Mind Snares: Alice's Journey for Android
The game was wonderful. I truly enjoyed myself. The only thing I would suggest for the sequel would be more! By that I mean the first few chapters were nice a hearty. A lot to them, wonderful depth! The last two chapters felt slightly rushed. There was just so more you could have done! Like who the tree lady trulywas and things as such. Really looking forward to the next game!
The game was really intriguing in the beginning. So I purchased the full version. For the price, I expected the game to last longer than it did. The way it ended was very anti climactic. I finished n the game in less than 8 hours. I feel it would have been worth the money had there been one or two extra chapters where you had to combat the specter and learn his origin.
I am a big connissuer of HO games from G5, Big Fish, Alawar, etc. Lately I've noticed a decline in both the storylines as well as the quality of the games (visiting the same HO locations repeatedly, poor graphics, etc). This game was a return to the older, better games. The storyline was interesting, the graphics were beautiful & it was a challenging but fun game. My only complaint would be that it was short. If it had been a longer game or at least had bonus chapters than I would have given it 5 stars.
This game was awesome. The graphics were stunning and the storyline was super engaging and an easy to read map. I am disappointed though because once again it was five bucks. Why? I finished this game in a few hours too. Mysteries of the deep is a quality long game with a bonus chapter worth $5. Once again price is a tad too high. Don't be overcome with greed guys but go with what's fair.
I love G5 games, I really do, but maybe you guys should lower the prices on these g5 games...$5 for a full game? That's a little pricey for a game...ever heard of dropping the prices down to $.99 or $1.99? Lol please take these prices into consideration for more customers and G5 game fans to enjoy.
This game so far is a well thought out story line. Each small game so far are easy to think out but not to smiple either. The only thing I would of done different is with the tapes. I would of done the step to get the new tape frist before changeing out the old one.
Nice graphics and story, games were really straight forward tho, maybe better for beginner level. And it was really reallly hard pressing the "back" button. Its like you have to find that special spot for it to to appear.
Really fun game, the premise is amazing; however, it is pricy considering the length of the game. I played the free play first and was "snared," haha, and then paid $4.99 for the game unlock...there wasn't much more to the game after that nor were there any extras that most games offer. Other than the high price for a short game (should be $2.99), it was phenomenal.
Ch. 4 clicked on puzzle but still need missing puzzle pieces so trying to exit but can't. No map showing so clicked on Hint to get Back arrow to appear but tapping on arrow (which is half in the inventory) doesn't work. Nothing left to do but quit. Was a pretty good game until now. Thumbs down. Galaxy S6.
Early on you're forced to buy and $5.00 is the most I've had to pay for a game. Just saying, it shouldn't be listed as a free game. I did enjoy playing it. Like others, I thought it ended too abruptly. Where's the sequel promised for rating it?
You charge a little more than similar games but your graphics and animation are poor and no bonus content. Otherwise an entertaining game with a cool story and great mini-games. I hope one day someone explains the "rate it for a sequel" bull s***
I've just installed and played through the opening of this game. It's mature, has interesting play and, so far, I've not been bored. The rating may go up or down depending on how the next level goes.
I initially got stuck in the same place as others at the start of chap.4 & waited a few weeks till it was fixed & just played it again but what I can not believe is how short it was - 4.chaps & no bonus one (I get that not every game must have 1 but this needed it)! I was just getting into it & it was over. I liked the story but feel it could've been much more in depth. I liked the mini games but overall I just feel a bit short changed with the length. Worth a go if it's on offer but not full price.
I love the hidden objects that require an action to find in the puzzle and this game has several in each puzzle. Great graphics n OK mini games. It also had an OK story line but the puzzle did freeze at one point and I had to uninstall and reinstall. Which also meant I had to restart the game from the beginning. Still overall worth the money for the whole game.
I played the first few scenes until it asked me to pay. I was enjoying the game however the puzzles and hidden objects are too easy to find which means you get through the scenes quickly. I was considering to buy the game until I saw it charged me almost £5. And from what others are saying it's not even a long game. So not purchasing.
$4.99 for the shortest HOA game I've ever played, and I've played dozens. There were only four short chapters, and the fourth took me less that five minutes to play. What a waste of money. $1.99 would be a sensible price, but no more than that.
Game cost $5 and had no bonus chapter. Last chapter feels so unfinished and short. It's a pretty game. Easy to navigate. Professional touches here and there but for this money, it's just way too short and finishes very weakly.
Super good and quite addicting. Only snag is the fact that you're only allowed to play until a certain point for free before you're asked to pay to unlock the rest of the game. By then you're so invested in the game that it's such a shame to not be able to continue...
I'm only in the second chapter. The rate it keeps popping up. So far the game is excellent. The story is weird & interesting, no glitches, good graphics and an interactive map. Well worth the price if it stays this way.
Great graphics and a quite interesting storyline with detailed intelligent puzzles and moving cutscenes. But at the robot hand assembling part, I was stuck even by "using" the blueprint (how do I even use it?) I tried clicking and dragging the hand parts in different sequences but nothing happened. Kindly advice on what to do or clarify if this is a bug. Thanks.
I love these types of G5 games, the graphics are beautiful and the puzzles are challenging enough but this game is entirely too short for $4.99. I also enjoyed the storyline of this one and was disappointed when it ended after 4 chapters instead of the usual 6.
Beautiful game. Didn't understand it was about being a puppet in life. If you play it thru you face many demons and can relate it to reality. Very deep game! There's much more beneath surface. Worth buying the whole version for sure!!
Although this was a fun game. As others have said the last chapter was to short. What else bothers me is why say it is free in the app store then charge for it. It was to short of a game for the price of $4.99.
The story line is interesting and the hidden object games are very good. For $3, I would be thrilled and give the game 5 stars. Anything more than that, and it's overpriced.
The only problem I'm having is it will not let me buy the game and go on to the end. It keeps telling me I am a high risk and cancels my purchase. Anybody have any ideas or has also had this problem ???
Too short compared to other G5 adventure games for the same price. Final level was a joke - super short, mirror of first level, and way too easy. Expected a post-game animation or something to show the escape back to the real world, but nothing - very lackluster, unrewarding ending. Moving from room to room is also difficult and sometimes takes way too many taps to bring up the adjacent room controls.
I really liked the game it had good graphics and kept my interest. Chapters 1-3 were decent length then you get to chapter 4 and it's just disappointing. Also there's no ending, I'm guessing they're setting it up for the sequel. Overall it's a fun game but it's not worth 5 bucks!
Like others have mentioned I am stuck in chapter 4 in the puzzle pieces area, I cannot back out. I'm not replaying the game again, please release a patch. Updated the software to newest version and I still cannot back out of the puzzle.
Wow~~~took a while because of other things I had to do, but it may be worth the $$ because I just got to chapter 2. Don't know how many there are, but it is a fun and interesting game. I know I am enjoying it. Hope you do too.
Despite your assurances, the game remains unplayable due to lack of 'back' function in the plate puzzle.
Really enjoying this game. Its challenges me to really think what I'm doing. Keeping making more of these free games. A great story line. It also works with conquering your own fears.
Very nice game, with a lot of varied puzzles in it, not just Hops. Great graphics, but music can get a bit repetitive.
This game is ok. I purchased it early, and was not able to complete the game due to a known glitch. I am still back and forth with G5 about a refund. They finally fixed the glitch, but the game had to be restarted. This is a relatively short game, and is really not up to the standards I have come to expect from G5. There are constant tap problems (not registering, registering wrong item, etc.), and the ending does not offer any closure on the story. I do not recommend this game. It is not worth more than $1
Not too easy and not too hard. Good pace good puzzles keeps you wanting more!
Really nice work. No glitches, the only error I saw was the cup labeled "glove". Good puzzles, nice graphics, good theme and story. If you play a lot of these, you'll be satisfied with this one.
Otherwise, a good game. I was, however, disappointed with the last chapter. It was simple and incredibly short compared to the other chapters. It was almost as if the devs got bored and rushed it. It was rather anti-climactic. No real ending for the story, either, unless you count the starting video.
Charges way to much for a game that doesn't take long to finish, not impressed just wasted money on something thats no challenge. But on the plus good graphics.
G 5 games provide mind numbing puzzles that provide hours of fun and excitement. Would highly recommend.
Kinda sucks that you can only play to a certain point before it makes you pay to continue, and I also hit a glitch where my saved game was lost and I had to start over, but other than that it's a great game - cool story, challenging and engaging gameplay, and very cool visuals.

Eye-candy visuals, engaging puzzles, balance of seek and solve. A lot of money clearly went into graphics and development, and the effect is a pretty and polished game. The dialog and story were a little forced and lacked the heart seen in some of these escape games (Facility 47, for example), but they kept the thread of the game going and tied everything up well.
