Hi FLERO game, i played this game during close beta and now during the grand opening i wanted to continue from my saved data. Apparently my saved data and my girlfriends saved data have been wiped. But we found out theres playeers with level 26 at first day released in the game. Can we claim back our saved data from you guys?

I'm so mad right now! The app kept crashing and crashing and crashing when I tried opening it so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again afterwards. I HAVE connected it to Facebook so my data won't be LOST. Do you know how hard it was to save up to 1000 gems?! And when I reconnected it again, I NEVER GOT ANYTHING BACK. I wasted time and money on this. I am extremely disappointed in this as I had very high hopes for this game. Heck, I even put up with the crashes of the game while I was playing cause I enjoyed it. Now, my gems are back to 10. Do you know how mad I am? I'm not sure I have the Heart to play back what I know already! PLEASE FIX THIS.

I already updated the latest version, but I still can't upload photos, why?? I'm so disappointed, the app always crashed everytime. Tbh, I'm so addictive with this game, please help. I honestly love this game its amazing, but i havent used any of my hearts im suppose to have 341 and now out of nonwere im down to 234 :( what happened?. I really l9ve the game but that was a cheat move.....

Was able to play during Beta, but the app crashes on startup for me now. otherwise it's a cute little game. The error you mention is either NOT fixed, or it's something else. I have uninstalled and cleared cache. Android OS. ETA: Not impressed with your responses or lack of assistance. I won't bother with this game again.

I can't make my character. There is some sort of bug where after I'm done entering my nickname, the touch key layout doesn't match what's on the screen (e.g., I tap the corner on the bottom right of my phone and it opens up the birthday options; I tap the right side of the scroll when making my character and it opens up the keyboard to type in my nickname). Everything is fine up until the point where I enter my nickname. Please fix this. I was looking forward to trying this game.

Great game but the errors are frustrating it always has connection errors and restarts when I've just purchased something so I lose the Gold/staff tickets and get no item.. So have to save all over again.. Once thats fixed it will be fabulous lil game

Everything is good. Except for the errors that happens whenever you upgrade your dishes. Gold spent but error came up and was logged out. Went back to the game to realised gold was spent but dish was not upgraded. Fix this error please. Im not only one experiencing it. Ty.

Thank you for the quick reply however, my nickname is still not available although I've already CONNECTED to FB AND GOOGLE PLAY acc DURING the BETA VERSION, shouldn't it be wiped if data is initialized? Recommend - (Yaoi) Supper cute game. Already addicited. There's a problem tho when you put your year (age) in. I put 1994 (21-22 years of age) but the age on the card shows its 2 years older. So it's putting me at (24) years. Just somthing small I hope that gets fixed.

I highly do not recommend this game. Even though I have nothing on in the the background, it keeps telling me there's a third party on. I restarted, antivirus, closed all app, etc. and it still tells me there's a third party.

I love this game, I just had surgery and have been sitting around bored in the hospital and I'm so happy I could play this to keep me busy since its pretty fast paced without any punishment if you don't keep up. Very cute and addicting!

Thanks for clarifying the last issue but now here's a question: I noticed there are a few recipes and location that requires a special character but how do I get them when they're not in the staff list for example the mirror?

sometimes there are some errors while playing. when we start the party and there is an error we re-enter and when returning gold that we get before so lost. so when we get gold when selling items the gold also missing. please fix it.. so disgusting. thanks. my nick : rachz

Why the hell is going on ??? I can't open it . Internet unstable?? What ??? Line full but still unstable ?

I wait this game to loading (1 hour 3 min)And it still loading and say my network unstable ...why ...my internet was 4G ...does you know how fast is 4G ?And i waste all my internet to waiting this game(I used all my 2Gb internet to load it and it took ALL ?!!... ..but what did i got ?Patient ..Really ..(I enough waiting this )Please fix this !!!
