I bought some gems but didnt get it..no contact developer options incase of bugs..will give 5stars if may gems will be given

Finally able to update after so long but disappointed when the game still has error.

I bought 260 gems but i did not get them!?it says in my payment history that i bought it but in game i did not received them wtf?

After 2 days ago update i cant login, then yesterday they said fixed. I tried download the newest version like them told, still cant play. i got kicked out right after done loading main page of the game, tried re installed the game and the result still the same. It was a nice game, but with this error it make me bored cant play it (this cause some people turned away to other games) you guys should act fast to fix this....simple question...did you guys tried 1st run the games before told us to??

after update the game, always unexpectedly quit right after buffering~not even get to the server choosing page! please solve the problem asap or i will juz uninstall the game!

Stop asking us to redownload. We have done this tonnes of times and nothing is fixed?!! It's been almost 3 days. Still no response from the developer. I'm leaving for good. Bye!

I like this game . This game is great. But when i opened this game it closes and says Dungeon Crash has stopped. Please fix this

Because of their update i lost my account n when contacted took them forever to reply n they didnt help to escalate the problem also.poor support and stupid game..dont play...find other games to play.their fault n we r being affected..stupid update.1 month of waiting n lost my account.

So disappointing, such a great game gone to waste...I can't keep broken games in my phone so this is me saying Goodbye and thanks for the fun. I updated the game and it just crashes, or stays in the screen with the the message downloading package, without anything happening. I reinstalled it, same results. So I'm uninstalling it.

Last for 3 days and i still cant update the game.. Always tell me to update newer version that is never exists.. Tried to reinstall, the same problem still there

I prefer games with more action going on like tiny troopers and zombie age 2. If I want a time management game Clash of Clans is the game. COC is ok but the summoning is too slow. I don't like a game where I just watch when the action is happening. I want to decide which skills I click and hit the monster. I hate auto mode heroes.

Good : - Great game with tons of features - Player progression is quite balanced - Tons of freebies! The game is generous with in game cash items Bad : - The battle can be dull to some - PVP score does not reset, you're stuck with your rank Ugly : - Character design seems rather dull and too kiddy, would be great if it's designed 3D like 7knights or Hello Hero instead

What happen ? I can't login since this morning ? 6 hours ago till now ? And pls fix the issue about game clash , me always clash when playing half and too eat RAM also .. try fix pls or this game dead soon

What the f*** happened? After updating this game i can no longer connect and play the game. Come on dev you can do better than this. Will change rating once its fix.

When I open this game I can play for a couple of minutes .. After that the game close by itself and all other running apps were also closed ... Pls fix it .. After updating the game I wish the game will not crash llike before. But it is same

Bug fixes mostly addresssed the hanging problem though it still crashes once in a while. I haven't been receiving my dungeon boss summoner's reward in the mail anymore which is somewhat upsetting. Love the new features though (buffs etc), can't wait for more updates!

It kicks me out of the game every 10 secs into it. My internet is good-- this only started today, too.

I have being topping up this game through mol points and now they remove that third party top up making me no longer can top up. Ask them also receive no reply or help

I always crash every 10sec please do something its a good game but no update its already febuary sir... pls fix it soon cant play well when it crashes..

I love this game, actually. It's fun and addictive. But every few minutes, it'll always close by itself, please fix this and I'll give 5 stars
