I got a new phone and it won't recognize that I bought vip on my past one help.

I click the 'restore purchase' but it still not giving me back the VIP and I unistall the app and download again but is still not working what's going on

I been using this game for a few weeks now and so much fun, but with the new update, I lost my purchase. Today I have a group of people wanting to play and now we can only use the 2 free packs.

I purchased the V.I.P pack and after i downloaded the new update it wont restore back to V.I.P

I bring this out a parties and everybody is pretty skeptical but as soon as we get started the drinking begins and the fun and laughter come right after. If you do download the app the VIP. Package is a must.

I got the VIP pack but I wish it had an option to select specific cards from each category to play with. It's a fun drinking game to play with your friends if you drink well. Unfortunately, I don't! Haha. I get drunk way too fast (due to the free drink cards) & it kinda ruins the fun for me. Lol

How do you restore purchases when you re-download the app?

Very fun to play with a lot of friends. Also, I had bought the VIP Access for all of the packs. I had to do a factory reset on my phone and when I went to re-download the app, it forgot I bought the access. I contacted the developers and they were very understanding and refunded my 2nd transaction very quickly to get my access back! Very happy with this purchase.

App is absolutely a blast, great party starter. They have fixed the bug with the VIP pass and not able to toggle packs. The customer service given was some of the best I have experienced. Prompt, courteous, and they fixed the issue. Would rate higher if I could!

Ever since I downloaded this game and paid the VIP pass, I wasn't able to play even a single round of it. Please fix this, it looks like an awesome game!

I bought the $4.99 ultimate pack, and all I can turn on is the basic. All the others say I have to pay $0.99 Can anyone help with this? I've tried to email several times only to have it returned. I don't want to have to pay all over again. It's just a little frustrating. Other than that it's a great game, just want more cards to choose from.

This game is a lot of fun. However, I purchased the VIP pass but I can't turn on any of the packs except basic. How do I turn on the rest of the packs?

Got the VIP to get all the decks, got a email from Google play saying I made the purchase but it still shows I need to pay 99 cents for all of them...
