When I frist installed this app I got daily coins now I get nothing. Its a good game I enjoy playing it but I get would like to get free coins to enhance my clinic or do somthing that I could buy stuff whith the money I made. If you guys fix this problem it would be nice.

The game should give 10 to 15 medi points each day or you get stuck when you need to upgrade the stuff or buy be ause when it is max out level. And when you done the earn medi points tasks it doesn't even the medi points its like wasting 60 mins for nothing. Also 10 medi points for 500 coins is not a good deal it should be 10 medi points for 1000 normal coins. Another thing i think 500 coins should can change to 5 medi points so you don't stay stuck not upgrading anything

At first, the game was really good and entertaining but eventually it becomes unbearable if you don,t buy gold coins. There isn't more than two or three days of daily rewards and you don't know how much gold coins do you need to upgrade everything. Disappointing.

I love this game! It's challenging as the days go on, but when I do the tasks for free medical points, I NEVER receive them! And half the upgrade stuff require medipoints. Why have that option when it doesn't work?

... Too hard to earn the gold coin things, which makes the game progress slowly and eventually the levels get too hard and you end up earning less monies as a result. Was good in the early levels though.

The game is awesome! Addictive. Sadly it wont allow me to buy medi Points and days go by I don't get daily points. Need it for updates!

This is a great game but I wish that the free medi points transfered to the game and the developer should change that you can at least buy the doctors without medi points until you have to upgrade them. That would make the game more fun. Overall good game.

This game is really addictive. I love it very much! But the only problem is that I haven't been getting any daily bonuses lately. Is that only there for a few days or was it suppose to be continuous? If it's the latter, please fix this. Thank you. :)

Once you get to a point the game isn't playable because you need gold to play and there is no daily bonus. Should have just made it 3 or 4 bucks and called it a day. Greed is bad mmkay

Idk why after I used all my medi coins I have to download other aps I don't want. Am at the point when I play after I'm done the screen turns black and doesn't save my currency. Is that cause I have to upgrade? Maybe the game should tell us these things. Now I will be forced to buy coins and I don't want to Its not the problem.

Its not hospital sim even its wants to look like. A lot of things in the game had to be bought for real cash and the game is also and heavy. Gameplay is just boring clicking on the patients and chairs. Don't waste your time.

Addiciting but quite frustraring when you're already required to shell out medipoints for upgrades. Please fix the daily bonuses so we can proceed without shelling out. Our money ought to be put to end real illness, famine and war.

Really cute games but please make more different types of patients. Also for the free medi points you guys give away way too little, give us more!

This game might be repetitive - but, the style and the concept makes you want to play more. Its much like the game Diner Dash. Perfect (:

Well this is so darn cute I think I had a stroke. Really simple (but addictive) gameplay mixed with fun retro style graphics and catchy music.

Its boring you just look, swipe and tap no thinking just look, swipe abd tap. It has decent graphics though

Not worth it. You stop getting free daily medi points after 2 or 3 days so you can't fully upgrade anything unless you spend money so you can only go so far in the game.

..it seems like in order to continue you HAVE to buy coins to keep yourself competitive..how can you earn coins without signing up for crap or purchasing them?

This end is good, addictive fun. Would rate it higher but it freezes every ten minutes.

Fun game but unplayable after a couple of levels unless you start paying.

Me and my friend were obsessed with this game a while ago and I just re-downloaded it and I love it again. It's so cute and fun and the characters are so cute

I cant get medi points Im not allowed to use money and I cant get hayzap.... HELP I want more workers......

This is my third time installing and playing Pixel Hospital. My fiancé plays as well, super fun. I'm very upset, though. I got medi points off of 2 offers, but nothing more after that. I've completed somewhere around 400 points worth and no points. Tried the missing medi points option. No luck. I need my points! Haha. Please help animonica.

You guys should have there be a converter. That it turns (let's just say) $3000 to equal to one gold coin. That way people keep playing to work for coins. Oh & a dog assistant & zombie assistant would be pretty cool too :) & when is there going to be an upgrade? I've reached day 228 & it turns black after that, it won't let me play.

I really enjoy this game. It can get difficult but its great for sharpening your mind and motor skills. I live in the UK and this game has showed me how hard it is to treat patients quickly in a pretend hospital, so I will never complain about our NHS emergency departments ever again!!

Plus it is a great game I apsulutly love it but there is still some little bugs so can you fix them I love the looks of the pixels and please vote my comment very helpful. Thank you.

Im having the same trouble, I purchased some medi points for 99 cents twice today and I do not see the increase at all, I emailed the developer.
