Very nice game. Wonderful graphics and challenges. I've never lost any magic or levels completed. My daily totals always match the corresponding award. I've been playing it since it was released on two devices with no issues on either. Some levels are really difficult but that's the challenge. Keep them coming...

One day I open the game and I am at level 1. All my progress gone. I have been playing this game for years. I have 328 levels to go to get back to where I was. I am logged in with Facebook and with Google. There is no reason my progress shouldn't be saved. Today was the last straw when I find out that now all my magic is wiped out. I had somewhere around 1,800. Now I have 0. Nonsense.

The player gets ripped off. Each day you get free magic, say 50, but you don't always get full amount. Some people may not notice. It took me a while to notice. Today I got 8 instead of fifty!!
