O Quiz Filosófico é muito fácil de jogar. O jogo é dividido em 12 níveis de dificuldade, e cada nível conta com 5 perguntas. À medida que responde corretamente a pergunta, o jogador avança para a próxima questão. Mas se errar a resposta o jogo termina. Mas não é preciso se preocupar, pois ao reiniciar o jogador pode recomeçar do ponto onde parou. A cada nível vencido o jogador pode compartilhar o resultado da sua pontuação e desafiar os seus amigos nas redes sociais.

Depois de vencer todas as etapas e responder todas questões, o jogador tem a opção de zerar suas respostas e pontuações e começar o jogo outra vez.
