Just like all the other games. If you want to get better and further better have a nice wallet or a hefty play store account. Kinda lame everything costs a whole bunch of gems but yet it takes forever to earn the gems. Can barely race without being asked to buy more stuff, slow game advancement really sucks, but you can race your friends, thats if the app works correctly, or you can get your daily challenges, if the app works right,

I love this app, it's a very good time killer. But every time I unlock part of a new paint job, it stays the same. And i never get to unlock paint jobs. Please fix this because I'm a huge cars fan and i wish i could have the benefit of unlocking things without having to use real money. Thank you

My 3year old love's this game, but why is it so difficult to buy things. My son's town is dinky cause you can't afford it. Hes had more fun on my games because he progresses quicker. I think you need to overlook how much things cost and be more realistic

I have the same game on Nokia Lumia Phone where it is Microsoft Windows phone. But when I downloaded in Moto G which is android is not at all coming. After downloading the 200 mb, it takes me back to the home screen saying that 'unfortunately cars has stopped'. My brother just loves this game and a huge fan of cars especially McQueen. This game is working smoothly on Microsoft but not in Android. Please find a solution to this because not only me but everyone is facing the same problem. Thank you

After going through the title sequence the game just freezes my phone and stops working. Tried all the usual things to get it to work but I'm dissatisfied with the game. The game just leaves my phone with a white screen. Fix this bug now!! Always happy to leave 5 stars for games I can actually play!

This game is fun. My 6 & 7 year olds love it....and got me hooked on it too. I thought I'd be sneakie to catch up to them and bought gems that were on a promotional extra gems. 3x in 2 days. Then I finally realized that the promotional amounts of gems were NEVER given...they have false advertising. I've tried now for 4 weeks to get these promotional gems and they have no intentions of doing so. They have made me jump through hoops repeatedly and ask the same questions. IRRITATED - 11/3/16 NO RESPONSE

The game rolled back 2 times in a week. Emailed to feedback but don't seem to be having any restoration back to my original status. Lost all the hardwork made. I told my son to play other game as it's no point continuing playing if the game constantly rolled back. Play at your own risk that your status will maintain.

It's really superb and interesting and requires IQ. Kindly start offering weekly missions again as 3 months before. Your efforts in this regard will be appropriated all over in the world. This will certainly help your CARS GAME Lovers to earn more gems to purchase new cars being offered every months. Please fix the problems for your organigation's popularty for ever. When your organization can offer only 250 to 700 gems maximum, how for it is justify to ask for purchasing cars in thousands of GEMS, just to enter in your tournaments as fees? Gameloft has given up on this, Nothing works except taking your MONEY. Movie Theatre has NEVER worked, MULTIPLAYER stopped working after last update. SEND A FRIEND A GIFT also stopped working after last update. NUMEROUS times i have emailed, been on the Gameloft Forum over the past year and NO RESPONSE NOTHING. So to sum it up DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I have almost completed game on my tablet, level 50, 5,ooo,ooo+ coins. Help me get my game back! Still waiting for a response from Gameloft, it is now 8/25/15...about 3 weeks. I can't believe it, I just got my game back on my tablet from this last upgrade, 12/4/15. I am in heaven again. Back to 5*'s. I had forgotten what this game looked like. Now the anticipation to see if the weekly event is up and running (maybe Gameloft stopped it). It hasn't work on my phone, Samsung also.

I downloaded it and it downloaded, but when I open the app it says there's NOT enough room to download the game. So I uninstall some apps and says there's STILL NOT enough room to download the game I JUST DOWNLOADED. O'k it gets better- it says I need 16MG to download it right?? Delete some pictures, it goes to 13MG. So I delete some more pictures, it goes BACK to 16MG... I DELETE SOME MORE PICTURES and it goes to 8MG. MORE $hit deleted IT GOES FROM 8MG to 16MG!!! SERIOUSLY WTF!? NOW it's 20MG from 8MG...

Y'all need to fix this. My son has been waiting patiently for y'all to fix this. But this is ridiculous. I haven't had a problem until the last two updates. My son and I have spent time and money on this game and no matter how many reports I send nothing changes....

Ever since the last update almost five months ago, the weekly race feature has been unavailable. And customer care doesn't seem to care enough to fix it as there's been no response to my messages and no game updates to fix this error. Very upsetting.

Here's the ugly. 1) It's total size is more than 900 MB, after just 20 minutes, with no upper limit. Not telling us what a game's max size is is a common filthy habit nowadays, but it's especially evil when they get THIS fat! 2) Overhead view (only). 3) There are ZERO "driving" controls. You have a gas pedal & some occasional swiping, & that's all. You have been warned!

I really enjoyed this game but there is nothing else to do.. We need more houses, (one for every car) 1500 gems for a new car? My 5year is obsessed with this game but can't go past without gems.. After all it is just a kids game, make it easy..

But hard to build city items that cost gems are way too expensive ha e to biuld city to get to gem mine and then its only 1 gem every 4 hours and alot of items cost 300 gems 3months of gem collecting still dont ha e enough gems they have too fix this u cant race unless u upgrade car and track to go foward 1 star is all i give and there lucky i gave them that

The section from where I downloaded this game was named as Games Without Internet. However after downloading I got to know that this game runs only on internet. Google should refrain from such cheap tricks to sell its apps. Now who's going to compensate me for my data loss ?

I don't know what it is with this game but, first problem was with my buildings randomly disappearing so I tried contacting support but got no where. I just stopped buying buildings for a while. Then I had an issue with my phone, forcing me to do a factory reset. I tried to load my progress which I worked hard to get, and there is no way of doing that. C'mon Gameloft, all your other games have that ability why not this game?

It was a fun game until I changed phones. There is no way to restore progress. I see a help form to restore purchases, but getting back gems does not get all the time I spent on races and unlocking items back. In 2016 it is beyond pathetic it doesn't connect to Play Games account.

They way! Better game then this but I still have one question why did they close stop running it but they can make this game. why did Disney shut down the World Of Cars Online! The game way better than club penguin I liked it but you then I tried to log on but then the Web page said we shut down the this game!

Been contacting customer support to change the correct age, and they keep giving the run around. Instead of fixing the problem. I have spent almost 60 on gems for child what a rip off, so insane. The game used to be fun. What have you done besides taking everyone for there money. Well there are other games out there and you will loose many people. Parents are loosing gems, games freezing, you guys aren't helping. Quite ridiculous. What a shame. Need to fix so many bugs like expands territories.

Always this after download again downloads... Here i have very unstable net so it always starts again after already downloaded 40 or more mb... Never comes to an end... Finaly I got it, but after little playing it wants again download sone stuff... And you can not stop it or make a break. But after "killing"it and wanted again play later on it wants again start download the inital 200mb. Bad bad bad! One should know how to make a game when he wants to bring in store! You definitly do not.

No more tournaments, and the achievements don't register since the change to the new Google play app. It's fun though, and I'm a big fan of cars. It'd be worth turning into an app to purchase instead of the gem based microsale model.

This game talk about race , in the race you can build your own one with decoration and extra . Of course the town as well have some building for the begining and the rest its yours. There are many surprises go and see them!

Had to reset my tablet. Did a backup. After I was back at beginning. Months of work and customer service did nothing. Uninstalling. Shame, loved this game but not going through all the work again.

Gems are extremely expensive, or very slow to earn by playing. Everything you do has the option to spend real money, and only the basic track options are available for free.

Since Dinoco deserted as a sponsor, there are no flights to weekly events. Since I hit max stars, Lightning, Lizzy and Mater can't be found for assignments. The movie theater never did work. Since there is no longer any reason to race, I have saved up ten million in coins. Can I use them to buy a helicopter and fly to some events?

Thought I was having issues before, well now it won't even open past loading screen since the update!! This is what my little one gets after spending countless time and me putting money into this game for him to enjoy and now he can't play it at all!!! Way to go gameloft!! NOT!! I'll change my rating when you fix the ridiculous issues that I constantly have to deal with, first we lost all progress and money spent on this game and still waiting for lost progress to be sent and now this!!

Keeps my son and myself entertained quite well. He builds the town and I do the races. Simple gameplay so anyone really can play. Plus pretty blatant about difficulty levels. No guess work. Just wish it linked to FB for the friend request instead of having the friend ID.

Can't even play this game...ask for space on my phn I deleted all my games and app so my boy can play this.and at the end ask for it tells me I have no space to play this game 240Gm..so he can play

I recently updated my phone. Now the game won't work. I still like the game but if I can play it why should I keep it and continue to spend money on it.

All is well! But the cars we select in the garage is not proper. If we select one car the other car will come which locked

After last update, you can play once, then 'new update with some additional data' does not proceed, progress stalls at 0%... so finally we're done with this game.

This game hasn't provided a weekly race event in months. When I press no thanks at the start of their sale ad, it still takes me there. I have push notifications disabled and it still notified me a couple times that I was refuelled. I am disappointed that this game has more land plots than buildings. I have all but 1 racer from the dune buggies. All of my racers are almost maxed out. Level 50 achieved!

Horrible since last update. Had over 2k gems and the city 3/4 built. Everything reset and was lost with last update. Sent email received absolutely no response. Same thing happened about 6 months ago when they removed the option to connect via Facebook. At that time had over 4k gems city complete and over 5million coins. Twice lost all progress and had to start over. My son loves this game but it is time to move on to something more reliable.

I cannot move my progress to another device... I've tried many times with many devices... You guys should give an attention to this issue

Please change the Japan version to another version and give us gems more frequently as I have very difficulty to play . I can't uninstall because it is my most favourite . please accept my request . I have installed other game of Gameloft like minion rush I like that game too

When you reach an opponent in a race and the game asks you to upgrade it should link you directly to the car you are using. Instead of having ro swipe through all the cars every time. Half the time it glitches the game and it closes.

They put only 18-25 mb to download but when we enter the game we have to download 207 mb more plz don't waste your time with these loser's game
