The AI is weak. Almost every time I play someone online, the game ends because my opponent stops responding. I can't remember the last time I actually finished a game. That's a bummer. When I do finish a game, this app is awesome.

Difficult to find other players online and playing against computer is too easy. Other than that... it's fun to play and just like old school stratego board game.

Disruptive, loud video ads even in "sound off" mode. Unacceptable!

Fun, simple, straightforward. Biggest problem is that it takes forever to connect to multiplayer. This is serious as the AI is dumb and will leave you craving a challenge.

Good game, but in multi-player, if you happen to win, the other one will disconnect... So no win for you. Can you fix it please? (top player are doing that...) Edit : they disconnected during the fight, when they see they are gonna lose. So for example in my statistics I have 3 games played, 1 won, 0 lost. Because two times they have quit before the end of the game! Thank you for looking! It's a great app!

I really enjoy this version of Stratego. The AI is weak but hey, I enjoy winning! Lol. If I had a request it would be to be able to save a couple of starting layouts.

Enjoy everything about the game except the difficulty level. Setting pieces is simple, but I would like to be able to swap them. I think the AI is too passive with high pieces and too aggressive with special pieces (1&3s). Sometimes it doesn't seem to make any sense at all:). It would also be nice to switch colors/turns. But overall this is a great remake of a great old game!

I dig the look of it. Only critique I'd have is blue's pieces should have silver numbers/pictures instead of gold. The small pictographs are great and help as a reminder that the physically weaker pieces still serve an important purpose to the game. Sound is fine. The AI is much too agressive with the spy. It seems to think a spy can defend from a marshall. This is the biggest gripe I can find with the game's difficulty/programming. If you made a full version without ads, with online play and a slightly smarter AI, I'd definitely pay for it. If it wasn't for the ads, I'd *film* myself playing it.

I see a bugs, sometimes AI can end his turn without make any move. Other things, i see i just can play in red team when versus AI, please make i can play in blue team when versus AI, and don't worry about AI move, computer not like a human, he will easy to get tricked, i also amazed it. Cheer up, i think you have do the best work for improve AI ????

Great game. One problem is when it ends prematurely and suddenly. Pls fix this. It shouldnt end until the flag is acheived.

Excellent gameplay. Would like to see better AI and difficulty levels. Would also like to be able to save my initial layouts. It's very fun and scratches my Stratego itch.

Work on the AI Sam, its too easy,just have 15 or 20 layouts without the flag right behind the lake :) then it will be 5 stars.

I love some Stratego and this version is really nice. The problem is that the AI isn't just easy, but predictable too. If it finds one of your bombs, it sends in 3's like lemmings; so just plain guarding a revealed bomb can seal its fate. I think the biggest flaw period though is that the AI doesn't track your revealed pieces (Except bombs). It will send in random pieces agressively, despite knowing (or should be knowing) your 10 or 9 is posted there. So simply playing defensively with your 10 and 9s, while protecting your 3s, bombs, and 1s from getting poached is a fool-proof win every game.

Great game to play with a friend. The AI is the only weak point, as it is very predictable. Highly recommended to use the local pass and play multiplayer function.

Great game. Needs multiple AI difficulty levels, this one should be easiest difficulty. Still fun to play, just shouldn't be impossible to lose.

Love the game, appreciated the fact that it was free, however I would like to see more difficult AI and perhaps even an AI difficulty setting

The single player AI is kinda weak but I love the sound track, I wish it was listed somewhere what it was.

App still crashes when the AI cannot make a legal move. Overall a really fun game. Network multiplayer support would be great.

I like how your improving the IQ of the computer! But could you plz add credits for the music you used? P.s. can't wait for the next update!

If they updated the A.I. so you could increase the difficulty from easy (which is what I consider the current A.I. difficulty) to very hard and if they made a online multiplayer it would make the game much better.

It tries to be stratego... tries. In the real game ur pieced after they are revealed, they get re concealed...

Has the potential to be the best stratego-esque game on mobile. I like the simple design and the pace, it feels nice. Obviously the AI isn't very good as others have said, but keep working on it. Also, I'd ask for an option to disable the revealed pieces. If the player had to use their memory in a game against the AI it would make the game harder.

A really great strategy game. One easy way to make the AI more difficult would be to have the option of changing some of the AIs weaker units (4s) to (8, 9 or 10s). Could also look at giving each player one mobile (still non attacking) bomb to make it harder. Great game though and I love the simplicity of it.

Needs a bit more different pieces with different effects for example: a bishop. We need a piece that can move diagonally. And perhaps u guys should also add a bigger map. The AI needs some improvements as well. PS I like how the other player can't see the other pieces until they make contact. Tho I don't like how the other player can see ur remaining pieces because it usually ruins my plans.

Decent version of the game. Slight shame that it automatically reveals any attacking piece. I would prefer if you could manually label the opposition pieces with what you thought or if they were revealed as the list that they could be (eg if they defeated a 6, then they would be labled as 7+). Not bad, only problem is the ai seems to use a random opening setup. May i suggest instead using set determined opening setups, you'd have to make like 90-200 to make it still fun. Then add levels of difficulty and use a random selection for the ai to use. It seems like alot but considering you spent days worth of hours to try and fix the ai, this might help. You can find easy to really difficult setups right from a google search

I must agree with other people that it's not terribly exciting. Thanks for the response though, I know how tricky these things are. I'll keep checking back and hopefully there will be a new and improved version at some point.
