FPse for android

It's all fine until recent updates. I never lagged playing Legend of Legaia, but after i updated it, it always lag when i use Spirit. Unless you can fix that, or give me a link to downgrade this emu, it's 2 stars. Edit: i give back my 4 stars for your fast responds. It's been rare for developers to respond to us users that fast. After the latest update, I couldn't play final fantasy series anymore. The screen freezes everytime I tried to play those games. Please fix this problem. This emulator used to be good. It seems you cant use bios file. After unload bios file, I can play all games again. ---- After lastest update, it's getting worse. Eventhough without bios file, I still cant play final fantasy series and a few other games!

Flawless play on moto G 2013 5.0.2, only exception I have to say is when playing spyro 2, after accessing the emulator menu, the video freezes, but I can still hear the game working and characters moving. Hmm? Spyro 1 works fine. I LOVE the fact it unrars, and recompiles all in one. Favorite emulator.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST APP OUT THERE ! I have been waiting for the Samsung Galaxy S3 and I finally got it, the end result...the child in me was reborn. I haven't had this much fun in ages, first off, never in my wildest dreams I'd thought that I'll be able to play ps1 (or psx nowadays) games on mobile phones, guess i was wrong. I cant stop praising this app enough, the options and layouts serve their needs. very simplified and easy to use. Lovin it !!!

There is a d-pad bug with tiny toons pluckys big adventure. The d-pad will not work in-game, it works in the menu but not during gameplay. It works in other emulators so I know its not the rom. I've even tried the bin version and the eboot version. Please fix this issue, besides this little bug this emulator is perfect and by far my favorite.

I cant remove the "license check" msg on the screen.. i followed all steps but still..its popping out.. it only started when i updated it.. but when i uninstalled it.. and downloaded the unupdated 1.. and installed it same thing happen.. pls help me fix this ... thanks

Best ps1 emulator on the market, hands down. Had it for years then had issues when I got new phone. Developer was helpful in response. Find a proper bios online and this emulator will run. Save slots, rotating screen, and cover art adds necessary nostalgia. Immaculate.

I'm leaving it 5 stars for now. I have a issue with final fantasy 8, but that's the only game I've had an issue with. Another issue fixed within 2 days. Thanks again devs!

Excuse me mr. Developer? I have a problem on my Fpse. I buy this app ang use it. The your update came and it a disaster. Licensed check faild its annoying ang when it appear s the sound is gone. Pls fix it i dont i like the app just that licensed check thing. Pls

Works great for 2D, but seems to have slow downs on 3D games. Strange, I've seen youtube videos of lesser phones running them fine. Might be a problem with the new version. Legend of Legaia is a really good example. EDIT - Yes I have. Bios is loaded, but performance across the board on all 3D games seems to lag.

I think it's great. However, I cannot seem to find the file named 'scph.1001.bin.' which I need to be able to create memory card. Also. It's asking that I load the bios. Whatever that means. The games are loaded but I can't find a way to save certain games.

Every game that I have tried, runs at 100% with no lag, what so ever. And the graphics are HD! Opengl is way better than DirectX any day of the week period... I'm a happy camper! For the RPG gamers out there, all the Final Fantasy games work, I'm almost done with seven again for the seventh time, lol

I have played 2 games lately. Vagrant Story and Front Mission 3. For the former, there is a problem with the 'Quick Save' and 'Quick Load'. Vagrant Story requires you to access the memory card when you use container. Using the quick save and quick load can result in the game not being able to locate the saved memory and thus you lose all items. For the latter, the game has freezed multiple times. I have tired both US and EU version of the game file but result is all the same. A few times, the frame rate drops very low. There is also the occasional occurrences when fpse just crashed when playing FM3.

This app is flipping amazing! I'm just wondering if this is gonna be made for ios so my cousin dont feel left out.

Whenever I use cheats. Major or minor. It freezes up and force closes. Please fix it guys. This would be perfect 5/5 If this didn't happen. I'm using galaxy s6 btw

BEST MONEY TO BE SPENT AND BETTER THAN THOSE OTHER GAME APPS. Just get the emu. Hope to see more emulators from these guys. RECOMMENDED!! Get an ps4 or Ps3 controller and use it on your phone!! You won't get bored again at the waiting room.

I love this app so much so! All of the problems I have ever had admittedly have been one's. This is my favorite app on the market.

A very good work guys, but I have a big problem. Today I finished ff7 cd1 and now I'd like to play the cd2. So when the game asks to insert cd2 I do it but there isn't my saved file to download. Basically I can't play ff7. I hope you'll help me. Have a nice day! Edit: thanks to @luca.rosas. He halped me to fix my problem and now I can vote with 5 stars. Good job!

Used to work on an old phone a couple of years ago. Tried FF7 and FF9 on my Galaxy 7 Edge and just get black screens. BIOS launches fine.

Phenominal emulator. I've used it for ffvii, Legend of Dragoon, Jade Cocoon, Digimom 2, and Front Mission 3. The app only ever has crashed on me once and I've had no other issues with it at any time.

very nice emulator. It unzips things for you and it even gives you a good game selector screen. Haven't tried the bios yet since I don't really need to manage my saves yet and I doubt I can put a cd in my phone XD. Definetely a good one and it works with the beboncool controller, which is awesome for me and my friend. can't wait to test the multiplayer feature :) mobile model: Moto z play

Accelent app. Power consumption is a Little high. Cannot add new iso easily.

Garbage. My phone has no SIM yet, bought a new old stock Xperia Play and for some reason this garbage app won't let me play any games. Just a constant: Can't access internet. Can't validate license. If I wanted to pay money for an emulator to have it not work, then that's what this is. ePSXe does what FPse don't. (To the developer: I meant sim card, no SD card. I have a SD card and some images. The problem is that after purchasing FPse it gives me the same black bar warning over and over again, as I'm sure you've seen before. I'm guessing, but only guessing, it's because I only have access through Wi-Fi instead of mobile service, but either way it won't work for me.)

I've been using this app for years, since the early beta stages on windows mobile and this is hands down the best emulator and best developer! Thanks for a perfect mobile playstation experience!

So I really liked this app until last update. now i get pop up every few secs talking about licence issuses.. what's up with this

A little slow and choppy at times but not a bad emulator, does the job! The update makes it crash too often!!

Works great! Runs Ridge Racer on my phone smoother than the Raspberry Pi 3 or Orange Pi PC. It has lots of options to configure it and I'm really impressed. Can highly recommend it. Also the instructions on the website are clear and don't waste your time.

This has and always will be the best app no matter the updates , anything that lets my play ps1 games on my S/E play is awesome well done mate for doin this for us . And all u haters out there that keep giving this app 1 star just FIX UP the only reason it don't work for u is coz u don't know how to use it . Once again mate well done and thank u .

I have paid version and I love it quite alot got android game pad and it automatically detected it, also runs ff7 which most emulators can't do by far one of best on market even allows you to set custom save paths for everything

*update* Aug2016. Plays great on my new galaxy J3. I do wish it had a "search/extract feature" within it. So i can find and download games. Extract the Roms.

Love this emulator just one thing tho every time I go to disk change to change between the disc in the same game it crashes every time would really like to get this fixed beside that this is the best emulator iv found so far

Perfect. Controls are difficult but hey ps1 didn't come on a touch screen lol

Newest update is giving me a few problems 1st games seem to hang for a little bit every now and then Resident evil 2 load game can't see text also hangs at menu for a while never had this problem till new update in load game menu only see black boxes where text should be I'm using all the same settings I use to use in opengl last but not least tekken 3 character select all black boxes can't actually see the characters till highlighted

I've purchased many apps from google play but this is by far the most well supported and well featured. Some things can be broken when others are fixed but that is part of the dev process. Keep up the good work.
