The last time I bought anything was a month ago but for the last month I have been getting charged. It finally ended when I realized my bank account dropped a ton. Google had me email the game. The game did not respond until I called Google again and they opened an investigation. The game kept asking for all this info. Every time I have them the info they said they needed more info. And finally after a dozen email back and forth they said they won't do anything and to just got my bank and report fraud. Anyone who decides to try this game. Be warned. Called Google again and they are submitting a full report with all the screenshots of the emails the game sent me. Maybe this will get them to do something.

The game isn't fun anymore. The developers are greedy. The only way to get anything worth a damn is to spend a couple of grand. This game is not for the average working class person. You are better off spending money on a Xbox one or ps4 and several games. Not worth downloading this app.

Was good, but clearly many cheats on that ruin the game. Constant spam in chat from Chinese selling game items for low money... strange the makers censor many words but cant censor spam. Many people using multiple accounts also. And most annoying of all is the game has to reload everytime you switch between apps. I have emailed customer care but they dont reply for weeks and if they do they answer is useless.

Please get rid of all the spam in the kingdom chat.. nobody can get a word in edgewise. Otherwise,this game is pretty good. Also, the resource situation is ridiculous. Can you at least make it so soldiers don't take so much food? It's impossible to match the upkeep

I really like the game a lot. But my phone broke and I got a different one. I tried to get back to my old account and it was not letting me. When I tried to get help with it through the support I keep getting automated messages and not am actual person. I put a lot of money into the game and I might have put more but I'm n it going to continue with this game. Word of advise don't break your phone

Unless you have thousands to spend on a device game i would suggest you just pass this game by. I have put over 7 months into the game an have been over rin by chinese an russian players who can buy packs an cheat left right an center. They say the boot an ban players but ibhavent seen one yet just more an more lies. So done with this game will move back to my xbox one an idle heroes. Where you dont need to spend real money to win or enjoy the game.

All the elements for a great game. Except for the fact that you can't keep much higher ranking players from killing all your troops. Thus you can't lvl up unless you're a millionaire and don't mind selling the farm.

UNINSTALLED! After 5+ months of playing, I quit. I have moved to 3 different kingdoms and all have been the same... over run with chinks who spend too much to line your pockets, and make the game unfair and not fun for everyone else. There should be a limit on spending amounts as the kingdom I was in is now basically dead. Only 2/3 active alliances remain with very few people. We're all losing interest. We have all found other games, which are more balanced and fair to play, and will all be leaving to find a balanced game. Sorry guys but this is now too money orientated.

Haven't been able to get on game since yesterday, and this is the 3rd time in a week. Tired of loosing all rss because I can't put shield up..Pls fix

All in all this game is very fun and very addicting, it's a challenge to play after big events when you have to rebuild but it's worth it. Unfortunately people quickly turn this into a pay to win game spending alot of money to get stronger very fast Finding an alliance and making friends and allies is helpful and always good for war. My advice to anyone that plays this game, work hard to grow and find an alliance that will become your friend's and family that is the best way to survive never stop trying. Enjoy :)

I've spent a fair amount of $$ on this game only to have VIP point unsuccessfully used, winning 10x 100 gold once in the tarot reading but only received 100g, lost returns on black market bids during updates, and troops magically disappearing. Great game, needs more work or at least devs/support to respond.

I am so sick of this. Every single game is exactly the same. Is there seriously zero innovation, and creativity anymore? Just another worthless copy...

I have played this game for a while, and in the beginning it was pretty good. However in the last few months, there are more and more cheaters that pop up in these kingdoms and make it impossible to play without spending a ton of money. And even with the developers knowing this, they do nothing to rid the game of these cheaters. It seems as well, that every update they release simply adds more and more that you have to spend money on. I suggest that you find a different game, don't waste your time and money on this one.

I really dislike when people use false advertisement to get people to download a game. This is not even remotely what the Facebook ad claimed it to be. I would never have downloaded it if I knew it was just another point and click war game. Uninstalled.

I love the game but there is 2 cheaters that have alliances full of farms. Game support was told and do nothing... save ur time and money

pls just pls remove castles that has been off for months its very tiring going everywhere with players that already quit I agree with them fix the old ones before ur future ideas..but seriously come on!!

Overall the game is okay but there are a couple of major problems. Firsty, the cost of packages aren't consistent across the world so in servers with mixed nationalities some players can get the same pack for half the price depending on which region they live in which could lead to bundle abuse and rapid advancement for certain players . Secondly there is the problem of pay to play Guilds, the developers want a 'balanced' server however it takes one pay to play guild to ruin it for everyone else on a server as they can freely attack other unpaid Guilds without much of a challenge. If you want a fair and balanced game, I suggest you look somewhere else. If you can afford to pay lots of money to win, then this is the game for you.

Do not download this game or pour you hard earned money into.. This game is hacked and KoA. Team is not going to do anything anytime soon wait until they get rid of the hackers before installing this game. even if you show evidence of the hacks happening they will still do nothing anytime soon.. Game is about a year old and it's flooded with RMT.. And Hackers it is impossible to enjoy the game in it's current state making the fight for crown impossible.. On top of that it's business model is pay to win. The game has potential give it a year from this date 3/26/2017 to look if the cheaters have been cleared out before putting time into this game. it's a decent game but make sure you have a update device it tends to crash lesser mobile devices anything older then 2012. It's a typical risk game with shop to speed things up. Emphasis on teamwork and communication if you don't have that you are dead.

Great graphics and a fun idea. However lots of flaws. Larger players or big spenders can lock up a server for months. Game is so unbalanced a single player with stronghold 30 can wipe an alliance of 70 people at strong hold 15. Huge issue for growing or new players. Its made playing this game more of a chore than fun. Then you have farm accounts.....Ive found an area in my kingdom that has over 50 farms in a single area (100x100 tiles). I moved my kingdom close to them to see how long it takes devs to clean thier servers. Its been over 2 weeks. All are still there. This is weeks after thier mail about catching and removing farms.....LOL 50 lvl 5 city with no activity for weeks......they sure are trying hard LMAO. I would suggest to DL the game when they fix these issuses. They highly effect gameplay negatively.

A few glitches here and there... but overall.. a great game

I think its billshit to have someone repeatedly attack you have a 27 hour healing time and lose 95% of what you have for resources

Great game! I love my alliance. Easy to earn gold and level up without spending money but if you do spend money it's cheap and very well worth it. This game will keep you entertained for hours and not just for a few days or weeks but months so far..

Easy. Fun. Addictive. Allies are a must. Not just a kill kill kill game unless you're in kingdom 212. Wolfey (RWB) is a total arse. He is a racist bigot.

Game's advertising blatantly lies about what the game is. All of the ads show clips from a PC RTS called Cossacks 3 which the dev is trying to pass off as their own. In reality the game they've made is a boring Pay To Win retread of a thousand other mobile games. Don't waste your time and money.

Good game but after about a week a Chinese clan came in, bought a few packs and like that they controlled the server. They also abused glitches in the game such as mass sending resources to crash the server whenever we tried to attack them or fight them off

I am sick of Asians and Russians ruining the game for everyone. All these Asians i swear use the Cheat Engine you can download. Bloody disgrace. I demanded action and nothing bloody done. Typical Devs only care about those who spend big bucks. Good if your Chinese or A ignorant Brazilian

It would be a great game if the developers wasn't racist. When you allow cheating based on nationality I would say kinda racist. I was one of the first in my kingdom and been watching a player hit not farms and cheat. Reports have been made pictured took still nothing done. The developers don't care if you the same as them. You can cheat hack and everything else

Good game, but pay to win. Need to separate certain countries from the rest because it's literally one country screwing up the game economy and using their currency to their extreme advantage. Currently the Chinese can buy the same packages for around a tenth of the price as an American and its worse for Europeans. In its current state I don't recommend investing any time or money in this game.

Match Making is too bad. Why the strong player can attack a very weak low level player? How can a low level player make a progress if all his resources are being looted and his resources are all went for training troops. Why my troops defending my city all died when attacked? Never spend money again.

Need to listen to players or its gonna die. There are major problems in all kingdoms, complaints get deleted. If you want to play a game, especially if you spend, find a game that cares about its customers. Trust me its not this one. They give you goodies, let you win mini games in early days, but that ends quickly. Then you're on your own. Support is nonexistent.

This Game is expensive to play. Minimum cost $1.49 to $159.99 per pack! (in Australia). This items you get don't go far in the game. I was a pay to play gamer and played over 2 kingdoms. The comstant bugs are annoying and take to long to be fixed. This game takes money but fails to resolve issues quickly if at all. DON'T play this game.

Its fun but the coin is just too less to get. Cause its hard for me to play since the money aint enough for my kingdom works. So hope to update the coins to at least earn money by killing monsters n at least after upgrading buildings.

This is a decent game. The main problem is the the lower lvl. Strong holds have no defence against big spender lvl.26 and above. No amount of troops is sufficient. 350k troops in a sh19 can be wiped out by a sh26 with only 100k troops. Completely lopsided. They should be some sort of sh lol comparison. Maybe sh plus or minus 2or3. So a sh19 can only be attacked by his piers

This game is a joke. Anybody new trying this game out just basically gets bullied from all the higher ranked players. The it take you for ever just to rebuild. There's no balance in this game. Not on it for more than 2 weeks and just got killed

Pay to win. DEVS DON'T RESPOND/CARE ABOUT YOU. PERIOD. Stop letting top players farm lower ones and this game could actually be rewarding/fun. Have a bracket for pvp... it's 2017 ffs. If you're new, Hurry up and join one of the top alliances or you'll become a farm for them and the game will be a miserable experience. If you do happen to land in a top alliance, it's a fun collection game, I guess. Seriously, though. Join a top alliance asap or don't play.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A FREE GAME!!! Great to start with, but soon becomes tedious! After spending time gathering resources they just end up being spent on healing troops after attacks.

This was good game at the start but once you past level 15 on your building Stronghold your supply of resources rise up by twice. To get them is almost impossible and building up from there will take you forever . This game loves your money and will gladly take from you every chance they get . I want to fair to the other side and say this is a business and people have to make a living, some things needs lots of work to those who struggle threw life and can't not spend cash as much. Play the game and you will meet good people around the world that will brighten your day when all is lost. MY honest opinion is to give this game a try and see if it is for you . I hope you enjoy it as I have found the people at game are good and some help in your time of need or help you in life. Thank you
