Mystery Manor

I've played Mystery Manor for two years and I use to love this game. Unfortunately I can't play it any more, game keep freezing and stopping without a reason all the time. I don't have quests for ground floor and yard at all. The only answer from Game Support was that they can't do anything. Seriously???Well done GI

I enjoy this game, and really love all the quests. The only complaint is sometimes after completing a task to earn diamonds, the whole app will crash. Then I have to manually restart. But it always gives me the diamonds. So it's not a huge problem. Will keep playing!

No update for over a year. No New quests for over a year. Spoke with GI about it several times still no fix. Haven't had any holiday quests so can't get any of those collection items keeping getting somethings that I can't even use. Maybe with an update I will give more stars

Interesting so far. I'll give it a chance. However the item list that tells you what you need to find is a bit wonky for me; it cuts off the ends of the words and it's hard to see the rest of the word with the color of background in contrast.

It doesn't seem to get any harder as I play. You look for the same stuff over and over. Some of the collections take a long time to get done if you refuse to spend money. However, it DOESN'T need internet to play!

I don't know that's been goin on lately but for 3 days I hvnt been able to play mystery manor.. Every single time I open the app it says somethin like the graphics on my SD doesn't have them well I don't even have it on an sd card.. Is there anyway to help & if I uninstall it I lose everything & gotta start over.. is there a way to sync my accounts so I can play the game.. Plz help!!!

Played fr long time but got bored and uninstalled it. Otherwise good and very different gameplay unlike most hidden object games. This makes it stand out from the rest in its group.

I love the game but I am having trouble getting to certain levels because I have too many quests on the screen. I finish one and another pops up in it's place even though I have not finish others and they disappear from the screen menu. OAN: I barely get my daily videos and barely get to visit or send my friends gifts or answer their item requests. Please fix these issues. Other than that I love the game.

This game would be good if not for the minor problems which are as follows. If you have to reload the game you have to start again. Would be good to log in from any tablet phone etc and go to the same point. Its frustrating when you are trying to collect things etc and you can't find them. Would be good of you could collect quicker

Gotta admit, it's pretty boring, even with too much flash and jingle. This reminds me of a typical freemium Facebook game. And even though the graphics are good, the image quality worsens significantly when zooming on a room to search for items, which, especially in a search game, is not ideal.

Had to reset my phone. It would be gr8 if we could login game with email. So wouldn't have to wait for email or crazy request form that don't let u post request. My stars will come back when my game is restored. Back after months. Hate my last S6 was not compatible. Now I'm back after years actually. Wish I can get my old games back.

Lots going on on the screen, more than half of which I still don't understand. Quests take too long to complete, items collected serve no purpose, too many things require diamonds (which I will NOT buy), you unlock a room but cannot enter without a key that costs nearly 100000 coins, the list goes on... Overall this game requires a lot of patience and money, real money

This is a fun games with a constant supply of intriguing quests, but not to far into the game many quests are based on beating the phenomenon, with typically costs jewels which are nearly impossible to earn, unless you buy them.

I love this game. It is the perfect mix of fun and challenging. However, for some reason, when I play on my device the grafics are slow and I can't push the little button that allows me to enter a room. I wish this game worked better, its so fun.

Great Game but since this stupid update, says can't find graphics on sd card. What sh#%! Will change to 5 stars when fixed. Spent a lot of money on this game, please fix this new bug!!

I used to love playing this game. Now events such as the Christmas events don't load. I do not get weekly or holiday bonuses. I've posted and sent messages, but no one replied to me. I'm looking for another game to play. :(

I've rated 3 star's, and it's not the game, because I've played this in the past and I love it, but I've been having some issues since I started playing, and it's that after some time or when I try to go in and check something on the special areas that are outside the mansion the app just closes on me without warning. So I would be grateful if you guys could find a solition for this. Thank you

Pretty good overall. It doesn't constantly nag you to buy, like some, and it's not full of ads. The graphics aren't the best, but the searching at night is a nice twist. Just wish they'd tell you how much energy each room needed before you clicked on it.

My only complaint is that u should be able to log into the game with an email or something for smart phone users cause if something happens and we need a new phone we lose our game and have to start over. Would like to be able to log in and pick up where I left off

Early days as I've switched from the far superior iPad app. Update: I share Kathy Withers' frustration (see her review below). I feel on Android we are the poor man's Mystery Manor ????, to iOS (iPad/iPhone), who have regular updates and bonuses. What gives?

Second time installing. Was at level 121 and had to start over. Hoping this time is better. Enjoy the game but....... Lots of crashes. Too bad....fun game edit: 9/9/16...... NO update or feedback from GI for android players.....we are getting frustrated and losing faith , most of us have spent a lot of $ on the game, even game forums are starting to ignore our requests for answers.......down to 2 stars for now, whether that goes up or down depends on you, GI, and your devs AND customer service responses.......1/2/17.......STILL no respone, no update, for Android .........?????????

I've been playing since last night and I really like the ability to play offline. It adds to the playability of the game. Another thing I like is the fact its not too easy yet not too hard, you explore a room and the room itself gets harder as you progress from novice to trainee and so on. I don't like the screen size though, could be bigger but it definitely will not stop me from playing.

The game is easy enough that it doesn't take much concentration but just hard enough to keep you interested. It's one of the better games of this genre. However, lately there's an issue with purchases. They take the money but don't give you the item. So long as you don't try to buy anything it's a great app.

I've been playing Mystery Manor for the last few weeks and really enjoying it. Glad they fixed the problem where it was crashing. Overall the experience is good, enjoyable challenges and the graphics are great! I've only had to do one IAP but I suspect I'll do another soon, though it doesn't seem entirely necessary.

I've completed 3 offers ( downloaded 2 game apps and started them and the tide free samples offer ) to get the free diamonds and i didn't get any diamonds for doing so. Why would you make these offers but not hold up your end of the deal? Will give 5 stats when this issue is resolved,

Does move a bit slow,but if you find good friends you can get ahead, the creators give gift codes once in a while use them. You may have to purchase diamonds if you want to advance faster. Love this game!! Update (Dec 5th 2016) been playing for a few years still a good game but had to down grade my rating because game insight stopped giving gift codes to android users. Also it seems like the quests are fewer. Please game insight throw some goodies to your android users.

I absolutely love this game. I originally got hooked on it a year ago when I had it in my iphone. Unfortunately, had my iphone stolen, and several different android phones later, i finally have a phone compatible for this game. I would like to thank the makers and everyone involved with thisj game for making it free. Thank you so very much

(sorry if I sounds rude, but please leave me alone!!! & btw I learned the word 'eva' is actually not a name, but another word for ever, so don't get confused ok!) (ps: I'll take it, but next time don't update this game, I nearly ran out of space in my tablet!!!)

I'm really enjoying playing it, bit I must admit, some bits are a bit confusing. I don't understand the yard thing at all. Also some of the rooms require too much energy. You should be able to get more than one game out of a full energy bar. Other than that it's a great!

Fun and puzzling... That's what my first review said, but that was before you refuse to deal with the diamonds for rewards, at least 4 different games that I've played to earn the diamonds, including one for online gambling, that I met criteria for and I sent you the screenshots as proof! And you just ignored me, game after game I tried to claim my rewards but I was still ignored. Eventually every time i tried to access the diamond rewards list it wouldnt load at all! And now you've deleted my game!!

This is very frustrating. I FINALLY healed the snatchin general in the yard. I completed the quest to heal him. I traded flags to get into his bunker. Then all of a sudden, he is no longer outside of his bunker and it tells me I have to heal him again! Please fix this!!

Game will not play, as it appears not to fit screen. When and if you complete room on tutorial, you cannot get out of room and have to shut game down to exit. Game plays on an older tablet, why not on this one?

can you help? i have had no quests in either the yard or the first floor to complete in over a month. there is one in the basement that i am working on. it seems odd to have gone this long with no quests to complete, as this has never, ever happened before. help would be appreciated.

I enjoy this game, but the resolution was better on a larger iPad. I have switched to a smaller Android and it is of course harder to see items. Also my progress couldn't be moved to the new platform, so bad go start over.

I have loved this game since it came out, but just had to start over. It would be nice if the game could save progress via facebook so that one can play on multiple devices. Update: I have a new device and have AGAIN had to start over. This is the fourth time. While I enjoy the game, it seems less and less that Android users are cared about. The last time I started over, at least there were weekly bonuses, which helped. It doesn't appear this is the case for Google Play users anymore.

What is it with these games? When I find everything I need, I cannot get rid of the pop up screen telling me I found all the items. It's a time waster for sure...don't waste your time.

I'm happy it's a game that lasts longer than 10 min. My only complaint is how long it takes to obtain diamonds if you don't want to pay for them. Other than that it's a great change up from the usual hidden or escape games

When are we going to be included in the events, bonuses, double chest Tuesday's etc, But ESPECIALLY NOW all the fun events we're completely blanked from asides the ever boring ' full moon' one!! Its ridiculous how many times I've went round that!!!! I was really looking forward to the Halloween events as usually we get SOMETHING good!!!??? But not this year!!?? Haven't had an update since spring!!!? Might as well play offline as there's not much going on online!!! Spent years and fair bit money on this game and I'm feeling rather ripped off of late!!! Isn't like our platform is some obscure nobodies heard of it graveyard!!!!! A LOT of us have been with you for years!!!!Not a chance will I be spending on your overpriced goods with your ridiculous exchange rate for diamonds till its worth even playing again!! Get it together eh?? Laziness and greed is what rules this game now!! You makers created something really cool then turned it into an utter bore!!!

**Update...After sending screenshots of the completed offers to their "support" dept I was credited a total of five diamonds....really? I completed some offers that said I would recieve over 100. Never will I play anything from this company again. Yes it's a free game....but at this point it's the principal of not holding up their end of an offer. I can't tell you how many offers I have completed but never get the promised reward, such a waste if time!
