I absolutely loved the game up until I reached level 10. Right after I got to that level, whenever I want to open the app, it freezes after the opening menu. I truly hope to be able to fix this without having to reinstall the whole thing :/. Available troubleshooting didn't help either ..

Would be 5 star but it would be nice if you can store invatory, like I added extra tree's now not enough space to add things for quests and takes so long untill I can unlock a small area. Would love to change review to 5 star of some updates happen!! Love this game other then that.

Really great game but sadly has been freezing on start up. Haven't been able to play for almost a week. Won't delete it yet as I hope that it will be fixed soon. **update*** fixed. Can play now. :-)

Happy with game but wondering when more levels are coming. Im on level 15 and says im at maximum. But there are land and more things in store for higher levels. Im confused

I've gotten to level 8 but I can't unlock the new things for level 8?

Like it but it has some bugs that need fixing. Im stuck on level 15 should be on 17 or 18. Please fix.Please fix.cant get passed 15 to move on please fix soon cant move forward in game levels dont go up to open new things frustrated.still cant level up to open things getting frustrated.

It's telling me 15 is the Max Level, but it can't be because there are buildings visible in the store for upper levels and territory to expand to for Level 16. Please fix this. It is very frustrating to know the xp I'm collecting is going nowhere.

Lowered my stars from 5 to 2 because the game is stuck on loading screen after the update! Been trying to get back to my game for a couple days now...

In level 1 I liked it now I even love it level 23 is me

It's a good game. Pretty fun and cute. The app keeps freezing and crashing when opened one that I'm on lvl 15. It would be nice to go past this lvl as I am out of space on the map but It says "max level" ... but the map asks for me to be lvl 40 to unlock squares? Please update asap. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but because you can't log in it just deletes all of the progress. Please fix this as this is a good game and I don't want to delete it.

Would've rated higher if one of my characters didn't freeze right after unlocking them, and stop my other characters from leveling up

I adore this game very few glitches and the game play is very smooth!!! I hope there will be an update soon for new stories and new areas to unlock!!!

It's a cute little game, but it needs an option to be able to store or sell items and decor, also an option where you can rotate buildings. The game is kinda pointless without these options, as you can't really move anything to make it look right, especially when it takes so long to unlock a new square. It also takes too long to level up and needs more characters. Would love to see Ariel or Snow White. I may delete this soon if those options aren't added.

I've noticed other reviewers saying the same. The app was freezing and now it won't even open.

Max level is 15 wont go passed even though there is quests past that level....also quests i have 14 that are finished and sitting in my queue.... why isn't the beast a character!!!! I just wish you would be able to see how much experience you had and how much more you needed to go to the next level when you touch the star at the top of the screen or even if it was written in the bar next to the star would help.

I love just wish there were more stories to choose from

Good game, they have fixed a lot of the things wrong with the older versions

you need to make it easier to expand and put stuff into storage. i have run out of space at level 10 and cant move anything

I love this game however it needs to have a way of collecting money while you are away from the game otherwise you spend too much time just sitting there waiting to get enough money to purchase things

With the hand maid quests it has a task to help hans distribute cloaks but neither him nor the hand maid have an option for that as a task.

Before the update all of my characters from both beauty and the beast and frozen were stuck in tasks but I didn't give up because it is such a cute little game and now with the update everything is working again and I'm so happy I stuck to it :)

I would would give this game 5 stars if not for the fact that the characters freeze. The characters freezing means that you can't effectively play the game. Now that there are lots of 'challenges' you are constantly doing something at least (I personally like lots of challenges, at least we get to do something). Fix the glitches and will definitely change my rating! 6/24/2016 edit - Okay! So last night while I was sleeping there was an update, when I played this game it finally worked!

A lot of the problems have been fixed along with a side quest chest now and item prices reduced to affordable sums. The changes have made the game much more enjoyable thank you

Wanted to LOVE the game. I am a huge disney fan, especially the disney princesses. In the beginning I loved it, but the game lost me before level 8. I'm about half way past level 9, but it just takes too long to level, and way too long to make money. I even spent some of my own money on the game, and I was still unhappy with it. If it was easier and faster to level and to make money, it would make the game much better!

They shojld make it so every time you download and uninstall you should be able to stay off where you left off insatead of starting all over again

Loving the game, but levelling up and having enough room to fit everything is quite annoying, it'd be nicer having a square open one per level, not every two.

The money issue. It takes days to save up for new buildings. Any of them. I got excited when the new side quest chest was there and thought it would help... but 25 measly coins as the end reward for all that work? Especially when buildings start costing upwards of 10000? Disappointing. Please fix this issue with the next update.

They only problem I'm having is a take isn't showing up for bells dad and it freezes before I can do anything but all in all I love the game.

A real way to enchant disney

Slow to get enough Coins to buy Anything and would love to have the option to at least store decorations.
