A googol: a 1 followed by a hundred zeroes, 10100 or
10 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000. It is impossible to get googol of anything physical; be it electrons, particles, etc.).

Then, there is a googolplex which is 10^googol or ten to the (ten to the hundred) or a 1 followed by a googol zeroes.

There is not enough room in the known universe to write out a googolplex. For example (source: Wikipedia): The smallest point is TeX 1pt font which gives about .3514598mm per digit. This means that it would take around 3.5x1096 meters. The known universe is, in diameter, about 4.7x1069 meters. Also, it would take 1.1x1082 times the age of the universe to type out a googolplex.
