Good but buggy After pause, the play button won't start the game agin

Love the update with the color and all! The GoL is just so awesome!

I like how you made different generations different colors. It's a great addition. But I'm not sure if I like it dislike the fact that when one of them hit the side, they die, instead of going out the other side or something... But when you hit the pause button, you can't unpause.

Bug: After you pause, the play button will not start it again.

This app is true to Conway's Game of Life and quick at rendering. Ability to control the speed is included, which I enjoy. Loss of 1 star due to there being walls on the edges of the screen (gliders should just leave, not stop), and these walls cannot be turned off.

Being able to save would be awesome, and maybe its just me but I cant deselect cells. So if I hit a wrong cell while trying to make something I have to start all over...

Excellent, excellent implementation! At first I was convinced there was a bug but then I realized it was producing generations too fast for my eye! A library of interesting known patterns would be wonderful! (Maybe there is one but I have not yet found it.) Very well done!

One thing that would get an instant star is the ability to toggle OFF a cell. The cells appear to function correctly (glider gun works) but the display is not correct. To prove uncheck fading dead cells and watch a glider (traveler) carefully in slow motion... it travels, but the cell display is not quite right.

A chance to play Life was the reward for completing a spelling unit on an IBM 360 when I was a kid...with a real telephone modem. Those were the days. Killed a lot of trees, though.

Worst attempt of GOLLY that I've seen in a long time.

It looks very nice, and I like the configuration options. Good that you can pause it and draw something before you run it. It would be nice if I could also erase cells while drawing. Finally, the original Conway's rules are not correctly implemented - for example, the simple 4 by 4 checkerboard with 4 2 by 2 cells should act like a blinker, but it just stands still.

Like the large size options and life cycle time delay adjustment.

Could u pls make a option to allow cells warp on borders? Tks
