Ampelini XL - Games for Kids

Go on a journey of discovery and playfully learn with Ampelini XL how to safely navigate your way around the city, where funny characters and strange creatures can be found on every corner.

The app is geared toward children between 3 and 8 years of age, completely free to download and free of advertising. It is provided as a public service by the GDV (German Insurance Association).

Along the way, the Ampelinis—Gina, Grecco and Rocco—will help you master city and traffic safety rules.

Through fun learning games, you will come across many situations in which you can use your skills. The Ampelinis are there to explain how to deal with everyday dangers you may encounter in real life.

• Help the Ampelinis find five hidden bicycle helmets in the cityscape.
• Free the townspeople who have been put under a spell by an evil wizard.
• Find the five silly danger gnomes that cause mischief in the interactive Ampelini city.
• Look for even more colorful animations that are hidden throughout the city.
• The three Ampelinis help you every step of the way and show you a few new tricks they have learned.

PLEASE NOTE
All games and animations contain sound and spoken language, so headphones or your Android device loudspeaker will be necessary.

The Ampelini website was named the best children’s website at Germany’s GOLDEN SPARROW children’s media festival of 2011.
Additionally, www.ampelini.de received the „Erfurter Netcode.“ This quality seal is awarded to providers who satisfy not only youth protection regulations in the area of telemedia, but also support social and cognitive development of children.
