Word Soup Free: Word Game

Why oh why oh why does the screen keep going blank? This has been happening for months. Don't say it will be on the next update cos I've heard it a thousand times. Uninstalling it!!!

I'm deleting this crap game! It let me play one game then I got THREE ads! THEN I COULDN'T GET THE BLASTED THING TO RELOAD! JUST GOT black screen!

LOVE this game had it before ads free and lost it. Missed it greatly. Would have given you 5 but for the ads. Can I get ads free PLEASE?

I agree that the screen goes black and I have to power off to restart it, but the most annoying thing was in the last game I played I reached level 23 and scored over 10,000 points and the score didn't register on the leader board. I am not happy about that!

Black screen glitch continues, and I see it was reported nearly a year ago. Too frustrating to keep restarting. Bummer; loved this game but it's too much trouble

Good game. It relaxes the mind with its calming music. I don't have too many ads either. However, after a ad, the game just turns totally black and there's only sound. Please fix it. Thankyou

Now - Overpowering ads!!!

Everything is working great until an ad is loaded on level up. The game then freezes up, plays an ad and then stays on a black screen forcing me to close. I hope this isn't a trick to get people to buy the ad free version :( And the sound still plays until the main menu shows even though I have it turned off. Shame as I love it on my Xbox.

You're lucky that I gave this two stars. I did two words and an ad showed up, two more words and an ad showed up again. It is nerve racking. It kept on going this and I am uninstalling this game.

I had the paid version and love it. New tablet and I can't find it in my apps. Where is the link. I hate the free version with all the adds. Update......now a blank screen and still adds. Please help.

Would give this 5 stars, but too many glitches! At first, after finishing game, or after closing it, the screen would be blank when u try to play again. But now every 5 to 10 seconds or so, it goes right online showing other games to download, even in the middle of finding words! Please fix this so I can see if its good enough to buy the new version. Otherwise I will have to uninstall and think this is the worse game ever! Please fix .

I started playing this game in pub and arcade slot machines and loved it ever since and was so happy to see this as a mobile app. First version was fine, but ever since this game became 'free', advert; after ad, after ad keeps popping up ruins the flow, particularly during the timed game and sometimes crashes the game and when I restart the game it tries carrying on from where I left off and crashes again. I'd compromise and pay for an advert-free version - deserves 5 stars.

While can play good game. But as soon as an advert plays screen goes black and crashes. Using on samsung j5.

Love this game especially on boxes in pubs, but too hard to play when evertime you put a word in an ad pops up and takes you out of the game! Very disappointed!!!

It is the worse game I have played which has so many interference from different game ads. Cannot finish a game without having to go back and having to come back to continue.

When playing you get random banner ads with a black screen you have to come out the game to get back rid of the ad and keep playing. Galaxy S5

Fun game to play till ad show up then frozen game if you restart your device it gets around frozen problem for me

Love the game! But I have no SFX volume. I can adjust the music volume but not the SFX volume. Please help.

Don't bother. A good game spoiled by 30 sec video ads that pop up DURING a game. Uninstalled.

Great game but completely ruined by pop up ads. Had enough so im uninstalling it.

This is a good game but for one thing when the ads come up i get thrown out of the game trying to get rid of them.Also it eats battery power very quickly If you fix these problem so i dont get thrown out each time i get an ad qnd stop stop eating battery so fast I will give it a higher rating. I am afrqid i shall have to delete this game. It just will not play on my ASUS tablet. I am thrown out of every fame and have to faff getting back in and doing that i lose good scores not good people! My autistic daughter plays this on her LEVONO ( i think thats what its called ) tablet and it plays fine . So if you can make it siut my ASUS i may re install till then ........

Really fun word game. One of the better ones on android!

I enjoy playing this game, but since the new update, there are long ads which pop up whilst in the middle of playing the game, which is really frustrating. Also it keeps freezing and throwing me out and i have to restart the game, which has only started happening since the update too.

SFX very dodgy and crackly, as you play a few games gets slower and slower until I'm tapping tiles 6 -7 times before anything happens. Then eventually it just kicks me out with an error saying word soup had stopped. These issues are making it almost unplayable at the moment which is a shame.

A game I was pleased to see available on Android. Sadly I have been able to complete only one game so far. It force closes on my Galaxy Tab 10.1 constantly :-(. It freezes then closes or force closes after viewing adverts. Same problem on my Galaxy S3 also. Update: Fixed by going offline. It works well on my tablet (which has no SIM card) when I switch off the wifi.

I buy this game with my Hotmail account and would like to have acces withmy Gmail or change the account ?

I too purchased this game, I deleted it for more room and when I went back to download it again, its asking for the full paid price. Very odd! The game is addictive but I'm not going to fork out another payment for it. Sort it out guys!
