Guess-Free Minesweeper plays exactly like the classical Windows game. The only difference is that the built in solver makes sure that the randomly generated board is solvable with no guesswork. So from the first opened tile you have an opening from which you can logically deduce the solution.

Pro version comes with no ads and custom board size. If you want a challenge try add some extra mines to the expert board.

Have yet to guess on a single game. Just wish there was an option to switch between setting a flag and opening a square other than long-tapping or double-tapping. I prefer just touching the icon to switch between setting the flag or opening the square.

This app is great as a "guess free" app and as a normal minesweeper app. I have been playing it every day for the last month and I've never had a "must guess" situation. With this pro version, this enables the use of large custom sizes that would otherwise be unplayable. This is fun! My only gripes with this app are: (a) no decimal places in high scores, (b) the message displayed when you win is not very exciting, (c) sometimes crashes when generating large boards. If these were changed I would rate 5*

Once I upgraded my phone, this app shows only 10/10 field with no options. I don't know if it's because of my phone upgrade or because the app is broken

Even without the guess-free feature, this would be a good minesweeper app. The configurable touch interface makes the game play fast and easy. Setting flags is much easier than most other versions. The guess-free feature removes the biggest frustration of the classic game and works flawlessly as far as I can tell. No matter how difficult the position, there is always a logical move to carry the game forward. It may not always be easy to spot the guess-free move, but if you look hard enough, it is there. My only complaint is that it does not support landscape display on my tablet. Add landscape display, and I will give it 5 stars.

I loved the free version, but missed custom boards. Thanks for making that an option for an affordable price.

Complete and does what it has to do TU (y) . I have to change my review with the upgrade of my samsung device i cannot access the game settings due to the left button menu is replaced with another function in samsung devices. Hence the game needs the settings soft button instead of the missing settings hard button.
