Nexus 6p marshmallow won't open. Edit May 2/2016 I wish to edit my review of this game. After reading further in some of the comments, I've gotten the game to work. What I had to do was go into my Settings> Apps>Fantasia Heroes and manually set the Permissions to access my storage, contacts and phone. Then I needed to Force Stop the game. When I restarted, the game works.now. I've only played it for a few minutes but so far I like what I see.

Way to steal ZQGames design. This is celestia: broken sky. I don't get how companies get away with this so often.. Edit: your auto response to a 1 star rating without actually reading the review only infuriates me further.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S6 and what ever I do I cannot get Fantasia to open. Every time I tap on the app I immediately get a error message saying "Fantasia has stopped working". I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I've also tried restarting my phone. Can anyone help me figure how to open it up without it crashing immediately. This started happening as soon as I first downloaded the app today.

I purchased 2 monthly gem package for this game...after I purchased my gems...the game screw up on my purchases...it said that I purchased my gems...than it said game purchase error. I paid 13.60 with real money...I didn't get gems....and the game won't give me my gems. I might consider legal action against this game....for theft and fraud...and I hope the developers of this game fix this minor issue. This game have to refund my money or give me my gems that I paid for this game. Don't buy anything!!!!!!!!

I tried it on my tablet then my phone but it keep saying that my Google account does not work, what the hell. I know I have not played it on my tablet for a while but that not the problem. Can you please fix it in the next update? Thank you and I saw the game play so I am still giving it a 5 stars.

After the new update, log in, and it all started from begining again..! Wow... So bloody stupid... Wasting data and time only... Used to like thjs game, but after the update... Un install and will not play ever again... Thank u for the update mate...

I have some trouble today when log in. More specifically at 00.30 PM .. I have finished my world boss challenge, but when at that time. I can't log in. Written " Google+ log in failed". I have done everything that you recommend to all player. But it can't fix the trouble. I think you should do some maintenance for your game or maybe some update to repair system that doesn't work. Because many players still want to play this game.. Or maybe at the bad possibility is the player will delete this game

I was looking forward to trying the game. But every time I try to open the game it instantly closes and says it stopped working. After reading the other comments and seeing how this company isn't even reading what the commenters are saying. This game is not worth my time to even deal with.

Rates in which Random Fusions are done are just stupidly made. I used 2 human 2 stars and got a 3 star troll looking monster. Instead of any of the many other human 3 stars. Every time I summon I get 1 stars. I've never been able to summon anything higher, and the rate which you collect gems are freakishly slow..

I can't log in with my Google account that's my big level char ID please fix it and reply my email, I'll give 5 star again later. Thanks

Too bad for lyto. How can we play the game if it cannot login and crash after that. I even dont know how the game looks like. What a waste.

I downloaded this on my samsung 5s and it wont open. Redownloaded and still have the same problem. Alot of people have the same issue. Dont waste your time

love it but hate it, this time we cant log to game via google+ silly customer support blame it to oud local providers.. why not hey try it using google+... twice in a week but you guys put this game on google store..amazing

Lyto, I bought some gems is failed but payment in my credit card is successful. I bought $ 8.99 x 4 = $ 35.96. Next, I try bought $ 4.99 and $ 0.99, all payment is successful but no one gems in received in my account. Please give me back all my purchasing is $ 41.96. I'm dissapointed about this.

I've just purchased $8.99 for the event. but when payment successful , then comeback to game screen it say failed. i didn't get gem and event prize too. but, my purchase already recorded and i get receipt from playstore too. please fix this.

Stuck at loading screen.lot of player facing this prob. Also google log in failed. Touch the screen nothing happen. Bla bla blaaa .uninstall

The game is fun, the graphics are great, but it crashes all the time. To make matters worse, you have a limited number of keys, which you need to do dungeons and whatnot, and if you're in a dungeon when it crashes you lose the fight and you don't get back your keys. So, basically you can't progress into the game when it's going through it's abundance of crash phases. Would be a five, but the irritation and the fact that you start losing interest after you've wasted all your keys for nothing makes it a 3.

Great game and graphics, but I have some connection issues when starting the game.. and I have purchased gems on the game, but it says purchase failed, even though my CC has been charged, please solve the issues, thanks.

I cant even enter the game, the game suddenly stop. Im using samsung galaxy s7 android 6.0.

The graphics are GREAT & it's easy to play & become addicted to BUT NONE OF THAT MATTERS because not only does it take FOREVER to get passed the loading screen (I have a GREAT internet connection, so it isn't my internet) but I get kicked out EVERY 4-8 SECS! The app closes ALL THE TIME. I have lost MANY items & opportunities because of it! My brother plays this game as well & everything I've just told you happens to him as well. Its INFURIATING! We love the game but we're ready to uninstall. Not worth it.

It froze my galaxy tab and I had to get a new one so you need to fix this if not I'm sewing you

Uuuugh i want this game BUT whenever i open the game it says unfortunately, blah blah has just stopped. Please find a way to fix this though i think others can open this. I was pumped up with the game cos of the trailer and the remarks. But then i am disappointed that i cant open this.....

im rating this 1, zero if i can for no official support page. i've been playing for a few days already and suddenly it wont let me login in today. stuck at loading animation. no support page, website dont even list the game. Lyto facebook page has only upto March contents.

The game keeps crashing before I am able to play. This game looked fun too can't even get past the title screen

Been wanting to play but so far after it loads it just stays on the main screen. Waited maybe about 10 mins since I thought it needed some time to load but nope. I even tapped on the screen multiple times lol if you can fix it I'll definitely give it a 5* then. I have a Galaxy S6 by the way :)

I would rate it a 5 stat if only i can log in. It always says "no response from the server". I reinstalled it but it ddnt resolve the issue.

Frankly I am gonna say that this game is so much fun, easy, and entertaining...I am excited playing it. But unfortunately I can enjoy this game only via Droid4x(android simulator on pc). I can't start playing on my android (samsung gt-p3100) after log in with facebook, it went blank screen for,...i don't know how to say it,...mmm...forever.

Ok so I just bought some gems but you don't give me my gems. Instead you give me an error and still take my money. I've already sent an email to your customer service but haven't heard anything back from them. Really want either my money back or my gems.
