Ive uninstalled and downloaded it three different times, and its all the same. Thanks a lot.

It says check internet connection and my connection is fine. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the same message pops up after playing the Dragon. I'll add more stars when I can actually play the

Always getting request timeout message even after removing and reinstalling.. Completely unplayable and not worth the time to set it up. Pathetic

I love this game But there used to be events all the time And they even stopped the hourly Xp event

After a almost 200 mb download and going through the first training stage game times out and refuses to load. A waste of time and most of all data

"Request has timed out, please try again later (0:-1)" Anyone know how to fix this?
