About Eggy! Run
Eggy! Run is a fast paced and addictive retro platform run game about a running Egg! The game was developed by a small indie team situated in Toronto, Canada. Best of all, the game is free!
Eggy! is an exceptionally large egg with a slick pair of sneakers and a burning desire to run. Unfortunately for Eggy! there are countless numbers of chefs trying to catch her and use her in their diabolical culinary creations! You must jump over obstacles and land on procedurally generated platforms in order to survive this run. But beware, sometimes jumping on a platform may not be the best idea, as sometimes this will force Eggy! to run directly into an obstacle, ending in disaster!
Help Eggy! fulfill her dream of becoming the best egg runner in this simple and challenging retro platform run game. You will need nerves of steel to dodge all of the hazardous obstacles! Quick wits and a sound mind will also certainly help Eggy! evade those pesky chefs.
The game is exceptionally easy to learn but difficult to master. How far will you run?

This is a pretty basic side-scrolling running game. The only thing you have to do is jump over the obstacles and fireballs that show up. A level only takes a minute or two, so it's pretty good for killing time while waiting. Fun, simple game with no extra permissions needed = 5/5

It's actually a pretty fun game, definitely has the Flappy Bird vibe. However, I think it still needs a little work on a few things. Framerate drops sometimes happen close to the saw thingies, leading to frustrating deaths. It seems to happen a lot more after a few minutes into the game. I'd also love to be able to slide, maybe with the egg rotated by 90 degrees! Still nice so far, definitely fun and challenging! EDIT: also, the UI animations could be sped up. 200ms is usually a good number ;]

Love this game, super addictive. Played it on my entire commute and made the trip fly by. Definitely worth the download. Was very excited when I finally jumped on the chef's head too (It is possible afterall!)
