Body Swap for Android
Turns out the app needed an internet connection (not just local wifi) to work. It'd be nice if it can work without internet, to prevent lag and security issues, since this could technically be a spyware (with the camera connected to the internet). It's really fun though. Thanks dev :)
I was playing this app when suddenly the screen went black next time i knew i was really short and im a girl ,jk this is a really great app 5 star
Please fix this. Its stuck on 'Awaiting Peers'. I've never used this app but heard amazing reviews from it. Such a shame that I cannot use it. I have a local wifi with internet connection
I haven't gotten this to work on anything other than Samsung phones yet.
How do you make this work
But wish there was an option to swap with strangers
Try with opposite sex
I don't want to do it!!!ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?;¿¡¿¡¿¡¡¿¿¿§§§¿¡¿¡*£/ later on... I want to give it a try!
2 phones and 2 vr then it works
Mi nuh understand this df
Good
Not perfect, but definitely great work so far. I have a few Halloween costumes that severely limit vision but would have no problem getting around if this supported a direct phone to phone connection.
Is there anyway u can remove awaiting peer thing? Cause i like this app as a defult see through camera but i dont have a peer i feel like doing it by its self. Dont know if that makes sense but can you remove awaiting peer or make it small and put it to bottom or top of screen? I want to use just the camera this app doesnt lagg it and i want to be able to walk with it
Really interested in this app, but after a lot of trying I just can't get it to work. Usually both phones just get stuck on "awaiting peer". But sometimes they connect and get no feed from each other (I'm assuming that's what the black screen means). Other times one eye will go black. But it's very inconsistent whether it's going to connect or not. That would get it a 2 star. But usability concerns bring it to one, even when it isn't working. The biggest problem is the lack of transparency into what is goin on. When they "connect" and I switch between the views some feedback as to what view I'm seeing would be useful. I'm assuming the three views are local camera, other phone's camera (the black screen one), and picture in picture? But that's just a guess, since I can never see anything in the second view. A bit of an FAQ or readme would go really far. Basically the UX and documentation leave you feeling really powerless when you can't get it to work, because you can't tell what might be going on, or what you may need to do to get it work. Very interested in this app, and I'm going to keep my eyes open for updates. I hope I can revise this score someday.
Kudos to the developer for a great idea and a pretty smooth functioning app. I feel like the people who are getting this low ratings don't understand that cardboard is a fairly new technology, and apps can't be perfect yet. Anyway, I've had a great experience with this app. I put one on my face, and one on the back of my head. Really freaky!
not a lot of whistles or bells, just a stream from your camera to their screen. took a while to get 2 cardboard users together, but its alot of fun!

My moto x 2nd gen gets a fine image from the peer phone, but my camera is just green and lines. My camera works fine, and this is the only app that does this. I'm on Android 5.1 lollipop.
Amazing! Works like a charm. It was very unusual trying it out with my significant other. "This is what we look like to each other? Wow!"
How do u use it? Can you please tell me. Also do you really switch bodies?
It sucks
Please update your app, I'm running into an issue that really shouldn't be happening. I start a mobile hotspot from one phone, connect the other to said hotspot, and the phone that is connected gets the "Awaiting Peer" screen but the phone providing the hotspot still gets the "Connect To WIFI" screen. Both phones are connected to the same network, but because one is providing the hotspot and cannot have wifi turned on I cannot get past this screen. Please enable a "Move On If Using Mobile Hotspot" option to move past this screen. I'll gladly update my rating once you get this working.

Hilarious with friends
This thing is weird and cool because it feels so unnatural me and my friend did she felt weird and I felt weirder I bump into a chair and knocked out -_-
Cannot open your two apps on my asus zenfone 5, please fix :)
Does this work
I hope this works
So I am using two phones both with the app installed and they both say awaiting peer. They are on the same wifi. Please help me use this because it seems like a really cool app.
Great idea. I can only imagine it would work even better if both users had a 3d camera like the old Evo 3D

This is an awesome app! I think I'm gonna get a second Google Cardboard just to let both people experience it simultaneously. The only feature i would really love to see is the ability to connect over the Internet. I think that would be incredible and lots of fun for me and my girlfriend or friends. Edit 1: Okay so I picked up a second Google Cardboard just for this app! So far the only problems I have had are that the phones won't always connect but you just need to restart the app. I would love to see more settings, info, and maybe a menu would be nice. I think it would be interesting if a PC on the same wifi using a browser could be able to watch both streams using their IP address or something.
