I can't belive you fixed it, it took time but good job, the game is perfect now so I am changing rating. Thank you! You can only play level one. Too bad because this game would be otherwise perfect. I can see many people are waiting forewer for the fix so I don't expect it to be fixed ever. Please dont't bother writing back that you are working on it, obviously you don't. But you shoud consider support the game again, if you one day fix it I will change the rating

Thank you for finally fixing this. Only taken a year! Given up waiting for you to fix this so I can continue to world 2. Loved this game so much I put it on my phone as well as my tablet. A pity you can't now get past world 1! Lots of people with the same problem, it needs to be sorted out now

Full of spam. Pauses multiple times right in the middle of a game and goes straight to a spam ad. Pathetic! You all say that you are fixing it one time after another on everybody's responses. Yet that has been months. No way you all are fixing this. Will absolutely be deleting. So sad this used to be my favorite game.

Love the game but recently there are annoying pop ups that say your phone us heavily damaged by a virus. It shows a Google logo and wants you to click to fix it. Next time you go to Chrome the warning is there with no way to close the page. Popup ads are one thing but phishing ads are unacceptable. Beware.

Do love this games. Great when you have spare few minutes to kill but now will not let me launch world 2...at all! Completed it years ago but this time round it throws me out.

I played this game on my Samsung Galaxy 6 (along with Jewel Star and Jewel Star 2). Unfortunately, I can only play world 1 on my new Samsung Galaxy 8 because the game just crashes when I try to play World 2 under the challenge mode. Too bad...was a fun game.

Cool game when you have some spare time... But, it is constantly crashing when I try to launch a game in the world 2 of the challenge mode... Frustrating!

Why, when I'm playing this game, does it continually launch a web page telling me my phone has a virus and I should install a virus Buster program when I've never had any viruses? This game should not have enough access to my phone to know whether I have one or not. Fix this Ad. Or Will uninstall.

Love this game but I can't play passed the first world of the challenge rounds. When I attempt to play any of the levels it crashes. No updates have fixed it. So I played all I can. Guess it's on to something else not made by this company.

Every time I try and play on challenge mode the app closes and says there's a problem with jewel star. I've tried uninstalling, and then re-installing the app, but it saves my progress and keeps doing the same thing. I'll rate this game 5 stars if this issue is fixed! This has been my favorite game since 2012/2013!

I enjoy the arcade mode. But in challenge mode when I go to world two on my Moto z the game stops and closes when I try to play. Can you please resolve this issue very soon?

Adverts popping up middle of playing game.Very annoying. Overuse of too many adverts. Gameplay itself good.

Used to be fun a year or so ago, but now it became just unplayable. Ads one after another, sometimes 3 or 4 at once, you're even stopped while playing to have an Ad shown. Then after a while it started crashing when trying to play world 2. Never again this one

I reported this issue over a year ago and still no change. This app still crashes after level 1...love the game but can no longer play...please fix...I even uninstalled and lost all my progress... Reinstalled and the problem is still there....I'm deleting this app now...its been broken too long with no fix and no response from the developers...too bad, it used to be fun but now its useless. Also there are so many ads it makes level one almost impossible to play

're reviewing after 're installing 2 years from completing. Avoid, avoid avoid. Cannot go past world 1 on arcade and challenge just continually loads up adverts even during game. What a shame as 2 years ago when working properly I awarded 5 star and highly recommended game.

I love the game. Only problem is I can't get to world 2. It just closed the ga med down when I try to touch the level 1 and all the rest.

This is my all- time favorite jewels game! I love this app, but it crashes on trying to open any 2nd, 3rd, or 4th level game. It has done this on my Samsung Note 2 running Android 4.0, and won't let me start the 2nd level due to the same issue on my Samsung j3 2016 running Android 6.0.1. Please help!

Would be awesome if it didn't crash on the first level of World 2. Tried it on 2 different devices and can't get past it with crashing. Terrible

Jewel Star 3 World 2 level is not working. Click any game and it crashes. World 1 worked fine and so is Arcade so far.

I would not suggest you install this app. When this app is open I get all kinds of pop ups saying I have viruses which I don't. It tries to get you to click on links. This ONLY happens to me when this app is open.

This was my all time favorite games to play everyday. However, about 2 years ago, I believe after a "bug fix" it stopped working correctly. I cannot use the Challenge Mode, past Wolrd 1, at all. After winning all levels on World 1, if I try to play any of the avaialble levels in world 2 (in the Challenge mode), the whole darn app crashes. I have sent hundreds of crash reports (not exaggerating), tried this game on 3 or 4 seperate devices & operating systems & the same fatal flaw still exists. I truly love this game & wish I could play the whole thing. Can you please help me &, from what I have read in the reviews, help the countless others continue to enjoy this game. I'm sure a bug fix isn't easy nor timely, but it has now been 2 years. I'm about to give up. Please help restore this game to its former glory as one of the best games out there (five stars) and not a broken game as it stands today (2 maybe 2.5 stars.) Sincerely & best wishes! :-)

Would give 5 stars in every category but unable to play beyond Challenge World 2 because the app closes immediately once a selection has been made. Therefore, only World 1 can be played. Please fix this asap.

I actually love this app/game.. BUT.. It won't let me get past world 1 without closing out of the entire game/app!! So how am I suppose to keep playing if I can't play any other levels than world 1?? Fix this bug please or I'm going to uninstall and I won't be installing this or any of your other apps again.
