My Boy! Free - GBA Emulator

This app is great for reliving the ole GBA games on your mobile device. :) The emulator works smoothly, offers a great amount of flexibility for maximum control and immersion, and is quite efficient at its job! There's an usual glitch I've been having with my BlackBerry Priv, though: If I have the device set to use the virtual keyboard while I use the physical keyboard for keybindings, the buttons work fine. But if I switch over to SwiftKey, the physical button presses don't work anymore. Do you know if that's a bug with this app or with SwiftKey?

This app is awesome and i live to play pokemon games but it stopped working recently, whenever i get on it and click into a pokemon game it crashes. The app seems really good but i really dont like this crash. If it gets fixed or something i would be more than happy to give a five star rating. Could someone maybe tell me a way to fix it?

This is a great GBA Emulator it works with out any problems. The interface may be minimal but it is far better then Retro arch. I like that it has a free version to try and that my gamepad is supported. I only played a few games on the GBA when it was new. I just couldn't stand the screen but am now playing a whole library of games I didn't know existed before. What ever you did with graphics on here makes them look great. Thank you for this I will be buying the paid version.

Great app! Literally everything about it is perfect except for one small thing which is the loading. I've spent about 2 hours playing a game and saving my progress in a quick save slot but when I try to load the save, an ad pops up (no big deal) but the game never loads the save. It just resumes where I paused it from the beginning.

First time looking at this app I wasn't expecting much other than a constantly crashing mess; however, that isn't the case. This app plays games like a dream with no graphic or audio issues, the ability to speed up the game, and easy to learn and use controls. Highly recommended for GBA fans. <3

I love this app. Makes me relive my childhood. However there's this bug that whenever I hold the B-button and another button (mainly for running in most games), the controls all together become unresponsive. Please fix it soon

It's great. Super great. But there's only one problem, I can't continue playing on some games because it requires buttom combos, and I can't do any of those combos because this emulator won't let me. (pressing three buttons at a time)

I can no longer load my saved games from the autosave feature. I use to be able to watch commercials and load it, but now it just says there's an error. I have perfect WiFi or cellular data. I don't know what going on.

It's. A good app but so dumb how you have to buy the full verison now to battle. It's so pointless to have the free version when people want to battle. But can't without full version when i used to be able to battle without any problems very dumb

I've been using this for a really long time, but I always wondered about something. Is there a way to import battery files (*.sav)? I'm playing Final Fantasy V on my pc (through vba), and I'd like to find a way to transfer my save from the pc to my phone.

Pretty lenient on the free features. Cheats and saves states are both things you can live without and play the game happily like you would have on a normal gba. It seems that a lot of people are confused on how save states differ from a regular save and think you have to pay to save. Just use the regular in-game save option and you'll be fine.

This is the best GBA emulator I've found. It plays everything I've tried perfectly. Customizable controls and link cable support are great. Ads are minimal. The only disappointment is its single save file per game. Still, easily deserves 5 stars!

I have never played any of the GBA SNES or consoles before the Wii I'm a kid 11 to be exact and I always wanted to play Pokemon Yellow and Legend of Zelda and It's really fun the Downloads don't take at much space and I can have All these games for Free Thank You

The app is amazing for a free app. The 1 line limit on cheats is annoying, and not being able to play offline really sucks. Other than that the app is great. Also if I get the paid version would I have to restart my games or can my saves transfer?

I love this emulator and it works very well, but it drains my battery quite a bit. Also, I don't know if this is just the ROM, but my link cable thingamajig for multiplayer doesn't work. Oh well... 5 stars!

This is the best app. One thing that I hate is that to load the state you should watch an add. That's not my problem but sometimes when I don't good internet the add won't come out. Sometimes I spend more time trying to load the add than playing.

I used it and it was laggy and every 10 min or longer. I always glitch out of the game/crash i hope you make an update so it would fix this for me then i would give it 5 stars

Excellent, but the game stopped unfortunately for my pokemon light platinum game. Also the advertisement should be remove, it wasted our time. U can provide it, but make sure that there is a skip button at the top, thank u

The tactics to make you buy the full app are disgusting. Starting by being extremely expensive, you cannot load a saved game while offline since an Ad won't load, also, you won't be able to load a game from more than the first slot, yet you won't be notified about it until you need to which can be quite a disaster. There are other cheaper and better alternatives out there.

I hate this because this game is starting to crash when I click on pokemon ruby. Please PLEASE FIX THIS. I WILL RATE 5 STARS.

LOADING ISSUE! I saved my game in the quick save slot,closed that game then came back a few minutes later. I pressed load game, an ad popped up but it didn't load my game! Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Liked it before you started dangling the full version in front of me every time something didn't work: "Failed to load save file - Get full version now?" Hmmmmm... It's ALMOST as if you've disabled the most basic features such load and save to force us to buy the full version. Pretty underhanded stuff...

Free version runs great. Only time ads show up is with save states. Need full version for cheat codes. Worth supporting for $5 either way!

Everything is perfect but I'd like the developer to explain how i can multi link with more than 2 android devices. For example Zelda:four swords .I cannot seem to connect more than one device :/ could you tell me if that's a bug or if I'm doing something wrong

This is the best GBA emulater out there! I've had the free version and the paid for version and they are both amazing. I play all the old games I grew up with. Best emulater app ever!

It was OK! The app was better before but now just an ad sellout. It will keep crashing ur game untill it loads video ads so basically you have to watch two three banner ads and then a video ad if you want to quick load the game. Controls are basic as expected from any emulator.

Watched an ad to be able to acess my save state, but once I watched the ad, it didn't send me to my save state. Total scam of an app.

I was playing Pokemon red just fine then I got in a battle and then was having 1 frame per second. I reloaded the game but still had 1 fps. Is this a bug? If it is, is there a way to fix it? Please other than that I love the game.

I regret getting this app instead of John gba. The emulator has so many issues. But now I'm half way through and just screwed until I finish my game.

If you can't use multiple save slots, then why give us to save in multiple save slots and then not be able to load that save? Other than that I guess it's a good emulator.

Good emulator, but we force to see adds when loading my savegame. Just wasting time see 15-60sec adds just to load game.

best app I've found no lie works flawlessly on even my straight talk phone only problem with the the ps4 controller is eventually it times out glitching my phone till I reset it but only on blue tooth everything else is perfect im just praying that I'll do more like maybe a GameCube PlayStation anything or n64 emulator for I've Beenough up for days trying to find a compatible and worth the download but to no avail

I accidentally made two quick saves so i deleted one and now it wont let me load the remaining save unless i buy the app because it thinks i have two saves which i dont. Please help

I was playing pokemon i left layer when I joined it said cant load multiple saves and I only had one slot full waste of time

Its awesome!! The only thing i don't like is if i push up, sometimes it would go left or right. Otherwize Awesome app!!!

I think it's the best emulator. Very straight forward and simple. Controls for certain games are iffy, but still handle greatly.

This emulator is very good, I love playing the older games such as pokemon red and blue. I tried to download fanmade pokemon games on operationandroid, but it didn't work.

DONT DO IT! It doesn't let you load any saved games. I spent hours on Pokemon in one session and went to load the only save I had and it said I had to purchase the app first.
