I've been playing for along time & there's been a lot of changes some good others bad. I'm still figuring them out but i don't understand or like the fact that to purchase a sale pack i have to spend $20 or more what the hells that about? I spend every week but wont be we need more options for sale packs please!! It be nice to have an option to buy a pack that included gold & human for a combined price or make it to were we can buy a gold pack without the price of the human packs changing after purchase its driving me crazy so i don't do anything with leaders!!!! Please fix it some how some way.

Unless you plan on spending money you will never get the good leaders

The game itself isnt bad to a point, but my god there are so many problems. Ember seem to just update things and not do any form of testing, resulting in a number of bugs, the latest one they didnt even bother to compensate for despite billions of resources lost. The support is a joke, they actually pretty much said a big FU this last time, answered with a generic response and then i replied, to which they closed the conversation immediately. Its dam right rude, no where near any level of customer service, when did companies get so bad? The lag scrolling global world map is disgusting, needless to say its not even a dam world map, its america, change the name! The New leaders/humans etc, this whole killing people without leaders home is a joke, no way should you be allowed to pretty much zero people from 1 hit, what kind of BS game allows that. Just ridiculous. So many problems, the latest new content is like eating cardboard.

Couldn't ask for much more.. Great game. Great support from ember. Loving logging in everyday. Its like a second job..lol.. Download and get addicted!!!!!

Spent all last summer listening to my brother in law describe what he was playing, couldn't wait to get back home and try it myself... Haven't been disappointed yet!... Great Game!

I love this game. It's very low maintenance and I can take care of my city and then go back to life. Then later come back and level up some more.

Each update/maintenance, i cant log on game for hours sometimes a whole day, why do an update if people cant log in to collect gifts, defend, attack or add timers to shields when before there was no issues.. this is how players get zeroed and stop playing the game cause they can't log back in, after some bs maintenance, then y'all sit there wondering how y'all can make ppl stay and continue to play the game..

Terrible lagg worst ive seen in any app if i havent been playing for 4 years i wouldnt play hopefully ember working on there terrible lag issue or its gunna end up totally killing the game
