Quotes Puzzle-Cryptogram Game

Simple to use. Only problem is ending session . When opening next time, the previous completed game remains. Hit clue button to clear, but that records as a completed game again with a time of only a couple of seconds. Ok if you aren't keeping track of your best time.

I would rate it a 5 were it not for the pervasive mispellings - principal for principle, Daphme for Daphne, wander for wonder....sticking an extra word in "It is a truth universally acknowledged"... I guess it does add an interesting twist to the game. I especially love how responsive the developer is if a bug is pointed out.

Thanks. But the latest update has introduced a new issue. I can no longer listen to music in a background app when this one is running. This was working fine previously

Too many errors in English usage. Just today, "in" for "into" and "conscience" for "conscious". Would be a 5 if not for this issue.

Advertisement banners cover bottom portion of keyboard. Impossible to play game.

That this game never saves my progress ruins it. I solve the same puzzles over and over with nothing to show.

No undo. The letters didn't auto default to original letter. They should be in all caps

I chose the code letter "H" and then changed it to an "I", but when I went to choose the code letter "I" to a "T" it changed my first letter also, now the board is messed up and I can't restart it. It says to long hold it if you are sure, but if you aren't sure and go to change the letter again, it wont unlock the letter. Really poor execution of what could be a great game.

I really enjoy playing. Ads are small and it doesn't take long to load. It also helps that this game doesn't use up all my data to play. Love it!

Uninstalled. ***Okay, reinstalled after bug fixes, because I really do enjoy this app. Now, it won't give me points. Let me know.

I really like the game, But...the save function does not work reliably. For the second time today I "lost" more than a thousand points from the time I quit to the game and restarted it. The points are no biggie, but now I have to redo about a dozen quotes I already did twice to get to new quotes. Not that much fun, unless you look at it as a memory game...

The ad and the game screen cover up the home and back button, so once you start the game, there is no way to get out of it. I had to delete it. Also, something that seems to me like a major design flaw, is the fact that you cannot tell which letters you have guessed or not. When you guess a letter, it just replaces the original letter and is the same color. It should be a different color, so you know which ones you have done already. Or they could have simply placed your guesses above the original letter. I'm very disappointed. Poor design.

Game does not auto save progress. Which means that I've never gotten past Abraham Lincoln in the category mode. The game is also slow to start. Otherwise it is fun. P.S. Asking users to hit the back button or "exit" normally is neither intuitive nor friendly. Just save the game after each quote is decoded instead.

It still doesn't save progress. The hints are nice, and the quotes are interesting. I haven't been able to figure out how to deactivate the vibration on keyboard. Thought it was my device, but apparently it's an issue with the game. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the annoying vibration and saving progress issues.

I really enjoy this game, but I do not like that you have to go to the home page for it to save. It should save automatically. I have been frustrated many times when I return to the game to find all of my progress lost.

The new version made fixes to a game that wasn't broken. One of my categories is caught in a loop and the option of playing without hints is no longer available. Also it would be nice to be able to review completed quotes

I was in the middle of my game and stopped it to go to bed. The next morning I went to finish the game and that game as well as all the previous games I had played were erased and I had to start over from the first game again. UGH!!!

Used to solve this in the newspaper but couldn't get more to solve.Now with so many quotes to solve I'm very happy. Love you dev

I like the app, but hate that every time I close it and then open it again, I start on that same quote every time. Drives me crazy.

Although I have to use lots of hints, I get a lot of enjoyment out of it. It is a genuinely great game, and I hope to see lots of other games or features from the creator(s)

Takes a little attention to learn the nuances but fun. See below. Auto locking correct would be a nice novice level approach. Graphics and gameplay are great.

I'm just learning but it keeps me busy and seems to have plenty of levels I like that I get 10 hints every round and that helps a lot ....thanks

Good game. But you have to back out to save it. Make sure you go to the home screen before you quit.

This is a good thought but it doesn't give u the key or algorithm to solve the cipher
