Family Farm Seaside

PLEASE HELP, my pet is somehow stuck & I can't get him free. Makes it harder not being able to move paths or his home whiles he's out or I could get him unstuck. Please make an update where you can move these things while pets are out, or get my pet unstuck for me. Otherwise I won't be able to continue the game due the the inconvenience it's making. (other then that the game is real fun & would like to continue it.)

Love the game, easy to understand and they have videos on how to use the equipment and make ur farm expand. Also, their customer service is great!! Recently my phone was stole and had to get a new phone. Familyfarm helped me recover my farm within a couple of days. Their services were quick and resourceful.

Fun game, but...What happened? Don't like the snow, it lightened all the colors of everything, they are not as vivid as they usually are.. With cataracts, too hard on eyes, all print got really small and can't read anymore. Will have to quit til eyes get fixed.

The game used to be good but it has been hanging up repeatedly with the recent updates. Open a treasure chest/daily chest to get a reward will forever be loading and not running. Have to shut down the whole game and redo the quests again. Auto-save for the game had also been unstable, with us having to redo the stuff that we have done previously. It's very frustrating given that we have planted some crops and only to realise that the crops we had planted were not actually planted when we revisit the farm to harvest those crops.

This was my favorite game but lately it has so many problems. Things I've completed keep DISSAPPERING and I have to keep redoing them to move on in the game. I've been asking for help for a few months now. Also there are tons and tons of issues with the game crashing. I've done everything to fix this that I was told to do yet nothing is working. As for contacting the link sent to the reply to this I've also done that a few times now with no help. I've been using the in game help tab and keep getting told its been sent to another help team. I've spent Way too much real money on this game and if not fixed soon will want it all back and the deleting the game. Please fix this so once again I can give it 5 stars. Since the last update the game is now closing in it's own. This is very frustrating. So again as I've asked above please fix this .

It's hard to progress in the game without enough RC (Ranch Cash) so I'm basically stuck with the same quests for some time now. Not worth playing if you don't have it for the required items and you have to pay for more RC.

I used to love this game. Played it everyday. Now things I've purchased with the special currency have started disappearing?! I've been in contact with support multiple times and they are completely unhelpful. They just repeat back what I wrote to them and say, I hope this helps! It doesn't. If I purchase a product I expect to receive it. I'm not giving money to a charity this is a service just like everything else. Sadly, I have stopped playing the game now. Too many crashes and missing items that you work had to earn. Very disappointed.

As much as I like this game Im thinking about uninstalling it bcuz its still messing up. Been having to repeat the Grape Jam making part bcuz it will say it needs to restart every single time it gets to the part it says "you wanna know a secret about my brother Daryll hes scared of chickens" part. Its a very relaxing FARMING GAME! Doesn't have all of the pressure the others tend to have...

I've been playing this game a while now and spent a hell of a lot of money on it too as you need to as so many trees and bushes require RC. I went to load my game about 15mins ago on Wi-Fi while I'm out and it wouldnt load so I uninstalled the game the reinstalled it still having the same issue so I switched the Wi-Fi off success! But a new problem appeared in that my farm I spent lots of money on wasn't the game that loaded but an old one from awhile ago! How do I get my current farm back again please? And can you please not make us have to spend is much money on it for buying stuff to help us progress through the game easier and not have to miss so anytime relayed missions and such like. Just installed this and the first part is tap and slide to harvest clovers. Doesn't even bloody register my tapping anywhere on the screen. Doesn't harvest clovers when I drag my finger across. What a load of rubbish. Don't waste your time.

I really enjoy this game but lately it's been a pain to get the green mystrons you need to complete certain timed items. The Balloon video ads needs to be fixed you shouldn't be forced to download other games to get the mystrons or having to reload the game because ads freeze upon playing. I've only been having this issue over the past couple of days but it's making me want to give up anything needing mystrons of any color.

can u PLEASE fix the green mystron videos?!? it either doesn't give them 2 me, or they stop after clicking play next when there's 8 videos total. but today... the darn thing froze & couldn't turn off manually, so device shut off by itself...

. it would be nice if you could give the. game more expansion as with all the things we need to put on our farms there is not enough room to put things on the land we get. It is getting very frusting when I get videos and do not get. the. green tickets. for the. vidoes. Please fix it

Absolutely love the game but contemplating deleting it. Half the time I can't get past the gift pack ad. It won't let me close out of it. I've failed multiple timed events because of this.

I really like this game but its completely frozen and been that way for weeks. fix your crappy game it never finish loading I have uninstalled and reset data nothing worked

Been playing for about a month now and i love it :) the best thing about it is that, contrary to other games, the tasks and quests are not ridiculously hard to finish, so you can actually make some progress in the game at a nice pace

I wanted to try the game but couldn't get started. I would try to harvest the clover like it said but nothing happened.

I'd give full stars if there weren't so many glitches. How come the telescopes I load onto the pet house aren't counting for anything? I keep adding them but the number stays at 2. Automatic farm cleaning often doesn't reward. I have a pet collar that's glued onto my pet and can't be removed. Also the farmers market doesn't always allow you to get the reward at the end of the two hour slog :-/

I love this game! It's my favorite. But I also wish that I can still play this game even without wifi connection or data connectivity so I could enjoy playing it anywhere and anytime I want.

I like the game a lot but find it hard to get the help I need and that if I don't use real money I can't get the stuff I need so I don't have all the stuff up and running or the expanded land or machines , but I do enjoy the game, could their be something in game that could help you get the bucks you need ?

I have logged in for over 750 days straight but starting 2/3/18 the game will not load. It gets to "opening barn doors" and completely exits to my home screen. I have deleted & are installed THREE times today alone. Please fix so I don't loose my log in bonuses.

If something goes wrong within this game, these people give you a huge runaround and refuse to make any of THEIR mistakes, right with their game player. Very unprofessional bunch.

I love the game and have played it for almost 5 years now but for some reason it will not connect to facebook. Not sure what happened in the last update. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. I would hate if my phone got messed up and my progress is not saved

This game is intentionally designed to force players to make in game purchases in order to advance. The customer service never actually fixes problems. Everything starts simple and easy but to actually progress in the game takes either a ridiculous amount of time, or paying cash to afford "special" items that are actually necessary to progress in the game.

Gallery isn't working properly since the last update. No point in registering anything as I can't claim the reward for it.

One of my most favorite games for a long time... Possible suggestion? Would it be possible to make the farmium without a limit or possibly at a very high limit I've missed over 3000 farmium rewards because my limit was over exceeded, also I was wondering if we could have a button or a switch to stop production on animals and buildings because sometimes I'll try to tap one thing and fill up three other things I don't need working at the moment

I love love love the game it takes patience to earn enough rc to buy collectable or machine parts but it's do able very addicting so many challenges and missions

This is the best game you will play i had it on my ipad years ago and played it but then my ipad broke and died (RIP unknown-2016)so sad but now i have it on the tablet and im happy to have it back. This will be a good game for everyone thanks developers cant wait to see whats coming through 2018☺

Cute and bright Graphics this is a fun sort of time burning kind of app but as you get farther and farther into the game you will realize how much you really need to be paying to get the most out of it. As a purely free player it's hard to get into a lot of the more interesting sides of the game and eventually the pay wall will get harder and harder to climb without dropping money. The controls can also be a bit annoying with so many things shoved into a small space the touch controls can be hard to deal with and you will have to plan your organization around it. Overall it's cute at first but there's not enough of an overarching plot or interest curve beyond the daily routine of checking in on the farm to keep players invested

Love the game. But have just done the update now having trouble loading and I don't seem to have the cillectables house. ????

Best Game Ever. Been playing since 2012 almost daily. Takes a lot of patience in beginning until you start collecting items and money but well worth the wait. Updates are great and support is really good. Highly recommend this...

I can only play once every 10 times I open it or so. Most of the time, it loads (while using a LOT of data, over 600mb in only a few days), and then once the farm appears, I can't tap ANYTHING. The animations move, but I can't do anything. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this game is currently very broken for me. :/

I am totally addicted and play every day for nearly 2 years. I have the best group of stranger friends!! It's just the best

I LOVE this game!!! FFS Help Team is awesome and responds within 12 hours with tech solutions and farming suggestions. The latest update is just PACKED with upgrades and expansion opportunities with detailed info icons on production items (animals, machines, buildings). It would be helpful to have the translate feature also applied to Farm name, pet name, message board and all other interactive visitor theme areas. I am an FFSA (Family Farm Seaside Addict).

Great game but when start the game loads game data every time its not good.. Improve the loading system... And crops and other things took toooo. Much time reduce it and make. It. Off. Line

Buddy id#FFHASJL..i luv the game, but it really is expensive and i dont understand why (i mean seriously its a game people why charge so much)most things cause you to have to spend lots money..I'll see how far i get before i get enough of spending money all the time and uninstall but it is fun for now..you need alot of buddies who play all the time who are good at sending gifts back and fourth, and always visits your farm for extra points and gifts.. good buddies=good game experience, so if you want to buddy my farm use id#FFHASJL i Im always on, return gifts, visit your farm and send out what you request as long as your a good player also.. HAVE FUN (remember you cant just add as a neighbor, to get more gifts and extras you have to add as a buddy.

Too difficult to find. Items needed . Too long for crops to grow. Town ship is the farming game. That makes it easy and fun

I did love the game but I'm tired of having to find a decent WiFi spot for it to work. I wish you make it avaliable off line

Trying every day to install this game, i have it on my phone but just won't install on my tablet ,I have gone through all the troubleshooting options and still no joy old help.

Too many buttons and things to remember how to get to them. Not a simple game to play.
