The Eighth Continent 2

(update on auto-rotate orientation) still unfixed. Since i always play the game in bed before sleep.. like, u know.. lie down sideways and the screen will tilt along to landscape mode (checked the setting, it is in portrait mode while that happen). I can fix it by resetting the orientation (change to auto, then to portrait again), so i had to reset it everytime i started the game.. somehow still able to finish and enjoy it with that effort. Hopefully in book 3 i wont get into much trouble like that.

Fantastic storyline, lots of seemingly tough choices which adds to the fun and good mix of mini games. Battery issue seems to be resolved. Just completed the game. Looking forward to the third installment. I think it will help with the sense of continuity if we start the third installment with our inventory and skills gained from this second game

The first was amazing and this one is shaping up just the same. I fear I'm coming to an end to this one so I must ask. Is there gonna be a third? Now I realize I haven't finished it so I don't know it the ending eliminates this as an option but I really do not hope so.

I enjoyed the first installment of 'Eighth Continent', and this sequel was even better. An exciting story with plenty of decisions and consequences make this very replayable, and the mini-games are good fun in their own right (yes, I've been playing with the extras at the end...) Very much looking forward to part 3!

Got the free versions of part 1&2 for a long flight. A niche game that not everyone would love, but I thoroughly enjoyed. So much I think it was worth to buy both just to say Thanks! Looking forward to part 3 (why stop at 3?)

Im sorry but i must be stupid because i have finished the first game and have both downloaded yet i cant seem to continue the game from the first to the second for some reason, help!

The story and game mechanics are wonderful. Also I LOVE that you have both chapters available to play for free or to buy to support the developer. I appreciate that a lot and I am happy to contribute :)

This game is by far one of my all-time favorites! It's engaging & fun, so easy to lose yourself in it for an afternoon. Part 1 was fun, and I played it multiple times, compulsively, until I got all the achievements in one run. Chasm is even better, more challenging & engrossing! I love the new persuasion mini-game, and I can't wait for part 3! I just finished my second full run through part 2; determined to find "gra hound," "brace yourself," and "fly many flags" achievements! Love this game, great work!

This game is great, I loved playing through it. I would have liked for it to have acknowledged my play through the first one (how did my mom get the bear when I had it the entire time before?!) But I can understand why it doesn't. I will admit, I abused the Bookmark system for pretty much every decision, especially the persuasion mini-games (those were really hard for me for some reason). All-in-all, though, this game was amazing and I don't regret paying the cost of a soda to help the developer!

I've been waiting for installment two of this since I finished the first part. Perfect use of phone/tablet gameplay. The writing is excellent and the choices and mini-games work so well. Buy both part 1 and 2 now!

I finished the book within 2 days, but I'm still playing it to achieve all the awards & choose all the different paths, so getting value for money! Great sequel! When is the 3rd coming out?!?! :) Pleeeaaasseee!!!

Got to let u know that the screen still start in landscape and still able to auto-rotate during gameplay although it has been set to portrait mode. Hope u can fix it soon.

After the first part of The Eighth Continent, I was expecting a great deal from part two, and was not disappointed. A gripping story, harder than the last, and with multiple paths to explore, bears up to repeated playing. Looking forward to part three!

Excellent game. Though I would settle with the free ad-supported version of this game, I decided to buy this premium version to support the developer into making the last part of the trilogy.

Waited a year for this game and it's even better than the original. The story is enjoyable, there are even more minigames than before, combat is well set up, and the amount of background lore brought into this is amazing. Customer support is perfect as well. I ran into a bug, reported it, then received a response within a few hours and a patch the very next day.

I have been waiting for this for a long time and you didn't disappoint me. Well done. I am really going to enjoy playing this over and over checking out all the possibilities.
