Lanterns: The Harvest Festival

It's not a credit card account why would I need to log in every time, plus the log in is buggy keeps telling wrong username or password. There are bugs in the lantern exchange that won't allow me to change my selection. Long wait in rank query and weird friend invitations.

One of the best looking board game adaptions around. Loses a star for a simple pet peeve of mine - you can't mix multiple human and AI opponents. This game easily works best with 4 players, so it really needs the option to add AI opponents to a 2 or 3 player pass and play game

Okay so this game is ingenious and the physical version is perfect. This app is essentially the same except for a few annoying things, namely when a pile is out of cards you have to pause the game and gonto a different screen to see it which is highly unintuitive and there is a game losing bug where if you grab a tile with your finger and then decide to place it back in your hand and the game decides, "nope, you placed that. No backsies."

Lanterns is second only to Cosmic Encounter! Yes, I'm biased.

Takes a couple games to understand the rules, then a few more to appreciate the strategy. But once you get it, it's super fun. I love the fact that you can play friends or strangers for ranking online, and that it saves your stats in the cloud for access across devices. Highly recommended!

Close to being my all-time favorite android game pastime. Just an all-around excellent job all around, artwork, user interface look-and-feel, and mimicing the gameplay of the tabletop version. Kudos from a fellow software engineer. Five stars in all categories.

Login does not work half the time, why did they not just use the built in Google play account, big pain, tells me I am already logged in, then says my password is wrong, then works 5 mins later.

It took me a while to figure out how to rotate tiles. I have to manually shut down the app when I'm ready to leave, there's no option to leave it.

Would be 5* if it had an undo button.

Beautiful. Colorful. And I love the fact that you can play with your friends by passing the device. Saves the setting up time for a board game.

I tried to play a ranked game. On the last turn when I try to dedicate, after selecting the lanterns it asks if I want to dedicate again and again and again. I can't get past that point.

AI play is great & very intuitive & looks great, ranked online play I can't even log in - I've created an account then asks for email & password (returns a incorrect username & password error) have tried resetting password & using username not email to the same error being returned :-(

Was 5 stars but has stopped working on my Samsung tab 3 since update?

No clean up, and I can always play the AI if I have to. And so well done.

Paid five bucks and it wont boot up on my galaxy S3... feel cheated

The game loads fast, doesn't appear to have any glitches that I've noticed, and the game has never shut down on me. I've been using this app for about a month now. I really liked the board game and this allows me to practice and see the differences in different number of players. Highly recommend.

Including the wide variety of ways to play (solo, pass/play, online ranked) and the thorough tutorial - anyone can learn/love this game in 1 minute

This is a rare case where the digital adaptation blows the original away. Better art, great interface, and no need to worry about setup or lack of table space!

It's just as enjoyable as the physical game itself. Wonderful colors and soundtrack. I was worried how they would do tile placement, but it's just fine and very intuitive.

Brilliant game brilliant app

This game is relaxing and beautiful, with a great depth of game-play. A great example of "easy to learn, difficult to master." I'm a huge fan of the soothing audio in this game, but there are times when I would like to play it muted. Please add toggles for this! The UI for creating matches is a big confusing at first. Overall very fun a relaxing!

I've been playing non-stop enjoying the game but just found an issue. I came have across a situation where I had to discard my tile and make a dedication at the same time. The app wiped out the dedication screen and I got lost. I had to cancel the action and was then told I had to discard the tile. Losing my opportunity to make a dedication...JUST FOUND ANOTHER...if it's my last move and I'm out of tiles and I have 2 tokens for a trade. If I chose not to make a trade, I'm stuck. I can't end the game

I love the board game, and this is a great implementation. The graphics are beautiful and the app is really easy to use. Only a minor issue - I just completed my first game and I had to choose to resign for the game to end rather than the app automatically show the scores and winner. May be a bug. Other than that, excellent app...

Good game, nicely done app, but desperately needs some sort of setting where you can disable the background music and sounds. Would also be neat if they added a feature to FFwd AI game play, like Galaxy Trucker does.

I haven't played on any of the HARD levels yet. The computer is challenging on normal, but I seem to squeeze out a win most games. Definitely worth a download.

Digging this app for $5. It's a nice relaxing change from the shooters I normally play with nice graphics. There's multiplayer too!

The entire game experience is incredibly relaxing, yet the game play itself provides plenty of room for strategy and challenging problem solving. This combination makes Lanterns a wonderful way to wind down while keeping your mind sharp. 10/10 will play again.

I haven't played the physical game this is based on but this version is super fun! Great visuals, easy to read UI, suits all sorts of different play styles. All in all i recommend this game quite highly

Gorgeous graphics and excellent implementation of one of my favorite board games! The tutorial seemed pretty clear and should make this game easy to figure out even if you've never played before.

I love this game. I have the boardgame too. However, there's no way to turn off sound or any options really. That needs to be fixed.

This game feels great and will leave you feeling good when you've finished playing. Also a blast to play with friends.
