Battleship Solitaire Puzzles

Excellent game. I've always liked the paper puzzle version and this has kept me entertained just as much. I would have given 5 stars but for the fact there isn't an undo button. Many a time I've accidentally swiped across the board had had to restart the whole puzzle as I couldn't get back to where I was. Also I'd like to see offers of discounts on multiple puzzles packs rather than they being £1 each. However very happy with the game. :-)

... and once when it froze (after I paid for the next package), I contacted the game provider who replied immediately with a recommendation which resolved the problem right away. Good service! Just one request : could there be an "undo" button? At the moment when you make a mistake, unless you can remember your last few moves, your only option is to start over.

Needs settings. 1 - turn the wrong flag (in red) on or off for a more challenging game. 2 - save progress of an individual game. 3 - ability to reset all scores / progress to start again. Would be 5 stars with these

I really like this, it's almost exactly what I look for in a battleship game. The two distinct problems I have is that there's no undo button, you have to restart the whole thing. And there's no bundles for unlocking multiple packs. I know I sound cheap, but I'd really rather not pay $1.49 for each and every additional pack. Other than that, I'd definitely recommend.

Puzzles DO have unique solutions; some similar apps do NOT. However, all free puzzles are trivial -- no more than a minute to solve. How can we know if the puzzle packs for sale are any harder?

The 'free' version is hours of a lot of fun. After you've expended that, I highly suggest you buy some 'Premium' levels... Well worth the ₤1 each! Think you're clever? I love that this game only charges a small amount for extra levels. There is no charge for help if you get stuck! I have solved all the puzzles at least 4 times, cleared the cache, and started over, just because...

Great game and all can be logically solved unlike others. Great value as added packs not expensive, so I don't mind paying and supporting the developer. Could do with an undo & saved game feature, but excellent all the same

I really enjoy this puzzle, and the app does a good job of making it playable. I'd like to see a setting to turn off the hints (numbers and ships dimming when they are solved) to increase the difficulty level. I would like to play more levels, but not at $1.49 per level pack. I'd pay $4 for a package of all the levels, but I won't buy levels individually.

I have no problem paying for the more difficult puzzles. I pay $1.25 for a can of soda that is gone in 10 minutes! There are too many people that want free games or for the total game to cost less than $10. I am getting my money's worth. The puzzles are polished and fun to play. I love the Hashi puzzles as well. Please keep making more fun puzzle games!! I will buy them all.

If I didn't have to shell out extra money to open each upper level, this would be 5 stars. I wish it was one price for all-access.

I would give 5 stars, but after getting a new phone everything reset on me, I thought I lost the packs I bought but after clicking on the 2 I purchased to see if it would do anything they unlocked.

Really fun for those who enjoy logic games and puzzles. Great if you actually like to use your brain when you game. I agree with the other reviews, though: the extra packs cost too much. It'd be better if you could just buy them all at once, with the game itself.

Is it the simplicity? I'm not sure why but I am addicted. As someone who grew up on minesweeper, I really enjoy this game, and support the developers by buying additional levels at a VERY REASONABLE price. This game requires no guessing - just logic and thinking. Arguably my favourite game.

Love this game! Requires u to actually use your brain, just wish there was more puzzles....I'm done with all of them, even the ones you can buy! :)

But don't think the price is right if each pack is bought separately.

Very easy puzzles are free and the larger puzzles cost money. There are better apps out there that have more content and are better looking

I love the way this game offered plenty of free packs for me to get addicted to the game. What I don't like is that the pay packs are in-app purchases, and therefore don't transfer to a new device. About four months ago I attempted to contact support about transferring paid packs to a new device and still have not received a response.

Good but not great implementation of the classic puzzle. Should be able to press and hold to fill ships as well as water. My screen also kept timing off... should have it forced it on like every other game. IAPs are way too expensive: $1.49 PER PACK. Would have been a lot more reasonable at $5 for all of them. Fun but not worth spending that much money on.

But I wish the extra levels were a bit cheaper. Also, I'd like to be able to clear the ones I've done, so I could start a pack from scratch but have the program keep an eye on the ones I've already done.

1.49 per pack? Seems excessive. many other games allow you to buy more for less. I would like the option to buy them all at once also.

I greatly enjoyed this game while it lasted. I completed the levels relatively quickly and I've beat all the free levels. It would be nice if there were more free levels added so I could play some more.

Needs a undo button and the option to not have the game tell you when you screwed up. Otherwise good.

I bought all the locked puzzles nd when I had to restart my tablet it was all gone. How do I get what I paid for.
