Looks like a great app except i can't install the server. It says it can't start because turbojpeg. dll is missing, any help would be much appreciated

I give this 2 stars, because I like the idea. But it seems like no one can seem to get the app working. I've put turbojpeg.dll in the game folder and I'm running the same version on client and server. The app just crashes though...
