Every time I tried to see how long a word is the keyboard pops up & it stops all the time

I honestly want to thank you for your efforts. BUT it's too difficult. I was thrilled to see a crossword for kids. My 9 year old loves to help me with the easy clues on crosswords I'm working. But these puzzles are too hard for her. Please make them in varying difficulty. Starting really easy up to a little more difficult. Thanks
