Frozen Free Fall

The game froze over the weekend and would not restart. I had to delete all the data and reinstall it, but it recovered from my backup Google Play account. Thank you so much great feature wonderful game. Playing with the music on sound off is very relaxing. My only complaint about the backup is that it backed up my level but didn't back up the extra lives or other specials. Not a big deal at all.

Very beautiful art of design of Frozen Free Fall. I played with my granddaughter. We had blast time. Spend with my granddaughter who loves this game. I play every day! Hope playstation 3 will have secial event for Anne's birthday! Also when I could not open frozen free fall, I emailed to Dinesy support, the Dinesy support team are do wonderful. They reply within 72 hours. Gave me an instructions to follow to fix my frozen free fall game. Today finally my frozen free fall is working great. Many thanks to Dinesy support team. Big thumb!

I'm very upset and about to delete the game. After a recent update there was a glitch that basically bricked the game. Yesterday I did the fix that game out and everything was good last night and this morning. This afternoon I went in again and it asked for my age due to in house purchased then started me all over again from level 1 when I was near level 300. The glitches need to be fixed or from the looks of recent reviews many will be leaving.

Thank you to the company for fixing the glitches now I can continue wnjoying this lovely game!!! I really enjoy playing Frozen Free Fall! It is a great & fun game. Yes, as the level get higher they get harder, but you don't bored at all! It is great that you dont need to pay to play, unless you want to acess a few things {they are really humble when it comes these things though} It is honestly in my top games! Download it!!!

I like this game, have been playing it for months now. Finally finished the winter levels and then the latest update came and game would not open. Uninstalled it, re-installed it, and now I have to start ALL OVER again. Its freakin irritating. Im SOOOOOO not starting this game over! This is just whack!

I used to play this everyday. But the other day it froze on me and everytime I opened it it would freeze. So I un installed it and then re installed it and it is having me start all over. I tried logging in with FB but it still put me back at 1. I had the winter land completed and half the summer. I'm not starting all over again.

Great graphics and sound effects,but it's to hard to get lives,you can only get one a day now. Updates are always horrible. It crashes or something stops working in the game. Recent update wiped out everything. I lost all lives and rewards.

9/3/2017 The name of the game carries the worst possible irony when this kind of bug vanquished the entire team of software programmers. 10/3/2017 A game fix also marked the beginning of an end when everything is lost and coerced to move back to level one. If reincarnation works like this everyone will be happy to leap to Nirvana and never comes back. I bet you are losing some very die-hard fans along the way. Very sad indeed.

Disappointed I lost all my levels and 3 seasons when you updated the game. Now forced to start from the beginning again. Not happy but will work my way up again. Stop updating what is not broken and still working.

New levels installed over the weekend. Great. Only problem. I click on a new level. It WONT OPEN. ___________________________________ Brilliantly addictive game, all levels are acheiveable without buying optional power ups, just need patience, would only be better if you could ask friends for lives aahhhh, have now can as far as this game is, over 900 levels, waiting for new levels, now it wont let me past the blue entry screen, years of work on this game, I hope I've not lost it for good game is now fixed, thank you

PISSED OFF.... Had this game for well over a year and worked my way through ALL Winter, summer & holiday modes. Almost over 200 levels into endless levels and with the most recent glitch I have lost ALL data. Even after logging into Google Play, ALL GONE! So pissed off.

Worked fine until yesterday's update, won't even open now. * update- latest update fixed the freezing blue screen and Google games kept my progress and stars, but I lost EVERY snowball and power up I had accumulated over the last few years. :(

The general standard of this app had been improving over a few months with fewer bugs and the welcome disappearance of most of the irritating ads. However, after a series of failures starting up, the app no longer restored progress and a later update stopped it saving it too. So it hasn't worked properly for several months now and I'm still missing hundreds of completed levels.

Here we go again! Update March 2017 and now game won't load. You give no details of what the update is for so couldn't decide beforehand whether to update or not. Yet again I wish I hadn't. OK, so now applied update 10th March and so far so good. Shame we have to start the daily reward at day 1 again through no fault of our own but at least I'm fortunate not to have lost my progress in the game.

Since update it won't load all I get is a blue screen with snow , please fix. 12 - 3 - 17 thanks for fixing problem

I updated the app as you asked me to, but now all I open up to a frozen blue screen with no words. I am on the second map, the summer one and if this update will cause me to start from the beginning and the winner map, I will not be playing this game ever again, it will be deleted from my phone. And I will make sure the other people will know that have this Frozen game. You could have given us the common courtesy of telling us that this might have happen if we updated the app. But all you talked about was how great the new graphics were and the new 20 levels. Thank you for sending me a new update for this app. I was able to open the app without any problems and without losing my place in the game. But I do wish in the future that you would make a notice there may be a problem updating your app at this time, so that we can make our own decisions whether to update at that time or not.

Did the latest update and now cannot open it. Just stays on the blue screen if this isn't fixed I will delete the game. Love it but don't want to reinstall it and start all over. Hope you can help I

I updated and all I get now is a blue screen when I open up game can you fix this so I don't lose my place on this map I have been playing this game a long time and would be very upset to have to start over.

Well after doing the latest update fix, my games has reset to the beginning. 2600 stars gone. VERY DISAPPOINTED! !

Edit...5* now that it's back working! I used to LOVE this app. But today it has broken on my phone and tablet!!!! Please fix it..I've spent lots on this game over the months..... will not load currently!!!

It has updated itself and I am left with a blue screen and no game. I'm on level 700 something and have loved it. Hope it remembers where I was. It's back!!! So back to 5stars. Have missed it

It's very addictive, and fun. Disappointed that after the game breaking update (9th March), when they fixed it they never gave any bonus items or lives as an apology.

I was enjoying this game till the update disabled it. If my scores disappear when the problem is fixed, I will be deleting it. UPDATE: the bugs were fixed and my levels retained. Thank you!

New update fixed previous not loading issues. Didnt lose any levels or my spot in the daily rewards. I knew you guys would get it sorted. Good job.

Game was awesome until recent update yesterday and now it goes to blue screen and nothing. Fix!!!! Thanks. UPDATE: Problem fixed. Thanks to google play acct. my spot was saved however lost my snowballs and ice picks :(

This is the only game I keep coming back to. I get tired of other games after a while, but this one I've been playing off and on for years.

Better than candy crush but the progress of the game doesn't gets stored even if we are logged in Google play service or FB... We have to start from de beginning if we change de mobile...

Still 1 star, the app didn't load for a few days. finally able to load and all my progress is gone and unable to retrieve. if check back Google game, has all my achievements from before

After the last update that was done now the game will not load and come on. Please fix this game as I love to play it and now it will not load on any of my devices. It is okay now so far

Game was great, until it updated. It didn't work for about a week, then updated again, now crashes every time I win a level, then I have to.play the level again.

Since the update I have a blue screen, I tried to download on my cell, same issue, this is terrible, I wad at level 179! Fix this please.

The recent update fixed the problem of the game not loading. Keep it up guys

Latest update broke the game. It just shows Disney logo and blue icy screen, nothing more. Please fix this...

Seems to be ok (P9 LITE). No problem with my progress too. Return to 5 stars after playing a couple of days

With the new update the game is not loading at all. It's a bummer....would not install and start over since I was at level 251

Was the funnest game ever. Till they "updated" and erased all my progress. Not restarting!!! Actually deleting now.
