Had to reinstall, lost original account and can't seem to get back! Did the whole log in with my Facebook crap which my account was connected with and yet it didn't work and has started me out like a new player! Help! Will give higher stars once sorted!

I rly enjoyed this game for the couple months I played it, but after the update where servers were merged, you realise the developers dont really care about their fanbase. Willing to delete accounts that dont fit requirments for mergers. Peoples accounts with VIP status...deleted. The events are supposed to be deals, but actually youre just being ripped off. Dont play this game. You will be scammed of your money by people who couldnt care less.

I would happily give this game 5 stars if it didnt freeze showing a loading sign so often. You have a great game but i have to reload it too often and miss timed events because of it please do something about this. Also the timers are really messed up so i never know when to evolve. Slightly unfair if i have to wake up at 4am to evolve something. Changing this to 1 star because i keep missing events due to the freezing

I have issue login in again. Pressed start game and just a grey spot appeared on top instead of loading. Reinstalled game but still the same.

Had a good few months playing for free, decided to start a new server and pay for a few things. All was going great until this update now I'm getting 'net connecting error' on loading screen, carn't log in.

I have no way to message people, and my text is constant CAPS LOCK - rather doing my head in !!

I got logged out and it won't let me log in and have emailed and got no reply really love this game

I did like this game but from the past few weeks the screen would pop up with a loading circle and freeze as I have a problem with my login and it says account invalid and when I try to relogin it say this account doesn't exist please fix this I was on lvl 59 and I spent ages on it so it's really annoying that it won't even log me in oh and it says there's a network connection problem even though it's fine.....

Still getting stability issues but can log in now. Cheers

Very good game I just wish developer would make this available on ios for people that change device and can sync it but other then that good game

This game is fun to play, theres always things to do, the art for the monsters is amazing!

For my taste, the STA is recovering way too slow and I'm having difficulty connecting to the game many times. And it would be nice to have a server with middle European time as not everyone is up at 5-6am for an event.

Love this game. Entertained me for hours as a pokemon lover it had loads to do but now it won't even open and keeps closing. Absolutely gutted. I'm having to remove it and re download it

Fantasy cave part 3 is bugged. One of the chicory turns invisible and walks straight last my team and I lose. Could we get this fixed please?

I just love this game i've made new friends and the art work is great but you should change some of the monster's names because some of them look like the actual Pokemon names just saying

4.5 star as some connection problems, might be loading or connection. Some in app items are too expensive and some levels are just a tad difficult to get past. Sort the connection and lower the in app purchase prices, then it'll be 5 star.

The gameplay is good the only issue is that stamina takes a really long time to recover, stamina refills upon level up would be great. Also i have problems with opening the app 80% of the time im stuck on the loading screen.

Enjoyable game, really addictive and fun! My only issue is that I can't participate in the Zap-dos attack or the Myth Monsters attack - it says 'ended' just after I come across one...

Hi.. How can I type my own name in? When pressing enter it goes down a line the same with typing a chat. Please let me know if this is just a glitch of what.

It's a great game. Only thing that is bad is that you have to pay for vip. You can't earn it.but that's okay however I can't get on the game at moment as saying game maintained and or open again on 08/04/2016 yet it's already passed that date.

I have been playing the game for a while now and spent money on it got very powerful and ranked top 25 in server.... an update about binding my account come through so I did everything it said i tryed login back on game and now it has deleted everything and starting me again please help all the work I put in is lost

I adore playing this game, I really enjoy the concept of the whole thing.. But I can no longer play on my Galaxy note 4 because the app consistently force closes on me. Please fix it!!!!

Great game, lovely art work... but omg having to turn off your caps after every letter is a problem... Pls it seems many are having issues communicating in your game making the community feel dead. Fix this thing and I'd rate it 5*. Hard to find a guild accepting of someone talking in all caps so I'm getting left out and its making me want to quit all together because its harder to solo.

The games is great apart from the fact I can't type properly...I had to randomise my name and I can't chat becuase I can't enter my messages. Not sure if it's a phone model that's not compatible or something else, still a awesome game though :P

It's a fantastic game, very good fun, it's terrible for connecting to though, sort the connection to the servers out and will be great

I use an Xperia z1 compact, I never have any issues with any games yet after the intro chat it throws me out of the game and says an error occurred. Tried restarting and everything. Game looks cool but worthless if I can't even play it. I'll change my rating if this gets fixed.

The gameplay is fun and i like the concept but like many others I'm unable to type anything which makes it impossible to get involved with the community. If this problem is fixed I'll change to 5 stars. LG G4 user

Battles are fun and summoning your favourite pokemon in a new form is cool. Evolving is fun too. Jiggly sings so cute haha. Any pokemon fun must download....i have one question... why if it so pokemon influenced call the game Fantasy Elves?x xx x

I enjoy it a lot but what's up with the chat forcing me to be in caps lock all the time? Pressing the shift button after every letter is very monotonous making me not want to talk at all which ruins the social aspect of the game. Please fix this and then I'll pay for the in game things.

It seems fairly fun but.. Why the frick am I being forced to be a male character? Like seriously creating a female avatar is obviously not difficult nor is changing some dialogue. Just lazy.
