Great game overall. But I didn't receive my veteran pack and Dirk (I have been playing during the previous season). First time I logged in I tried to claim my veteran pack and then the game froze. When I logged in again I simply lost it and there is nowhere to find it. I wonder if I can reclaim my veteran pack as well as the legenary Dirk. Thank you.

Unbalanced gameplay almost as if AI is cheating. Bad stamina assignment, 100 stamina can be burned in a blink of eye. Too many other bad moves in this new season. People call it money grab for a reason. It encourages players to purchase instead of playing.

This game is stupid. Legit i have a guy who is 96 in 3 points and a team overall of 96 and i lost to thr freaking spurs bench in this update. Non of my 3s went in. I prefer the last patch. This patch is just thrash

Really disappointed with this update. It emphasizes too much on your timing accuracy and with every little mistake, you miss your shot and it goes 'Bad Timing', while the AIs are almost making every single shot. This makes the game unbalanced and while the graphics are good, it causes a lot of lag and it's certainly not comparable to what it was back in Season 1. If the developer of the game sees this, I strongly suggest you to make improvements accordingly or else, this game will undoubtedly go downhill.

The old version was amazing the new update is horrible, spent real money on players and I lost them all, got a 95 lineup, lost it... I am really disappointed although I would've given 5 stars before the update, it was THE best game for mobiles...

Now, I heard many players that says that NBA live mobile is a good game, however, I feel not that way.. They are missing a lot of aspects that make a good basketball game. Here, I'll list a few features they should add. 1. A quick game/season feature where we already get all the players of a team. 2. A realistic substitute feature 3. And better graphics!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By far the worst update, there are many bugs. No way of improving team unless work really hard. Really bad idea removing all our previous data. The computer is stupidly overpowered, double teammed center player drilled a 3 pt, many other obsurd shots that is clearly impossible to make went in, head to head is not against the player anymore but against the strongest computer AI. Completely trash update

before i very like this game but when u update i really dont like i feel bad....all my players are no more,some of my players i buy and then just u update like that change the new one back to start again...get it back all my players....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I can't open the app. I restarted my phone, deleted a lot of files to clear for the memory, and re-installed the game several times, but now I still cannot open it.

When the update is over....... all my cards are gone, maybe some people think, i dont care i just play it again. But no one will know will the cards be gone again next update.

All my players got deleted.I spent so much time on playing it,and now nothing.Some of my friends have already deleted the game,and I am now thinking about it too!!!!!

This sucks I had a 93 overall franchise rating and after the update, it lost all my players I hate this and I definitely hope ea will fix this
