New update crashes the app every time i try to play

After last update I can't open the game!! It won't reload. Please send patch!!!!!

Since the last update it won't load or open, please fix!!

Love this game and I have been playing since its inception! I'm looking forward to the Winnie the Pooh challenge. I will make a comment again about the legendary chests. The purpose of playing this game is to achieve all challenges, one being to own all of the characters within the game. It seems highly unfair that the only way to achieve this is to spend money. Why would I buy Legendary chests that only give me a chance of getting what I want instead of spending my money on something I actually want and actually getting it? I think we should have a chance to get these characters within the game, not just with chests. Also, I am still waiting to expand my kingdom, and there is a lot of cursed area still. Why are there so many cursed areas still? It has been over a year of me playing this game and I still have space that is unavailable for me to use. I have a huge collection of buildings I have no space to set up and a lot of Merlin magic that I want to use to build new buildings, but I haven't built them because their is no room to put them. I am level 49. It seems kinda silly that I own so much, but the game won't let me advance my kingdom. Behind "It's A Small World" there are cursed areas that have said "coming soon" since I started playing. When is soon? Now you have a new challenge with Winnie the Pooh with a ton of buildings to build but no new area to put these buildings. What do you think we are going to do? Is this a way for the game to limit how many tokens we earn to actually afford purchasing the things we want to buy in the game? Finally putting the send character home option right in the character taskbar is a waste of space and takes me longer to assign them tasks . Get rid of it it's useless . I would rate 4 stars but gave only out of 3 so you might actually read this.

I fell in love with Disney all over again. This game is a marvel. I don't even play anything else. This game has me remembering and watching all my Disney movies again from when I was a child. I also even started listening to the soundtracks in my car. I just am in love. I do really wish they had Pocahontas. Make a Pocahontas even so we can get those characters. I've spent a good but of money on this game and I honestly don't regret it. It's so magical and fun. It's nostalgia of my childhood wrapped into one fun filled game that keeps you coming back. I now suddenly want to go to Disney world and am planning my trip with my boyfriend.

This games now SUCKS. No Support and frequent bugs. They force you to log in every day now to keep your progress. They also force getting new characters so if you don't spend hundreds of US dollars you can't advance you kingdom. Unable to download latest massive update. The last one was broken for 3 weeks. This one is no different. Warning don't get conned into this game. They want 1 million magic to expand kingdom. That's $300 US. They way this game works you are stuck at around 150k magic or less that you can get inside the game.

Amazing now quality restored and soo excited about winnie the pooh and layout is better thanks Disney more than 5 star for this game and just realised that the update for this has speeded up my phone its no longer playing up so it must of had tons of glitches thanks disney

EVERY TIME THERE'S AN UPDATE IT EATS A HUGE HOLE IN MY DATA PLAN BECAUSE THE IN-APP DOWNLOADER DOESN'T HAVE A WIFI-ONLY DELAY OPTION. KNOCK IT OFF! Other than that... The animations are frequently charming. The premium currency gems are expensive but you can earn a few free every day. I'm finding lately that the main screen is too crowded with icons.

Ever since this new update with the Winnie the Pooh Edition I can't even get my app to open it will not download it will not open and I'm on a Galaxy S7 it used to work before it is update came out and now it won't load so what am I supposed to do I emailed them I've sit reports I've going on the Facebook and they have not responded I'm not happy with this new update and not being able to open the app anymore

Love this game but I haven't been able to open the app since the new 2nd anniversary update. It keeps crashing and now I've lost a day on the calender rewards

No support for android - disney have failed to launch the most recent update for android, leaving thousands of users without the update, worse still no response from their own Facebook page or Twitter account to the problem. Guess unless you are using disney endorsed Apple products you're just not worth it.

I would have liked it much better if the game play did lasted for more than four minutes and then blacked out and won't reopen. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy 8 tablet and it shouldn't freeze like.

This game is fun with all the different types of missions to complete. I like that you don't lose progress with the daily bonus. With the upgrade seems like more magic is available which was difficult to get before. With the latest update Merlin can be used to collect some of the rewards. That helps a lot! Thanks developers!!

Since yesterday's update the app won't open. It just crashes. I'm losing time in the new event plus can't continue the progress I was working on & I've lost my consecutive days check in for the bonus There needs to be a way to uninstall last update if it's not going to work. I just spent another $100 on gems so I'd be ready. I'm on a Samsung galaxy S7. If your not willing to spend $100's of real money I don't recommend the game. The gems are expensive but you need them to get anywhere in the game.

Two years in and I've determined that until there is REAL value associated with any actual currency spent on this game, I won't put another penny toward it. Gems cost too much and take too long to acquire to make the way they are spent in-game worthwhile.

Great game until the last update. Now the app won't even open. Very disappointing.

It's impossible to get the tools to unlock other characters I feel Disney just wants u to spend ur money on a game that really isn't that fun to play when task take so long so during them your doing nothing but waiting for magic

I love this Soo so much but now m getting irritated n frustrated with this because of this is 3 time I have some error come in game an it automatically reset on level one and can't Abel to reconnect with my progress this can't be any more if I am going restart again I lose more than 60 characters n many other things
