Karateka Classic for Android
Simply put, a great time machine to the best of the 80s.
Wow. I remember playing this 20 years ago and this is so alike the actual game. GREAT JOB!
Why can't I punch though? Great classic Used to have it on the atari 800xl.
Awesome!!!
Great remake.
Well, it's not really karate, but whatever this stiff lashing out of fists and feet may be, it's addictive as always. We snuck this onto the reverse side of our 5.25" disks in computer class, and it still has that kind of appeal. I'm not sold on the controls yet, but I don't hate them either.
Great port. Addition of the floppy drive loading noise great too. After playing found out it kept the CPU alive for 8 hours and keep awake was over 1 day. Drained my battery. Not sure why the game needs full network access permissions either.
Nostalgia at its finest. Brings back memories from the 80's and both the Apple ][e and C64.
Wow. I remember playing this 20 years ago and this is so alike the actual game. GREAT JOB!
Many flashbacks from the original on my old Apple ][ europlus. So wonderful. Huge thanks for porting this.
This is a fun game to play no questions asked, what wasnt fun is when you pause the game and it still plays behind the menu. This can get very annoying especially if you're texting or something on facebook
Good classic game, but do not have save option.
A childhood revival! Easy controls. A must for those who are of the 8bits generation :)
can you add now moves plz :)
It is hard to believe how such a nice game could be written with only 64k available in memory back in the day.
remind me my childhood
this game is excellent and really fun!!!
Perfect translation from my old Apple 2 version...even choice of monochrome or color! AWESOME!!! LOVED IT.
I am impressed! Plays like the original at the same speed with the same dynamics. Perfect look and feel. Nicely done! Well worth it for the old timers!
Fun to play. Takes me back to golden days of gaming on Apple II. Please make more! Choplifter, Olympics, etc...
Wow. I remember playing this 20 years ago and this is so alike the actual game. GREAT JOB!
Plays really well! Old school classic. From the creator of Prince of Persia by Jordan Mechner.
It's even better now!
Even the creaking of the 5.25 floppy disk drive on load has been recreated.
Awesome!!!
I used to play this on an Apple II back in grade school. Awesome for casual gaming on my Droid.
Brings back memories of days of old, when playing this on an Apple ][e or C64/128. I don't remember getting too far in the game before and so far it feels like everything has been included in the game as it was originally. If you're a fan of the original Karateka, you'll enjoy this. Overall, I haven't noticed any glitches or experienced and crashes.
I played this game last time in 1994! After that my MS-DOS computer crashed! I'm excited!
Just like I remember playing it on my Apple IIe.
No nonsense game, no nonsense port
Awesome
Old time fave
Just as I remembered it
I like it
This was the very first video game I played in my life! I used to play it in my TK-2000 almost 30 years ago! Wow! I'm getting older!!! :-)
Can't handle to get so far, the stand button not reacting to tab, die and star from beginning! Update: Nevermind... figured out the rewind to last victory!
Back in the 80's I never envisioned being able to carry this game in my hands let alone kick back on the couch all relaxed like to defeat a evil Warlord. But now I can so thank you and good job !
Remembers me for my childhood, but there is no way to exit the game, no save, always starts from the beginning when killed.
This really brings back memories. I love that it has color and is not just black and white like it was.

Just perfect! Felt like I was playing this on my Apple 2e again.
