I haven't used it yet during a flight... the graphics and music are very soothing, and it does provide simple, repetitive distraction. But racing against the clock to complete the task creates a bit of tension, and if this is an app for people who are nervous during takeoff, having an additional source of "stress" is not a good idea. It would be better if you could turn the timer off and just focus on the game, for as long as you needed.
