Ikariam Mobile

Edit: Has not been updated or cared for by developers, thus pushing players away. sad. Ikariam is close to my heart.. its good that they're trying to get it closer with this app, but it still is far from the browser experience. I know it should be a different experience, but for old timers, it should at least have easy access to tabs and features ,or what not. App is so much data/connection hungry.

Ikariam is a very nice game, but the Android app isn't update to date and reacts slowly. Opening the app feels like playing Ikariam back in 2010 :( not nice. For only upgrading buildings on the go this app is good but for serious "gameing" i use pc and you should overthink ambrosia. 1ambrosia =10cent = 25wood (= less then 1h in-game farm) if you want to upgrade the island wood. that's too much in my opinion. 1ambroise = 2500 sounds more fair and maybe more people would by ambrosia P.S. i think People spend more money on in game purchases than at webApps and the fact that you can't buy premium features in the app shows how much the developer cares about this app :(

Still problems with the port! Stuck on a loading loop. Edit: Now I tried to send a reply to a message and it says "access denied". Edit 2: when is the developer going to fix this issue with the port? Edit 3: it seems the developer doesn't care about this issue at all. Edit 4: Now I got a friendship request, although I have spaces I can only decline!!

It's a shame that gameforge has such a laggy app! Port not loading, looting not loading ,basic functions not working in app (miracle on island etc). If u want to take a place in Google's play store then make an app worth it, cause this one is lower than everyone's expectation.. shame on you GF

This would be great if all functions found in the web browser version works. For instance, I can't ship goods to my colonies because the port won't load goods. I hope this gets fixed soon or the app version, I would say, would just be useless.

Trading port not loading when setting destinations. Impossible to use. Changing view to another city works 1 time out of 10. I don't understand. These are basic functionalities. Don't developers try their own app?! Or read reviews? Checking the other reviews, these problems seem to be present for months, and now solution yet. Shame. Shame. Shame.

It is good for checking on what is going in your towns & getting your daily bonuses. For me I have been having trouble trying to transport goods from one town to the other. I can select a town to transport goods too & then it will say loading the whole time & do nothing more. That is a problem for me to keep my town folk happy with wine. I am always on the go & do not have time to get on a computer to transport goods from town to town. If transporting goods from one town to the other worked constantly, I would be happy.

I'm having a hard time using this ikariam app: 1) shipment of good is lagging, 2) messaging is disable, 3) pillage option is lagging.. i hope these problems will be fix soon.. thanks GF!

Play it first as the traditional "pc browser-game" and you will love it. This mobile version is impossible to be liked by first-time players and would most likely leave a bad impression about Ikariam's gameplay. Nice supplement for the browser-game though the port has some issues. I'VE FIGURED HOW TO TRANSPORT GOODS. First, make sure you are on the sender town > go to global view > select the island of the receiver town > select receiver town > hit "transport goods" > BAM. EVERYTHING FOLLOWS. You're welcome

This app is nice to have as a mobile supplement to the browser version. Recently, tho, I've had problems with town selection that undermines the app's usefulness while on the go. Selecting a town in the list and tapping OK routinely results in staying in the current town or switching to the wrong town. Typically, after 5 or 6 attempts I've run out of time or patience and just close the app.

After many upgrades and I still cannot ship anything. I am forced to use Chrome web browser. Can you guys fix this problem?

The web version is overall a great game but the app is completly bad, too bad. Basic functions are not available (spying, miracles, seeing donations by each player, barbarian village layout etc etc) and it's too buggy especially on ports and slow overall on response even on a Note 5 with android version 7.0. These problems are here since a long time and still devs didn't do anything about it. Do you try your own apps for instance? Do you read reviews?

The game itself is great, but the app laggs a lot and lot of the basic functions are missing. A player cannot simply use only the app to play because (s)he misses a lot of the game. It would be preferable this app to be a bit heavier than be this dysfunctional

Have a few problems mainly town changing menu doesn't work half the time. Perhaps you should change it to be like the town selection in trading port. It works a lot better

Unable to transport goods & game can't exit. Useless app, play with normal web even much better. And worst of all, nobody is maintained this app since soooo much complaints but not solve. Inform them for month & no action. Take ur phone memory & sometimes hang my phone/ipad. Totally SUCK! Best solution is uninstall this usless app

No functions for:1.spy town (no option to send out spies) 2. Distribute Cultural Treaties 3. Espionage reports. 4. Declare Capital from a Governors Residence. 5. Damage details of military units. 6. Agora. 7. Town reports with links 8. Island view > Saw Mill > count of workers per player. 9. Black Market, no option to sell. 10. Embassy, no options at all, just upgrade and downgrade. 11. Friend lists not available. Update has no updates at all for essential functions. Please find time reading comments. 22Jun2016 was the last update its April 2017 now?? Do we have developers on the works?

Love the game, however so many connection problems on phone's data making the game unplayable. On wifi it gets better. (no connection problems with other games)

Please fix issues on pillage and transport. Loading takes forever.

Who ever made this application is very bad. This app don't have even the half of the actual game options, there is no top ratings, players information are bad also. It's like a app that made a 5yo boy who just started..

I wouldnt use it if the browser version on mobile was usable... both too bad just one is more usable than the other

Compare to the browser version, its like a crippled mode. I stucked at infinitive loading from time to time, you doesnt know the stats of your units, battle report is a joke ............ To a lazy company like gameforge, may be this is their best

After the update i cant send reso, deploy troops, attack both land and sea. Can anyone know how to go back to prev. Version? Nxtym i will check first the comments before updating. Will give 4 or 5 stars if someone can fixed this issue.

The app seems to be outdated. Not smooth or even responsive. The app also needs speed improvements, it's currently slow

In the attack screen, trading port and many other add screen, game keeps loading. Making it useless. Game forge please do something.

App does not support a lot of functions from the browser based game. Pretty much a lot lag during use.

Compared to the website, the app is totally mediocre. The controls are laggy, you have to select your desired town in your town list several times for the app to switch, you cannot view the ranking ladder.

The app hangs and stops responding. Graphics are nice but could be better. Also many important web-only features are missing in the app

The person that put the pirate game into ikariam should be fired by the managment for destroying a great game every one i know left the game because of the pirate game inside.

In fact I really like the app but when I try to transfer items from a city to another he just keeps (loading...) when I select the city that I wanna send.

Whenever I try to send out goods to other towns, i cannot because i always get the loading sign and it never goes away unless i press back. Sometimes the trading port works but most of the time it does not. Same with sending out troops/ships. Moreover lots of features still missing like spying missions. We cannot do much mobile app other than very basics.

Among the variety of bugs, the app offers a specifically annoying one, that if the maximum amount of wine that you can serve is 88, it would not let you choose 88, and will immediately switch to 78 (one level lower).

Poor app nothing works even when face book and etc loads via 4g perfectly. Can't do more than the first few days of play. So much is broken

Worst ever update in the history... Didn't expected this from game forge... I need previous version back again ....

Good app in relation to graphics but slow and embassy options are not complete . I can't also see location of message sender .... great game but app need more attention and it is very important to have good app for this game

I cant set destination in trading port which is very important and most of the time, i cant play computer so this app can be useful, but it has a lot of bugs.

I'm stuck forever in a loading loop if I station or defend my troops in my other towns. I cannot transfer them because of it. Pls fix it!

Won't let me login because my info is to long for app to handle , so it bugs out and doesn't let me login , not even if I use my username
