Elite: Dangerous Trading Guide for Android
Pretty good app...... Except there is an add every 30 seconds and every time you press anything. To the devs: you should be embarrassed at selling out at this level. Adds I understand but what I just experienced was a joke. Lower the frequency of the ads and I'll rethink the rating.
Nice app, but when you search and then change from portrait to landscape view, search clears. Very annoying, especially since some pages can't be viewed fully in portrait view. Plus, I gladly pay for the app to stop the ads.
This is a realy good app that has been totally trashed by insanely too many adds. Sometimes they pop up every 5 seconds. It is totally ruined what could be (is) a very good app
It's hard to operate when you have nothing but ads popping up over and over and over and over. It's stupid
Works fine until you rotate it and it looses your current search information. Switching between landscape and portrait looses the last search information which may be hard to read in portrait
Would be better if updated more..... Running into to many misleads of station info
This needs an update I typed my locatin and the star system I was going to but The app told me ten light years game said 90 other than that I love it
See title
So this app is far better than others I have tried but I only use it for finding resources i need for missions to gain influence. I don't use it for actual trading but I noticed it does not find water. It's just not on the list so now I wonder what else is missing. I use addb when I really need to know accurate info but this is a nice quick app that works for what I need most of the time.
I have been lucky enough to not have lost any cr thus far. But inhale noticed that The prices are off. However the app is a 3rd party app and The market is forever changing so can't really get butthurt about that. The only complaint that I have is its The missing alot of commodities.
80% of the time the information is at least slightly off. The rest of the time its just plain wrong or way off. Dont get me wrong it a great idea and it has its uses, such as the commodity finder or rare finder. I just wish the trade planner worked. I will give it rave reviews and update this if you guys can make it work right.
It is great! It is a lot easier to find items than in-game. It works, for the most part, as it is meant to. I see tons of 2-star reviews about it being wrong most of the time, but these people need to realize that this isn't up-to-the-minute data and that it is updated every day. I hate reading reviews before downloading an app and people don't rate based on the app's delivery of its intended purpose. Instead I read tons of 2-star reviews that sound like wishlists like "Give me a galaxy map, system map, and material list for all planets and I will give 5 stars," for example. Works great for people who know the actual purpose.
So I just downloaded this app tried the trade planner on the first system and station I was in, LHS 3447 Bluford orbital. I was unable to select the actual station. It only lists stations that aren't even there. Now this was the first entry I tried and it failed so completely I can only imagine how bad the rest of data is for all other systems and stations and functions. There have already been reviewers stating these problems and nothing has been done to address this significant problem & update the app.
A great app for someone who just started the game. The prices can be off by a little bit. Though never to the extent of losing money on a trade run. I have found that some commodities are missing like Microcontrollers.
Great for a commodity finder, but dead wrong on prices. It has cost me most of the time, other times, small profits.
Key to the whole premise of being a trading app. It lists stations that are not there and doesnt list others that are. Kind of defeats the purpose eh?
The information is regularly not accurate about values, and sometimes inaccurate as far as availability. Cost me 36,000 due to bad info.
Shame the info does no fit in the screen and you're unable to scroll across or rotate screen
The basics work fine (e.g. looking up prices or looking for a specific commodity), but it's essential for any kind of market app/site to help you find a profitable route by also finding a suitable station and commodity (see: eddb)
I'm more of a fan of using it as a commodity finder. Not sure if I can rely on it for accurate prices yet. But still pretty darn good.
But couldn't get it to work. Destination system entered but then I couldn't select a station.

This is a ver well made application with nice lines and a good sense for layout. The only thing onwould want is a little more data, as when I am planning a trade roit, I tend not to want to drop into a system and then fly 500k lightseconds to the nearest farthest star in system where the station is. Could you include distance from from system navigation beacon to station please. It is very handy information when planning.
