I also tried paying for the Starter Pack, and unfortunately, it didn't work out as well. Payment was taken from my card yet the game play levels were still locked, so I tried sending emails to both the Game Dev and Gamehouse themselves. Based on the response I got from Blastworks, it seems that they do not offer Dev Support for this app anymore, so aside from asking you to perform basic troubleshooting, they will recommend you to ask for a refund from Google Play. If you want a refund, email Google Play and be ready with your Order Number. They approved my request for a refund in less than an hour. But of course, I have yet to receive the funds back in my account. Super sad it has come to this, I soooo loved the game!!! :-(

Every time I try to play an episode a video pops up and then says tap to cook had stopped. I have to start over and it takes so much time. They really need to fix this.

I purchase additional levels; however, they did not load. I have tried to reachout to the developer several of times; however, I did not receive a response back!! THIS GAME IS A SCAM!!

I paid for the starter pack and I still have ads and I didn't get 200 gold. The ads freeze and you have to force quit and start over. Cannot go past Washington DC level.

I bought the pack booster and didn't get it which was $2.99 and they want give me my money back straight rip off good game but don't buy anything because you want get what you pay for.. I wish I could give this game no stars it don't deserve 1 stars..scammers suck!!!!

Every time I try to purchase the full version, I get an error message to try later. I've been trying for a week. (I even uninstalled & reinstalled) Every other game I have purchased on this tablet works just fine. I guess they don't want my money...

It was a fun game to play until I got to the third level ( Lincoln Memorial) the game kept closing by it self. I have no idea whats going on but Please fix.

To many long advertises, they are OK, these are really long, can't stop them till its over, makes it bad for the game. I would give a 5 star otherwise

It is stupid and it stop to work when a ad comes on when I try to to play my new level I would rather play another cooking game than this dump!!!!

I bought the full version but didn't realize everything had to be bought with gold. What is the purpose of earning money? Update, uninstalling please refund my money. Now the game is frozen.

Game would be great if you weren't stuck in Washington D.C., absolutely won't go to next location. Definitely not spending money on this app.

I understand they have to make money but every thing you click on there is an advert. Also it won't let's me get anymore stars and I haven't even finished Washington DC

I'm only given 3 stars cause I paid for full game did not get it but money came off card very disappointed I have proof I paid please give me full game and extras or return my money! Very disappointed! Ughhh!

It would be a great game if it worked.... Once I get to the fifth level it just crashes please fix...

This is a fun game but when you play with ads it crashes. As many as three times or more. Again, it's a fun and challenging game.

Bought the licence to unlock next city-told me to buy golds, when I've purchased the 600 golds, but I didn't get any...contacted the developer but no response.. Will i be getting the golds? or Will i be getting a refund?

It was working prefectly fine then it will not let me play. Fix I'll will give it a five star if it was fixed.

I enjoyed the free game, so I decided to buy the full version. I made my payment and NEVER RECEIVED A THING. I have emailed them SIX TIMES and they will not contact me. They are thieves and scam artists! UPDATE - After 12 emails, I received this email from them: Unfortunately, as we no longer have developer support for the Tap to Cook game, I have no troubleshooting suggestions available... They said if reinstalling didn't work (it didn't) to request a refund. Thanks, guys. >:(

I also bought the starter pack and nothing! Im stuck in Washington DC! I made my daily quota and zero! Wont get me to the next levels as starter pack promised! I only wished I heeded your warning comments first! What a loss cause I really liked this game alot...Sadly....smh...

This game is wonderful but it keeps forcing close please fix and I'll give 5 stars I have to uninstall it till it's fix can't play while it shuts off.

Every time I open the app on my Samsung galaxy tab 4 it never let's me play it is a black screen with he spinning loading clock it doesn't work on Samsung tablets plz fix

Every 5 minutes while I'm playing the game will exit and crash . This needs to be fixed because I really like this game but it's annoying !!

I don't understand why we earn money if we can't use it. I'm not coming out of pocket for gold. So either fix that or I'm uninstalling it.

I have tried several times to play this game on my Samsung pad but it will not boot-up! its a Black screen with the loading clock just spinning in the middle. However the game works well on my iphone and my daughters RCA pad. i wish they would fix it to where i could play it on my Samsung.

The game is awesome but I'm about to delete I passed two three levels and when I click on the fourth level the game shuts off please fix so I can continue playing ty and give it more stars

When I start the game there's only a black screen with a spinning circle in the middle.

The video ad freezes and an error pops up. Unfortunately T2c has stopped. I reported it like 7 times. Super annoyed that I can't play. I really like the game . I just wish I can play it!

I actually liked the game, but the amount of ads were awful. I decided to purchase the started pack to get rid of the ads a day to unlock more areas. However, they charged my card and the game did not unlock and I didn't receive any of my items.
