A large fleet cannot be conquered just with powerful weapons - it’s very important to actively maneuver, evading enemy shots.
In order to make an exact shot you have to turn with your side to the opponent and press anywhere on the screen. At the same time it’s important to help the opponent to shoot your ship.
During the battle the ship almost always gets damaged. This is the tough truth of life. The damages do not impact the nautical qualities of the ship, but they can lead to the ship’s wreakage. Therefore, you have to watch to make sure the ship is always well-repaired. You can repair the ship in any closest post, not for free, of course.
A good ship costs a lot. You can make enough for it using two means:
You can rob caravans. You can sell the robbed goods at the closest island.
You can engage in peaceful trade. The price for the goods on different islands is quite a lot different. That is why most of the time peaceful trading is quite a lot more profitable than robberies.
You start the game on the easiest ship. The ship has few cannons and a small hold - it is bad for either trade or for war. Fortunately, there is a vast choice of more advanced ships on the island. You can buy them all, if you have a high enough level and enough money for it. When buying a ship pay attention to the ship’s speed, the number of cannons and the hold size.
Besides, you don’t have to buy a new ship, but you can improve the existing ship. There are three options for the improvement:
Cannons - increases the shooting range and the speed of recharge
Armor - decreases the opponent’s chances to damage the ship’s frame.
Sails - increases the speed and agility of the ship
Control:
- To turn the ship - tilt iphone in the right direction.
- To shoot - tap anywhere on the screen.
- To see a map - tap on the compass.

there is many things you can do such as trading and being a pirate sometimes I just do role play only one problem that I would really like you to fix trading is sometimes really annoying because you have to go to every single island in till you find the right price to sell for so you should add something on the map menu showing how much they are buying products for overall it's a epic game it's just trading that can be annoying please fix this oh and fix trading then I will purchase money as a donation

I played this game awhile back but then had to stop because the bugs made it unplayable. I decided to give it another try hoping the devs had cleaned it up, but after having several full cargo holds just vanish I'm completely broke. There's no way I'll ever be able to get any upgrades or anything because I can't make money. It's a shame because this game has a lot of potential. Update: old bug returned, game is now unplayable.

Cannot make money through trading, either you buy cargo and it isn't there at all when you return to sail ship mode, or you arrive at another port and some is gone and you get back alot less money. I never have said what a waste of 99 cents. Buy some gum instead. I sent them an email about the issue and they have yet to respond.

The game has potential, but as is its not worth the money. It is glitchy, loses progress, and you can't make out what half of the missions are because they are written in broken english. It could be a fun game, but I could have found a better game for free probably.

Game doesn't work properly. You lose your cargo between ports making it almost impossible to do anything as you run out of money. Told developers but no response 'cept we'll look at it, then nothing. This glitch seems to have been around for a while, so I don't think they are planning to fix it.

Fun game but needs further development. Can't shoot when on finger control, tilt works fine. Trophies dissapear too quickly, often gone by the time the battle is finished. Would be nice if it was possible to select how many goods u want to throw out when full. Got stuck on lvl 4 at the mission where u need to protect the captain from pirates: swimming there, killed all the pirates, but nothing happens. A few more quest lines would be great, too. Sometimes u swim through textures. Online would be awsome!

Found a few bugs: repair skill seems to not function properly, in fact it seems to make it so you can't ever fully repair your ship. Minor spelling errors. It would be nice if you could board and capture ships. It would also be nice if you can see the stats of your ship after you upgrade it.
