En ciudad MX el peligro corre tras la invasión de un villano que asalta en la ciudad, nadie lo conoce ni sabe de él, los fotógrafos que tratan de retratarlo lo único que captan son sombras. SUPER CAM, un súper héroe de la ciudad llega para salvarlos y desenmascarar al villano tomando fotos , el único problema es que es temporada de lluvia en Ciudad MX y no se puede mojar al momento de salir a buscarlo. SUPER CAM helps to evade the evil raindrops to not get wet and lose their powers while searching the MX CITY villain.
