VIP status back down to 1, ive made plenty of purchases to get up and have decent rewards and bonuses but it says I'm at 1 and I have over 5000 VIP points?

Im very happy that crazy stone are fixing all the bugs. My problem is I have to replace my phone, I was playing as a guest, because I could not log into my Facebook account. I had purchased 3 coin packages and I had a high level. would like to know if I could get all my progress back into my Facebook account. Why suddenly have my gifts from friends dropped from $750 to $75????.....and now the tournaments have gone.....getting close to deleting unless I get a response! 15/8....what is going on with this game.....daily bonus and 2 hourly bonus have just dropped dramatically.....2 hrly bonus from 7000 to 840! Gift issue still to be fixed....have just done update and gifts have now dropped to 11.25.....rubbish.

Another game I can't log in for the last week

WAS enjoying this game until I couldn't connect with my Facebook account, which meant I lost all my progress and coins. I uninstalled and re-installed. Now I am getting an error code that reads "game initialization failed, please click the button to retry". Retry doesn't do jack crap. So angry.

Every time there is an "update", I lose all my friends and my stuff!! It is so frustrating! Please give me all the things I had accumulated before the "update" and I will give you a 5☆ rating! I worked for years on it and just like that it was all taken away! And now my Mega Slot won't load and I feel completely screwed by you! I have connected via FB to this account before and after the"update"!

So this "update" wipes out all the coins I had accumulated? Also empties out my friends list?

New update has way lower pay rates on the games I enjoyed.. now u have to use tap joy for free coins or buy them or just wait for free stuff..no just playing off what u got
