Concorso Licheni

Attraverso questa app potrai segnalare la presenza di alcune specie licheniche epifite (Xanthoria parietina, Diploicia canescens, Flavoparmelia caperata, Evernia prunastri), contribuendo alla realizzazione di una mappatura della loro distribuzione secondo un approccio di Citizen Science. I dati raccolti potranno essere liberamente elaborati dagli studenti e inseriti all’interno di un’idea progettuale che affronti tematiche legate alla Lichenologia, con la possibilità di sviluppare approfondimenti su temi quali biomonitoraggio, ecologia, licheni e monumenti, licheni e uomo, licheni nell’arte, licheni nella tradizione ecc. Gli insegnanti potranno assistere gli allievi, e dovranno produrre, alla fine del lavoro, una breve relazione in formato digitale sulle attività svolte.
Il Concorso Licheni & Didattica in 4 passi:

1. Registra. Caro Docente registrandoti al sito (http://concorso.lichenologia.eu) puoi far partecipare la tua classe al Concorso, che mette in palio due microscopi stereo del valore commercial di circa 500 Euro. Per registrati, clicca qui, o vai nella home page del sito.

2. Spiega. Insegna ai tuoi studenti come riconoscere le specie oggetto del Concorso. Puoi trovare materiale didattico sulle specie in questo sito, al link Licheni di questo sito. Inoltre, sempre nella stessa pagina, poi trovare altro materiale didattico sull’importanza dei licheni nell’ecosistema, sul loro uso come indicatori della alterazione ambientale, una chiave di identificazione digitale, scaricabile gratuitamente anche su smartphone, e molto altro ancora

3. Segnala. Coinvolgi i tuoi studenti nel segnalare le quattro specie oggetto del concorso. Possono usare il sito, o le app per smartphone. Al primo uso delle app, verrà loro richiesto l’inserimento del codice di classe, che viene generato automaticamente all’atto della tua registrazione al Concorso.

4. Comunica. Dicci come sono andate le cosa, cosa hai spiegato ai tuoi studenti, come hanno partecipato all’iniziativa, quali sono state le tue impressioni, che scenario didattico hai sviluppato. Prepara una breve relazione su quello che avete fatto, e caricala sul sito entro la scadenza del Concorso, prevista per il 30 Maggio 2015.
