Cryptic is a game where you get to solve puzzles and learn basic principles about cryptography at the same time! The difficulty is increasing with every level to keep challenging the player.
Through the menu button on your phone you get a step by step guide on how to solve every puzzle in the main levels. This way you get to learn how to solve new content.
In this free version of the game you get to play the first five levels.
In the full version of Cryptic you also also get extra levels for when you finish the main levels. These are designed to challenge you based on what you have learned in the main levels.

This is literally a three minute game. The app is more like the training round for an actual game.

I don't have a menu button visible in this game, which meant I couldn't cheat and read answers . But the hint button helps you solve them. Challenging but great fun! I will try the full version now... Thanks

Beyond the 1st/2nd level, Cryptic gets challenging. But the free game only goes to 5 levels before you finish. It then prompts you to buy more. In less than an hour, I finished the free game. 4 stars for the challenge; 1 star for short free gameplay. Uninstalled.
