This is a great game that is all I need to say......

Okay I've tried downloading and installing all that went fine. Until I went to start the game, it started downloading the update but stops when its almost completed an says unstable network which is BS. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling I get the same error. I've been trying to play this game for two days now an haven't gotten any where which sucks! Please update this to a better version.

I thought it was just me, but after reading all the other reviews from today I see it is just the new version. I got past the unstable network and it tells me the maintenance is still going on 6 and 1/2 hours after it was supposed to end. Paid big money. Hope you get this fixed soon or I will be posting all over the web to let people know to stay away from your games.

Good game only problem is there are hackers. One of the hackers I know of his user name is dee he is in server US-S53. If he is not banned I will never invest a dime in this game knowing everything can be hacked why spend a dime? Also FYI customer support sucks. Another thing is you can't report people who broke rules in this game for example you can't report hackers

First off this is a very unbalanced and pay to win game, so if you aren't going to dump money into it you won't accomplish much. The game overall could be great, its fun, looks good, plays good but the lack of balancing and the cost of gems (which are almost required) makes this an otherwise very mediocre game.

Lost account can't remember which server I was in, got automated answer on logging in facebook, WOW!!! Really logging in with Facebook puts you back in server you were in? NO! It doesn't once you Unistall app you lose server you were in, such a shame to have to unistall a game with semi potential. ☆Remember☆the server you are in if you ever decide to Unistall you can go right back into server you were in.

I downloaded the update now cart play unstable network better be some good compensation for this. Now it as gone past that screen now say Wi-Fi is disconnected not happy this is a good game but only if you can play. Jhonpaul DJ Server EU42

Changed review from 1 star to 4 stars as finally my diamonds were automatically given to me. Someone called me from the company kindly after i left message on Google play though he did not seem to know who i was! Good graphics,soothing music and intuitive gameplay. I still do not know how to buy new heros (should be option for that ) and also to update hero stats more quickly which i still do not fully understand how and where the instant kill icon appears (can't see it!) Overall a solid game worth playing.

Playing for 2 months. Excellent graphics and many daily quests. Also, a lot of daily gifts which makes it unnecessary to pay money to play, unless you want to. Some connection problems and not a very good chat system. Overall a very good game, worth downloading and playing

Boy am I ever so glad that I didn't drop money on this game! (And I was gonna) Loved it when I first started a week ago, but this update fussed everything up....which seems to be a pattern with these droid games. (Dropped alot of loot on KRITIKA & HIT and now neither will work on either my tablets, HIT barely works on one of them) Like most other players, I can't access my character either. Stupid WiFi error message when trying to log on. I will say this, try reinstalling game on your device, NOT your SD card....that got me past the installation error....after waiting around for 3+hours! But what's the use, if you can't play it anyway! PS: EZFun, You suck!!

Why the hell did u ban my account when i only ever used the server u gave me. Will never play any games made by this company again. I will be sure to put out the message on how u treat users now.

This game keeps crashing when I'm getting to the good part. I'm so upset. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling such a hassle. This game is awesome by the crashing is most annoying making it not worth the disappointment.

I like this game, I really do. But the English is SO BAD that there are times I don't even know what they are trying to say. Also, since the latest update, there are a lot of things that need to be fixed. Game randomly crashes, it lags more, English reverted to Korean, etc. Only thing keeping me playing is the time invested.

Great game don't need to pay to play to be competitive only issue is cross server pvp if you get matched against and older server it is never within the same power level range and you get slaughtered making it unenjoyableyou are at so that could use some work for a more competitive matchup and make it worth doing. I would also give it 5 stars if the balancing of the different weapon class was better the game pushes you into the gun class which is severely overpowered

I used to like this game. However, the poor customer support do to their game lagging, glitching and frequent disconnections which in turn makes your in game character not receive in game rewards is terrible at best. Don't waste your time, their customer support doesn't on their players.

It's a great game. One I've actually stuck around and kept playing.

I really loved this game til the update now my whole account is missing with all the hard work I put in , I was at level 77 and my guild was 14 on the ranking please allow me to get my account back I am so devastated please help I need my game back

Everyone's having issues with this new update...please fix Asap! I've spent a lot of money on this game and this is unacceptable.

Fun, good graphics and fight mechanics. The story is well woven too! Gets a little repetitive but fun nonetheless!!

Taking up to much memory. The game itself is almost 700MGs, now I have to download over 300mgs for extra content. I'm gonna have to delete this

Great game no pay 2 play. You can get VIP status just by playing.

I really like the game, only problem I face is the slow stamina regen time everything is easy cuz I threw a couple 100$ but yeah if you could make stamina regen faster itd be great but kudos to the devs for a great game!

Really want to give 5* but game can be unstable and freeze up or close and sometimes loads new profile instead of the one I've been working on. Overall I reaallyy likee

Its a great game but why did you banned me? I know if I install the game from an apk file I would be ban, but from a different apk game or program should not effect this game which you had ban me.

Can't complete update, unstable network, so tragic and this was one of the best out , any one know any games close to this that you can actually play without issues?

Update​ 4-2-2017: So, I sent an email to the creators and still haven't heard anything back from the creators.

Great game keeps you busy always something to do and you don't have to pay to win daily events and good guilds will help move your forward fast
