Heart's Medicine Hospital Heat

This sucks I'm an advent GameHouse player and I got to level 10 bought the game for all the rest of the levels and then when I buy the game it gives me the levels then all the sudden restarts. Takes the levels away from me says I cancelled it. Took the money out of my account and never reimburse me. It's a real shame because I feel like this is common issue with other people that have reviewed that either it restarts them back to level 1 which that happened to me also. I paid for this game and I feel like I should still get the game otherwise for free because I already paid for it

I'm so disappointed! The game was so good until I found out I have to pay to continue playing. This really saddens me because as I said it looked like such a great game. Unfortunately I can't rate this game more then 3 stars until I get to play the whole game without having to pay anything. So sad right now.

I love the game I even have the other hearts medicine game that I already completed. That's why I downloaded this one so I can continue on with the story. I played the first 10 levels and was just about to buy the rest of the game but it keeps kicking me out saying there is something wrong with the internet connection but yet my phone is connected at all times to the internet and none of my other games have this issue. I really want to buy it so I can continue with the game.

I've buy the first version of Heart Med. I think this is the sequel that need to be combined in first version and I'll not buy anymore. This sequel just need to be updated from the first version and it's kinda boring because I cannot choose whom I want to be with. I hope this is a game, not just a med collegue love story game. So boring

Very disappointing to actually buy the game (I love all the gamehouse games so this is not my first at all), being very excited about the sequel for the hospital.. Just to find out that my progress just doesn't save after quitting the application...? Apparently what other people are writing, this is a recent but that came with the latest update? Please solve ASAP and update your fans as it'd be great to actually enjoy the game till the end.... Will rate 5 stars if fixed!

Love the game but it's deleted all my progress 3 times. I was up to ICU/psych every time and have to start again from the beginning. I don't want to play through the whole game again if it's not going to let me finish so please let me know when you've fixed this bug!

I love these games and I brought all the levels but every time I open the game to continue playing it makes me start back at level one. It wipes out everything I did before I came off the game.

I love this game but I can not download the full version. It says it can not connect to purchase and my internet is fine. I agree with everyone else that this should be added levels to the first story for less or no money at all.

Please fix the restarting issue. I love this game and was excited when it was finally released only to be disappointed it doesn't keep my game save. It starts over from the beginning every time. Will rate high stars when the issue is fixed.

Lived the first version of this game and loving the sequel. However I'm finding if I'm selecting things to do it can sometime freeze and I have to reset the level again. Can this be fixed please as I have paid for the game and it seems to be a recurring issue x

I'm on level 31 and it freezes on me everytime or will not budge. I bought the game to kill time.... not to get ripped off ***update** this game just reset my levels after I've already purchased it and gotten to level 31?? I just want a reimbursement

Really annoyed! I love this game and when i got to the maternity ward and play level 31 it freezes after the 3rd patient. I've restarted my phone several times and doesn't seem to work. Please solve this.

Initially had issues with the game not working, but this was due to my phone downloading the game to my SD card. Have completed the game now and waiting for whatever comes out next. One question though....will the 1st HR be available for android users?

I bought the 1st season. But I am not buying this one I guess. I love the game but this is very redundant. Should have just continue of the previous app as 2nd season update or something rather than creating a whole new app. Waste of my phone memory. It was an amazing game I completed all 10 levels of the first one, although to go to the next 10 levels or 60 you have to PAY. I'm very disappointed because I was really was enjoying this game but I hope that they fix it where the levels are free. I want to find out what happens next. Also this game has a GREAT storyline.

Outstanding!!! Though the last Pathology Lvl. 20, getting the Diamond by having 20 checkouts is kinda hard and almost impossible to achieve since i've already repeated the Level multiple times now.... Pls. Fix this! Oh and I bought the game! Thank you!!!

It's super fun to play, but I get a glitch when I try to upgrade items in the hospital or in the apartment, everything works but the screen freezes, so I can't see what I'm doing. I'd appreciate a fix asap, since it really is a good game.

I paid for this game because I liked it and wanted to finish it. Now I can't because it starts me back at level 1 everytime. Fix this issue or refund people's money.

I am actually playing this game on my tablet but I am actually disappointed in Gamehouse cause they came with a game called Dr.Care 911 And I did download it for my tablet just to try it and I did liked it so I bought the 2nd chapter and when I passed it took the game out to make room in my tablet and when I wanted to download Dr.Care 911 the game wasn't for my device.

I love the game but I would appreciate if u didn't charge money to go to next level. Its not fair cuz kids play it n they don't have jobs or money to get to next level. I just played Dr cares n I like it n didn't have to pay anything for 60 boards. Thank u .

Only thing when i got to level 10 it doeant want to go through so i can buy the rest , my internet connection is fine as laptop running constantly on wifi. So it must be sonething else

Loved the first 10 levels, refuse to pay £7.99 for the full game as i think thats way too much for a mobile game, if the price was reduced then i would buy, such a let down as i really like the game and connected to the story and then get slapped with the buy to continue stuff.

Another fab game!! Love the story and can't wait for the next instalment. Think £7.99 is very reasonable as you get so many different levels. Keep up the good work :)

You get the first 10 levels but have to buy the rest, if I would have known I wouldn't have even downloaded it. I WILL NOT BE DOWNLOADING ANY MORE OF THEIR GAMES

I actually purchased the full game and the delays and freezing on the mini games are quite disappointing. Also, on bonus level 18, there is no way to get 3 stars when it won't allow me to clean up the diapers by the pacifiers. It seems rigged to not allow it at all. I have a hard time with things at the bottom of the screen on my Samsung galaxy s8. I paid way too much for this game for it to act like this. I'm considering requesting my money back. I am not happy, $10 is too much not to have a quality game.

Got to level 10 to find that to carry on with game i would have to pay !! Reading the reviews talking about buying then the game no working and them not getting their money back is not on... so i am not going to be paying for this game. Youve lost a customer.
