Been playing for years. I love this game! **however, when I got my new phone yesterday, I was not allowed to keep my coins and had to restart. I was in Brazil with almost 5 million coins. I have inquired about this to the game designers, but have yet to hear anything back. Give me back my coins and location, and back to 5 stars!

The scratch cells are still not wor king properly it is now 11 months since the cells were working so please fix that problem. It is now the 11 of September and the scratch have not been fixed at all the cells after the first day af the new lot the cells are all scratched again so why have you not FIXED the PROBLEM it looks like you do not think we want the bonuses that come from the scratch cells it has now been 11 moths SO FIX IT ASAP

And the three "feedback" emails going unacknowledged, but hard to do thru the menu that I can't get to!!!!

I love this game but when purchasing boosters they took the money twice and I only received one set of boosters. Never received a refund or the boosters. Poor customer service. They TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PRODUCE THE BOOSTERS

I am deleting this game from my phone. This is the 2nd time in a row that I have bought boosters and not received them.....Last time I received a "gift" code as a replacement that doesn't work on my phone and had to practically beg for that before that numerous times before I received a response. Ive had this game on my phone for yrs but Im fed up with the level of customer service.

I'm very happy with the game. I can play it. And I found no glitches. Thank You for fixing the problem with the glitches.

I've been playing this game for about 4 years! No other app has made it that long on any of my devices. It's a good game to just kickback with. Wish all apps were this playable.

Why do i have start over when i get a new phone that don't make and since u need to.fix it or i will stop playing. Been Playing the game to long go start all over again. Crazy

The scratching feature shows the prize, but it DOESN'T go to the counter. You get nothing, way too often.... Disappointing....

Slots journey. This the Third time i have downloaded this game as it stops for no reason.Have not had any feed back from you ,NOT HAPPY

Awful small slots. But the quest is fun.

I have noticed with this game I can go so far and then it starts crashing and I have to delete it and reinstall and go back to the start. Fix the problem please.

I enjoy the game as I'm getting to discover it. Nice break from every day stress and I look forward to the next challenge every time.

Downloaded this and journey 2 and neither will open at all. Can't rate it fairly if I can't open it!

Love playing this game but when you get so far it shuts down and won't open to play really irritating

I have been playing this game for years. On dragons island level four upon passing that level it crashes/force close. Ive sent request to fix a few times and still no help. All the time i invested to find out i cant get to the next level. Very poor game that started out as one of my favorite games. Im very upset. DEVELOPER PLEASE FIX AND OR UPDATE THIS GAME ASAP!

I uninstalled this game more than a yr. ago because it freezes and closes when you try to scratch a cell on the Scratch Card so you don't get your space rewarded. It also shorts u on wins, u rarely hit a big win. If u watch the reels they stutter spin & catch & snap back up so u don't win. After 2yrs I know, I knew 2yrs ago, its intentional, if it weren't so they would have corrected it by now. If you notice after u scratch a cell on the Scratch Card it disappears the next time you've opened the Card! Why? Why DECEIVE your players this way, ...even the paying players!?!

Love playing the game but have been unable to play for several days. Keeps saying Unfortunately Journey Slots has quit working. Have reported the problem several times with no response.

Came back to try game again. Really disappointed cldn't get game to down load Greece where I left off. Guess maybe I'll try another time. Maybe not .This is why I left before.

Worst service ever. Still won't open! I've waited for months for this to be fixed. Well I still cannot open and no time wjrn the new upgrade will be available, and now you want to know how my experience was with customer support was!!! I still can't open since updstr, bye you keep telling me it's fixed and now that it will be fixed with next update but when??????? This is five days and still won't open!!!" This still will not open!!!!! I see others having same trouble. I've spent $150 on coins and boosters. This is disgusting, two days and still not fixed. You emailed me that this was fixed. I did update again and it still won't open! This is terrible. Update isn't working, will not open!!!!I'm still waiting for a reply as to why I only have a black screen side I did the upgrade. I have over 170,000 coins and 13 -5x boosters, I better not lose these.

When I tap to collect my bonus coins from the notifications, the bonus chests pop up but are on a screen half the phones screen size and are not accessible, they don't show up at all if I go through the main game entry point. Also the scratch card hasn't updated in 15 days and is still telling me that it will do so in 5 days. However, the hourly bonus still works well, and the game is still fun and playable without the bonuses, so the bugs are more annoying than damaging to the game play.

Starts great but once u start to the last cycle it stops. I had to restart it 10 times also lost slot of points.

This slot game sucks..... The payouts are shoddy.the winning pay lines are always the ones you haven't upgraded to yet.. And in order to upgrade to more pay lines you'll be playing for a year to get there... They just want to suck money out of you for another free game... And I haven't gotten to the lack of any interesting bonus games worth playing or wasting your coins on to try and get. Don't waste your time!!!!!!!!

Says it's been installed but after reinstalling the game 5 separate times and it still refuses to run!!! Sick of this b.s., I'm gone!!! Bye

Thought it was a good game I had gotten so far and then it quit working so I had to delete and reinstall and start over .
