I had over 129,000 in coin and over 1500 in gems and today all gone? Plus, I was level 30 or 40 something, don't remember, but it's like I never played. Why did it erase everything suddenly? I paid for some of those gems! How do I get a refund? This can't be related to an update since it's been the same stupid Xmas stuff forever with no new updates. What gives?

Was really good game and is a good game however after reaching level 43 which took months came to log in and had been reset!!!!!???? Took the matter up with support and was given 21500 crystals and 1mil gold but sorry that does NOT replace the time and effort put into the game, you can keep your bug induced game and new players you have been warned! I am not the first player for this to happen to....just look through the reviews and I will not be the last! Good riddance

It was so slow at first that I almost deleted the app, but I'm glad I didn't. You get very little direction as to how to play and earning money is slow at first, but it picks up once you figure out that you don't have to wait for quests to build and expand. I do wish you could clear quests that you don't want to do and that income from the houses would build up until you can collect it. I'd also like to be able to rotate the buildings. It's wait-or-pay but you can progress without spending any real money and it doesn't bug you with ads. Can't quite give it 5 stars at this point, but it's close.

I love this game, it's a very pleasant building game. But the game reset on me one too many times and I just don't feel like restarting yet again so I've uninstalled it. The tech guys were helpful when it happened before, but now that the game reset again when I was getting close to being back to where I was before the reset, I just don't want to go through that again.

It's good but you don't think it must've to give more coins and gems and the new territories must've cheap. Or I would like it very much if I fight with my friends with my solders via WiFi or through internet. Or can it be snow to normal like seasonal. And thank you for serving me the game. I wish next time it will much more interesting. Please reply.

My game just reseted itself for no appearant reason. After a month of effort everthing i've done disappeared, no backup or abything even though i got connected to all but twitter. So don't waste time on it and don't evet think to spend actual money on it.

Anytime you spend in game money on the booster since the last update you log back in and it's switched itself to the expedition booster. Fix the bugs please!!! I can't be the only one this happening to. Reimbursement would be nice for everyone, figure out a way please. UPDATE is absolute crap!!!Now the game has deleted all of my data for no reason, I'm not starting over after playing for months!!!

The game stops running just after it loads to 100% at least half the times when I go to play it. Getting rather annoying. And how long are you going to keep the winter scene? It's nearly July already.

It is asking me to start the game from first. I lost all my data. Instead of trying to help people who are annoyed. Your form asks useless questions to piss of people even more.

After getting the first two expansions and having a small town active it started to skip and crash constantly making it unplayable on my Droid Turbo 2. It has no settings other than sound. It's filled with adds. Can't skip the intro videos. Can't turn off the constant 'deals' offers. It was fun but all the annoying things then this lag just killed it for me. Maybe playable on Bluestacks

Game is lagging on my HTC One M9. Especially when collecting or fighting ships. When i come close enough to shoot, game lags and i find myself far away from enemy ship, unable to shoot. Considering i have high end device and 4g connection, this should not happen. Not to mention that half a year ago, i lost all my progress, even logged into FB and Google play. Used to be great game, now not so awesome

I used to love this game but it won't load on my new phone. It gets half way done, tells me I'm not connected to the Internet, which I am because my music is playing. Then drops down to 25%and tries again ...it's happened 4 times in a row now...

It's a good game. Graphics are great. However I'm not sure if I'm going to continue playing it. I'm thinking of deleting game because there is still a Christmas theme in April... I don't want to spend hours playing or buy items for an abandoned game which they haven't updated it. I want to see green color already, everything's white.

I love the similarity to Tribez and Tribez & Castlez. I love the graphics. If a game is too cartoonish I won't even try it. But it's now March..almost April and the little guys are still dressed in Santa suits!! There's still snow everywhere and if I get trees from Decorations....they're flipping Christmas trees!!! Come on....it's Spring!!

I hate feeling obligated to rate this game just to play it!!!! Stop making this pop up! If someone has something to say, they know where to go, if not, u can always put it in the settings section and someone will do it. Otherwise, people dint want to be harassed to "rate" your game. I'd that what this world has come to? Someone's self esteemed based on how many rates or likes someone gets? You got a life, don't you? I'M NOT OBLIGATED! It's annoying!

I'm not even through the beginning tutorial. "You can speed up for 1 diamond" but he hits the hammer faster but the building doesn't get built. I close and re-open the game and it makes me spend another diamond and glitches again...wtf

I just logged in, had my game linked to my G+ account, but lost everything when the game reset itself. I had 1.5m+ coins and over 8000 gems at level 37. So frustrating. I spent $ on those gems. 3/4/16 - Game Insight wasn't able replace the game I had with all of my progress, but they did give me the coins and gems and the level I was at. Unfortunately, this morning the exact same thing happened. This time I had 700,000 coins and 13,000 gems. At this point, I'm deleting it from my Android tablet. I've installed it on my iPad and will see how it works there.

Enjoy this game very much..... was wondering why u dont recieve anything for how many villagers u sell to.... also why have u still not added the ability to turn objects... just dont get it. Thank you : )

This is what i was looking for. You build your town, get some goods, sell and make trades via boats. Build little army and attack boats. Build up reputation. The boat attacks needs some spice and the lack of multiplayer is huge. Many of my friend dont want to play because its a singleplayer. Great game, i hope you read ideas. ---- i lost my town due to an update. How Come there is no way to log and save ur town from different android platform?

Because without buy crystal or coin you are not enjoying the game And its very slow development of territory. i need free unlimited crystals and coin... after around 2 weeks not enjoying because crystals and coin concern i m uninstalling the game

I have lost all my data to this game yesterday, I have been playing this game for a year now all my gold my gems and every thing brought over that time has gone I loved the game but now when it went off the screen of my tablet I went back to my games file to reload it it just started me right back to the very beginning! Could u please help resolve this matter.

The quests have been messing up alot lately. It wont register when i already have something done. I have to build 4 lvl 3 cotton farms just to get it to register one

After the big android update the game launches, freezes up immediately and afterwards crashes everytime. Submitted also crash report. Please fix for positive review.

Completely wiped out my game at level thirty. Lots of money, property and well EVERYTHING lost. Very disappointing. Great game other than this is the second time this has happened.

I would have given this game five stars, but after I reinstalled it and had to start over it took three days to load game data. After I finally got the game to load it freezes up during the tutorial and won't let me move on. Also, this game advertises offline play, but always says I need to be connected to the Internet. It's too bad this game has went downhill like this because I really did enjoy playing it. Now it is just another game on my uninstall list. Just an update: It has been over a month, game is still NOT fixed and still not a reply to my email.... Horrible!

I would have thought that the Christmas season would have been well and truely finished by now and removed from the game, disappointed that it hasn't been. I would also like to be able to rotate buildings around... otherwise it is fantastic I am enjoying it so far.

Played it for months, then had to factory reset my tablet. The game doesn't save your progress to a server so I now have to start all over again. Uninstalled now.

Really like the game, takes a long time to achieve things which makes it challenging enough but why are the characters still wearing Santa hats and everything is still covered in snow? It doesn't inspire confidence in the developer's still being active on the game.

Was a bit hesitant at first about downloading this game as I thought it would be just like all the rest of thistype of game, but happy I did now. Its a bit slow sòmetimes when you have to wait for buildings, etc but I suppose thats what the in app purchases are there for. I like the ability to do both land and sea quests, etc not just one. The expanding land idea is also a nice touch. Not that far into the game yet but so am only giving a 4 star but it is worth all 5 if it keeps me interested for more than a month. Stay tuned for an update

Would rank it higher as I've played it before and loved it, but I just reloaded this app onto my new phone and the game keeps freezing up with every action, while the music keeps playing after I've closed the screen causing me to reset my phone. Please fix quick as I would like to play this game again.

I did not receive the bank the game money or the treasure chest that you have on sale right now for 9.99. I know the payment went through because I got a notification from PayPal. So either I need my money back or I need to receive 2x the bank the game money and treasure chest that I have purchased. VERY poor return for time . Merging with patches such as reduction of pirate ship rewards from 500 gold to 20gold . If you give negative review in game it doesn't get added to googleplay.

At first I was very entertained and pleased by this game, the graphics etc. Then it crashed, rebooted my phone, loged in again and all my progress was gone. I spent some good time in the this game, so I was very disappointed by what happened. Not going to play it again.

Haven’t been able to play since last two updates, says ( unfortunately, Maritime Kingdom has stopped). Does this at start of loading the game!

I have been waiting patiently for a couple months to be able play again offline since the last 2 glitchy updates. It works online only & the updates disappear when trying to play offline. I don't have regular Internet access so now I'm left getting more & more frustrated. Please fix & my rating will go back to 5. Otherwise I have no choice but to delete a useless game I can't play anymore. A pity, the game was great before. What a shame!

The themed ones are no longer fun. You can no longer fight pirate ships at will (you have to collect souls or now scrolls). They claim to reward you snow globes for doing merchant runs, not happening. They claim to reward you water "mines" for loading the merchant ship - doesn't happen. Game is now laggy... The theme is another cash grab layer. Sucks. I do enjoy the new pirate ship battle format - gives purpose. But I shouldn't have to run around collecting scrolls just to have an ordinary battle.
